Coach Ambereen (a family-focused coach) delivers a short, personal monologue about facing a difficult decision. She describes using journaling and a structured pros/cons reflection to gain clarity, stresses clarity as a high-performance habit for individuals and families, and encourages small, incremental steps toward chosen goals. The piece is intimate, faith-tinged (brief prayer at opening), and ends with a warm sign-off.

Hey, committed day. I pray that today you commit to releasing, launching, and being the best version of who you are. I think that's difficult to do sometimes and very rare. Many of us don't really produce the best of us at any given time. What we normally do is kind of just give as much as we're able to at our capacity and take from our capacity too. So, hey, this is ex mom. You're a family driven coach coming at you one more time to provide some insights and tools and strategies on how to just live more holistically, better within your homes by really making a lot of changes internally within ourselves. So today I actually want to ponder upon this topic of making difficult decisions. I'm currently going through some, you know, something of my own, very personal. I'm trying to find out if this next right action of integrity is to let things be the way they are or to really push beyond that comfort zone and elevate and launch into something beautiful. And it was hard for me to kind of come up with this decision because first of all, it's not an easy one. Second of all, it would require a ton of changes, kind of like restarting in some ways, which is exciting a lot of times, but also comes with its challenges because, you know, you kind of have to reshuffle all of life. And what I did is I the simple stuff. I went back to that journaling, had a ton of questions like, what are the pros? What are the cons of this decision? Where do I see decision taking us in our lives? Is it part of the life that I want to create with myself and my kids? And I just poured in, literally to look at the clock. And it was just a good 30 minutes of answering all of these questions. And at the end of it, what I have is a ton of clarity. And clarity is one of those habits we talk about often with high performance, especially in the curriculum that I follow. Understanding that one of the most important things and places to start with is clarity. Once you know where you want to go as a family, as a person, as a mother, as a father, you fill in the gap. It is so much easier to get there because now you want to, you know, you want to step into being right. You choose to be that specific person. And I think there's nothing more beautiful than knowing where you want to go and taking small incremental steps to getting there. Well, that said, sending you a ton of umbrejji and a whole lot of goodness. Take good care of yourself, folks. Bye. This X mom signing out that's what I gotta say.
