Authentic day to you. I pray today you step into a little bit of who you are so you can start to tap into your own greatness. Hey, it's Ambreen here, your family driven high performance coach. I like to come in here and kind of drop a little bit of goodness, you know, nuggets, tips, tricks, perspectives that can actually help you become a better person for your family. And what we a lot of times do is we externalize, right? And we want other people to kind of pour into us and give that the best, their best to us. But what I was working with my, with my clients on yesterday was this concept of courage and, you know, drop in the chat. What does courage mean for you? What does it mean to be courageous? Some of the definitions that we got or, you know, taking chances and letting our dreams and imaginations kind of manifest, finding, refining decisions and actually carrying through with them. Sometimes it's as simple as sticking to your belief and being authentic regardless of what everyone else says. However, you resonate with the word courage. I want you to drop in the chat the comments, how you would define courage, because it really starts to cultivate the way that we look at it. The way that I look at courage is having the willingness to do the difficult things and by making sure that I'm performing at my highest level. And when I'm saying highest level, I don't really mean like in a performance way. For me, that highest level is when I'm truly connected to something higher than me, something greater than me. And, you know, often I'll talk about the concept of what tawakkal means for me. And I think when we start to tap into our own tawaka, which is basically having faith in our greatness, we start to really peel off the layers of courage and see that there's so much courage within us. One of the most beautiful things that one of my clients shared yesterday as we were wrapping up, I was like, oh, what did you love about today's session? And this person says, you know, what I recognize is I'm actually more courageous than I tell myself. I've done so many difficult things in my life. I've moved to a different, you know, state just for a job. I have created a position for myself. I've led individuals, I've added, you know, new programs. And as we're talking about this time when she really felt courageous and stepped into her authentic, courageous self, Ashley pinned it back on her and said, now, in the life that you're living, how could you bring forth a bit more courage. And for her, she knew that she needed a perspective, an actual career shift into doing more so she could contribute at a higher level, so she could have a little bit more fun, she said. And she even said something like, you know, I kind of want to get out of the stagnation. So isn't that brilliant that when we start to have conversations especially driven by coaching and high performance coaching is like nothing that you can ever imagine because three months, six weeks, you will be uplifted to a place where you never thought was possible. You'll tap into greatness that you didn't know exist. Why? Because you get to define and redefine what it means to take small actions every single day to show up as a little bit more courageous than you were yesterday. So keep shining. Keep rising. I'm sending you a ton of umbergy filled with goodness and authenticity and love and joy. It's an honor to serve you and I would love for you to engage and share with us what it means to be courageous for you. This is your ex mom, AKA family driven high performance coach signing out. Bye.
