From anger to acceptance ~ Magic of coaching💥

Coach Ambereen offers a short, inspirational coaching message describing a client’s mid-course breakthrough: the client recognized and reduced chronic anger by asking for short breaks and support (example: requesting her husband to take over briefly when their young daughter woke early). The video highlights small behavioral shifts (asking for help, taking breaks) that improve relationships and personal wellbeing, and ends with an invitation to book a complimentary coaching call.

Appreciative day to you. I pray that today we take moments out of our life to appreciate what truly matters. And often that's just you and I. Why don't we take a moment to appreciate all the amazing things that we do because we truly are remarkable beings. Whether you're a mom, dad, brother, sister, son, daughter, you add whatever label you want, know that you are so brilliant, and let's start to embrace ourselves a bit more so we can appreciate all that we are. Okay, today's little snippet here is I asked my, one of my clients, what has been your breakthrough since you began coaching? We're kind of at the midpoint of our coaching sessions and I wanted to ask what is something that you're like, wow, I discovered something great about myself or discovered something great about going through coaching. And what this person said was beautiful. Said that I learned to be. Learned how to be less angry. And I recognize that I need to take a break and start to feel more again. This person, if you look at her from the outside, she just seems like everyday Joe, like, maybe not Joe, maybe Janet. That's a better thing to say. Yeah, like a normal, normal human being. If you look at her, you wouldn't think that she's an angry person at all. And whenever we've talked to her, you know, other people have talked to her too. You don't feel that this person is angry. Yet one of the profound things that happened was when she actually articulated and said, you know, my husband is a nice guy and I'm just a mean person. I'm angry. And as she was saying this, she began crying because she knew that she deserved more, that her husband deserved more and a little human. Her daughter deserved a better mother, not one that's angry and frustrated and just like mad and a pessimist and complaining about life. And so what she said is, you know what? Not only discovering that, but finding ways and tools to deal with the anger has really allowed me to step into all that I'm meant to be. Has really allowed me to say, you know what? The human inside of me is coming out and I am feeling angry, so I'm going to take a break. And the example that she gave was so simple. She said, my daughter woke up really early on the weekend and I was like, oh God, she's like climbing all over my face. And I tell my husband, who's, who's just like laying next to me that she's always on my face, right? She tells my husband, she's like, hey, could you Please grab her for just a little bit because I'm getting a little frustrated and could you ever, like, change her diaper? And then, you know, in five minutes, I should be back up. I should. I should be ready and good to go. And as she was saying that, I could feel it. I was like, I am so proud of her. As a wife, she's asking for help and support. As a mother, she's knowing that she needs a small, short, little break to be more a better mom for her kiddo. You know, it's like these small shifts, these tiny ahas that allow us in coaching to start to influence those around us a little bit better, to build more harmony in our relationships because we start to accept and embrace who we are. And many times we celebrate and accept and appreciate all that we are becoming, all the hard work that we're doing to step into all that we're meant to be. I really pray that if you are somebody who wants to just start to live more authentically, start to accept who you are and align with values that are going to serve you and your loved ones, that today you are courageous enough to raise your hand and say, you know what, Coach Umbrene, I'm ready to hop on that complimentary call that you're giving right now for free.
