Coach Ambereen publishes a short personal-vlog titled 'Courage: Empowering our children to share their voice' (part of a planned 30-day series 'Insights of X Mom'). In this episode she recounts taking her adolescent son to the doctor, observing his discomfort in discussing body changes, and uses the moment to encourage caregivers to give children space, patience, and gentle encouragement so they can find their voice. The tone is supportive, candid, and action-oriented.

Intentional day to you. Hope today brings with it moments where you are truly, fully present in the way that you show up, especially with your energy. I'm actually thinking a lot about content and creation of content. And so I thought, what is it that I can offer you and even myself to feel more fulfilled with publishing and creating things just like this? So today I'm just embarking on a new expedition and I hope you will follow through. My intention is to have 30 days of consistent and consecutive posts, video posts sharing about insights that I have as a mother. I'm calling this series Insights of X Mom. Yes, I know. Super genuine and authentic. And let's dive in. Today I took my kiddo to the doctors and he is in the age now where he's growing, right? He's in adolescence and he had some concern with his body and how it's changing. So we said, I will just go check it out. Even though we did search up Google and found out it was completely normal, decided to just rule out anything and any concerns that he had. So after we got there, I could kind of see him being super uncomfortable, you know, because he is somebody who's very private about, you know, about his body especially, but also about who he is and what he likes and how much he shares with, you know, with random people or people who doesn't. He doesn't really trust that much. So I'm gonna be courageous and take this bold move on because I asked him to do the same today. He said, mom, you tell him why I'm here. And I said, well, I mean, you shared with me, so I want you to share with the doctor. And I was watching him and just the discomfort that he was going through just having to vocalize what it is that he's facing. So have you ever been around a kid or even an adult who just gets uncomfortable speaking when they do? I want you to give them courage. I want you to give them a voice. More than that, I want you just be patient with them and show up with grace because you may be somebody who can be bold and be courageous and be yourself, whereas somebody else may not be able to do that. Especially the adolescents nowadays, it's not really that easy for them to vocalize and converse with people. So when your kiddo or your partner or your family member or your loved one or a co worker needs a little bit of space to find their voice, give them that courage. Show them that with authenticity and with the positive vibe and energy, uplifting spirits, they can talk to the. To anybody about anything. So the conclusion was that we went. He spoke, he verbalized, he communicated his concerns. And I just sat there observing and watching. And I brought a lot of laughter and joy into the mix to make sure that we can just take things with a little bit more fun so we can embrace this journey of life. As ex mom, I am signing out and sending you a whole lot of goodness. Bye now.
