Express to Role Model Love & Respect

Coach Ambereen shares how to teach kids respect and kindness through your own behavior. She tells a story about her nephew offering a fruit roll-up to show what happens when adults model polite requests and compassion instead of just telling children what to do.

Hey, spiritual day to you.
I pray that today you and I are just divinely connected.
What that means is you feel like.
There is something powerful force within that's allowing you to be more, live more and act from a place of wisdom.
It's, it's Umbreen, your coach, your high.
Performance coach and I love to call myself an ex mom, which is a compassionate, understanding and accepting mother whose top priority is the well being of our little humans.
Not only is her little humans, but.
The little humans all around the world because they are the future. They are the generation that will keep going after we are gone from this earth. And one of my intentions in life is to really pour in and allow children to be themselves so that way they feel accepted by their parents. And for parents to know that they came here in divine miraculous, you know, planning and their job is to be themselves, not for them to become us. Mini me is what I call them. Right?
So as you're thinking about today's topic, this one is a really cute one because my nephew, you know, he's been.
Going to school and today he took a day off and so I heard.
Him, I ran to see him and.
I got excited and I gave him, he gave me this tight squeeze of a hug.
He's the kid who I've actually raised.
On how to give hugs and kisses. And he is the best amongst them all.
Like he knows exactly what I need.
He'll hold me real tight, he'll express to me and always the rule is never give one kiss.
And so he knows to go out one after the other and it was.
Just lovely to see him. And then later he comes to my desk and he, you know, he's like opening something up and he breaks it and he puts it on my desk.
It'S a fruit roll up.
And then he comes back after 10.
Minutes he's like, you eat this right now, eat it. And I looked at him and I said, hey, is that, is that the way that we ask what if instead.
Of saying it that way you said hey khalajan, which means loving aunt, could you please eat this? And he looked at me and he smiled, he goes, okay, please eat this.
In that split second, that split moment.
All the love, all the care, all the kindness, you know, I had to pour into him in a way where.
Now I'm guiding him to really add.
Respect into the way that we speak. And it starts from a very young age. You know, a lot of the clients that I work with will often talk about how they are not showing respect to their partners and somehow expecting their kids to be respectful to everybody in the house. However, respect is something that requires a ton of control and a lot of kindness and compassion because sometimes we don't want to do those things, but when.
We do those things, it's a game changer. He left with a smile. I actually ate it even though I was not intending on eating it. It made him happy. So be that beam of happiness for you and your loved ones as you tap in to spiritual living and elevating.
Where you are in life right now.
To positively impact every single one of.
The people who who cross paths with you, who are in a relationship with.
You, who work with you.
Doesn't matter who that is. Be a source of goodness in this world.
This is X Mom, Coach and Breed signing out. Lots of love and I send you a ton of umbergy to last you until next time.
