Artistic day, which basically means a day filled with creativity where you can leverage the best of who you are and have a great time doing it. Hey, it's coach Ambreen here serving you as I provide insights from a point of view of a family driven coach. I know a very unique thing that I'm doing here where I really want to pour into families so I can unify and build a beautiful connection where they recognize that gratitude is the epitome of what makes joy, fun, love, care inside the family unit. Alongside with just making sure that there's some values that you uphold with each other and that you learn to accept one another as they are. And this the, the quick bit here today is on I just embracing all of it. I was going through a tough time with my daughter where she's just being super spicy. She's very intelligent. So for her to come out with rebuttals or be very direct, it's, it's, it's very normal for her. You know, she's not like me where she'll think twice before speaking and being polite and having a tone of respect. She is very straightforward. And so when I would talk to her, it's like, what was that kind? She goes, I don't think it wasn't. I mean, I was just telling me to be honest. I was just being honest. And what I started to do is I started to see patterns of my own self where I was taking a lot of what she was saying personally. Either because I've been that mom before or because I don't want to be that mom. And the more and more I'm learning, you know, for my own kids sake and even for my own sake, to keep my stress low, to keep me in a place where I am ready to serve and just show up as my best self, I gotta start taking things a lot less personally. So. So it's not about me, it's not about them, but it's about this collective unit of us. And that's what family is. We usually go into family thinking that we are in a point of us. And when you can unify and think of all of you as one unit, it really shifts the mindset to be one that serves all of us. With that said, sending you a ton of umbergy and a whole lot of good. This is X mom signing out. Bye.
