Profound day to you. I pray that today is filled with moments that are just aligning you a little bit more to realize how much serendipity there is for every single thing to occur the way that it does in our lives. For those of you who do not know who I am, my name is Coach Ambrain and I am a family driven coach. What does that mean? That means I love to work with families and unite them and create a special and authentic bond amongst every single family member. How does that happen? Well, kind of goes to this idea of understanding who our family members are when we're able to really just take a pause and not really cultivate and sculpt them in the way that we want to see them, but actually embracing them the way that they are. The story that comes to mind today is my. My eldest son. I was at home with him and we're playing chess. And so he began playing chess. I'm not a good chess player. I'm actually learning through him how to play chess and never been exposed to it. And so he's good at it. And he has this beautiful way of just being, being a great teacher, allowing me to make mistakes, even having me undo my moves so that way I could learn a little bit more about what would be the actions and the reactions of my specific moves. So we're sitting over there playing chess and there are two times where I'm like, oh, wait, why doesn't this happen this way? I thought it was checkmate. And he goes, no, ma, no ma, look this way. And throughout the whole conversation, he was so patient with me. He was so patient of just not teaching me, but really letting me know that it's okay to learn how to play at this age, which I thought was a pretty beautiful moment to embrace because he's 15 years old. But he took the time and the effort to just teach me. What does that show me about my own kiddo? Well, I accept him in this way. I accept him in the simplicity and the kindness when it comes to him teaching me chess. So why don't I accept him as simply and as easily in other areas of his life? You know, sometimes he gets flustered. Like yesterday he got, you know, he kind of lost his cool. Why didn't I react the way that I know I should have? Well, I think a lot of times our emotions get in the way. So I'm teaching myself and praying that all of you also learn to just take a beat, to take a pause before reacting to those situations that do not serve us emotions that are not helping us but are actually going to harm our relationship. And sometimes these emotions, when we give them that much control, really do jeopardize all the good that we have done in our own lives. With that said, sending you a ton of umbergy and a whole lot of goodness. Take good care now. Bye.
