Gratitude Brings Happiness

A short motivational YouTube monologue by Coach Ambereen called “Gratitude Brings Happiness.” The coach frames gratitude as an always-available, easy path to greater happiness and personal growth, using client-journey observations and personal examples (logo, light, food, water, devices, body parts) to illustrate how small recognitions produce wider positive effects. The video repeatedly invites viewers to share what they are grateful for and concludes with a call-to-action offering a free complimentary coaching call to learn more about embracing gratitude and reducing anger.

To you, I pray that today you and I really just embrace our past, to live into this very present moment, so that way we can welcome the future that's supposed to unfold in front of our eyes. So today's session is actually a little bit more about the journeys that my clients are going on. And there is this beautiful thing that I did as I kind of asked most of them, like, what is it that you've discovered about your own self through coaching? And quite often, you know, you see the aha moment and you see the camaraderie and you see the cheer, you know, within the session. But it takes a very different type of recognition to really understand what these people are truly discovering about themselves. What is it that my clients actually feel when they are on a high performance coaching journey where the most important thing that we're working towards is really accepting and embracing who we are, so that way we can elevate and bring a higher sense of goodness and greatness into our families. So it's so wonderful. I'm going to share some of them with you. And, you know, one of the things that I ask, like, you know, what have you discovered about your own bliss, about your own happiness? And one of them shared something with me, which is kind of a common theme. And it was like, you know what? The gratitude is such a beautiful and easy way to just be happy. It's available to us for free at all times in this very moment. If I were to ask you, what are you truly grateful for? Drop in the chat, in the comments, what it is that you're grateful for? Why does that matter? Because when you share yourself with us, you're trickling a butterfly effect. You're giving some goodness that we will tap into some positivity, something that you've accomplished, something that you are so appreciative of, which will allow us to look at our life with a little bit more gratitude in this very moment, I am truly grateful for this bombastic, gorgeous, you know, like this logo that I put together, every component with it, the shine, the light, the butterflies, the fact that they're impacting when one client is working with me, that one client is impacting all the people around them. Right. Like all those relationships, all those interactions are the little butterflies that, that actually start to trickle in, that goodness. And it can all stem from the sense of just being more happy, which starts with gratitude, right? So when we think about bliss, we think about it as a difficult thing to attain and obtain. And as human beings, we may feel it, but really not Accept it, not embrace it. Not just fully be here in the present moment to say, man, that felt so good. Let me soak it in in this very moment. Drop in the comments. What are you grateful for? I can share some of mine, you know, not only just my logo, but this. This light that surrounds me, that allows me to, you know, for you to see me in something outside of the shadows and the darkness. You know, I've got my little snack in front of me. My mom made. She makes bombastic things. Very healthy, very nutful and rich and vibrant snack. I've got water available to me that I can drink in any given moment. This glorious laptop that's allowing me to record this for you live so that way I can share my thoughts with you. Got a beautiful little monitor hooked up to it. Grateful for that. I'm grateful for my hands. I'm grateful for my smile. I'm grateful for my eyes. I'm grateful for my hands. I'm grateful for so much in life. And literally it takes less than a minute to just stop, pause and recognize and realize how to just become a little bit happier when you start to embrace and appreciate the things that are unfolding and are available to you at any given moment in time.
