In this solo coaching video, Coach Ambereen addresses the common chaos that erupts in many households during the early morning hours. She argues that the root of the turmoil is a lack of intentionality and offers a simple, repeatable 7‑day practice: each morning, choose a single word that captures the feeling you want to embody (e.g., peace, love, joy) and set that as your intention for the day. Ambereen illustrates how this one‑word focus can shift the energy of the entire home, sharing client stories about couples re‑establishing morning kisses and parents creating calmer mornings for their children by modeling calmness and giving kids a five‑minute “unwind” period. She outlines concrete rituals—waking loved ones with love or prayer, allowing a brief personal pause, and re‑introducing small affectionate habits—to reinforce the intention. Throughout, she invites viewers to commit publicly in the comments and promotes a group coaching program that provides research‑backed tools for parents seeking to become the best influence in their children’s lives. The video’s purpose is to move parents from reactive, stressful mornings to intentional, calm, and joyful family routines.

In most homes, the morning hours are filled with chaos, mood swings, and a rush. Typically, what are you doing at 7:07 AM? More likely than not, you're either getting ready for work, prepping the kids for school, arranging breakfast, and emotions are just heightened. People are all over the place. If this sounds like your house, stay until the end and learn how you can create a calm, through just simple innovative breakthroughs and insights to make your home a bit more richer, a bit more calmer, and a bit more joyful. I've just painted a picture of all the things that can go wrong in the early AM hours. It doesn't have to be this way. You can actually have a home that's filled with calmness, but it all starts with you. Try this simple trick for the next 7 days and watch your home and even your own energy transform. It's helped hundreds of my clients. This simple framework, this simple question has changed the way they operate in their home. Ask yourself, what is my intention for today? Your intention is how you want to feel throughout the day, what— how you want to show up throughout the day. Choose just one word that you want to live into, and that becomes your intention. So you can say, I want to have a peaceful day, a calm day, a kind day, a loving day, a happy day, a joyful day, whatever that is. Now make sure to do this for 7 days and watch how everything, the energy of your home, completely transforms. Why? Because today you're taking time to be intentional by asking, "What is my intention for today?" as you wake up in the early AM hours. Client says to me, "Now my husband wakes up before me and I miss those early AM hour kisses." She said, "Now when I wake up, he's usually journaling with a blanket over his head and I don't really want to bother him." So I asked her, Why do you miss the kisses? She said, Ambereen, it just felt so great to wake up to love. So what do we do? I asked her to summon the courage that she needs to have a conversation with her husband and just let him know what the request is. 21 days later, it became a habit for both of them where after Sarah would wake up, she would just tap Nick on the shoulder He would remove the blanket from his head, give his wife, and receive love from her. This simple practice changed the way that they operated, especially in the AM hours. Now, my question to you is, are you going to build more intentionality and love into your marriage? Drop a yes in the comments so just like me and just like you, everybody else can cheer and celebrate you for all the changes that you're making to have a more healthy and happy marriage. Just like your kids, it was really difficult to wake my kids up in the morning. By 7:07 AM, I was pretty irritated, mad, and frustrated. And then one day it hit me. We as the parents set the stage for how our kids' day will go. If we are calm, peaceful, loving in the morning, they're gonna have a pretty amazing day. If we are mad, frustrated, irritated, they're gonna have a pretty mad day. What does that mean for you and me today? It means I expected myself to ask some very difficult questions about how I wanna show up for my kids in the morning hours, and I expect for you to do the same. I asked, what needs to change for this AM to be easier? What do I expect from myself? How can I bring more love and encouragement into the house in the AM hours. And guess what? I found a simple solution that has worked like a charm even 7 years later. So go into the room, wake them up with love and prayers. Then I told them, from now on you have 5 minutes to unwind and do whatever you want. 5 minutes later, the expectation is for you to be out of bed. Share with me, are you going to try this simple Simple trick, simple plan, simple implementation. Drop in the comments and say, yes, I'm ready to try it. It doesn't really hurt for you to try it because I know it works like a charm. It'll make your kids happy and it'll release so much stress from your life of the early morning hours.
