To get us into a frame of mind where we are all focused, ready to participate, to engage, we are going to do what is called an energy boost. An energy boost is one of my favorite exercises in the world. And it's literally that it's just boosting your energy. And I want to show you that in any given moment, when you're having those dips and those lows, you can use a simple technique. 30 seconds. Really change the way you're feeling, the way you're acting, and the way you're showing up. Okay, so it's 20 breaths in and out through your nose. So something like this. Please put a smile on that face, cheer yourself on by clapping, and if you are able to, jump up and down. If not, walk side to side. So Here we go. 20 breaths in and out through your nose. Smiling, clapping, bouncing, if you're able to. If not, you're moving. Here we go. As you come to an end, take three deep breaths in through your nose, holding it for about four seconds, out through your mouth, and please let me know. That simple exercise, what does that make you do? How does that shift your mindset? What does it bring forth for you?
