Coach Ambreen (hosting the series "Insights of X Mom") shares a short, reflective weekday video about conscious parenting and a specific morning ritual she created with her three children. She describes waking late (6:40am), practicing self-compassion, and using a wake-with-a-kiss ritual that gives each child five minutes of quiet time after waking; the ritual helped all three kids get ready for school in about 15–20 minutes. The clip emphasizes practical habit-building, role-modeling, and creating connection and energy within the family.

Hey it's Akal fam. Reflection filled day to you. Yep, that's the intention for today. Meaning there was a whole lot of work that had to happen in the background before I could show up here ready to serve you. For those of you who do not know that who I am, my name is Coach Ambreen and I am a family driven coach. My whole thing is about family, how to really make your energy grow for you to become more aware of how you are being and treating each other. And so I've begun to challenge myself this I started and embarked on a journey and I realized I have to really start to create content resonates well with who I am. Began the series called Insights of X Mom where every single weekday, at least right now I am pouring into you by finding tools and strategies with practical advice daily that I really use to work and have a great connection. Add more joy, love, appreciation, gratitude for our family. By our family I mean myself and my three little humans. They are the center of my life. And so without further ado, let's get started. Today I woke up super, super, super late. And I'm an early riser but I've been noticing for the past week not sleeping, you know, before 1am so the wake up time is not really as easy. So 6:40, okay, 6:40. When I look at the clock I'm bringing, you have got to get yourself out. And I, and I start to hear like thoughts going in my mind and I was like simmer down, simmer down, say okay. And so I asked myself, hey Ambu, how do you apply grace and comp, you know, compassion towards yourself? Very quickly I was able to get out of bed full on, like yeah, let's go mode. Went upstairs to wake my son up, got to the top bunk and he is knocked out. And, and this guy usually wakes up pretty easily like hey yo buddy man, love, kisses, blah blah blah. So we have this ritual in our house where I go, I wake them up, they have to give me a kiss. Of course I shower them with love. First they have to give me a kiss. Why did that kiss come into existence? That was my kids way of knowing that they are awake. Because before what I started to notice is I would wake them up and they said you never woke me up. And they would get angry and get mad. It's the fourth time, like you never woke me up, you never did. And so I thought what can I do? What habit can I build where it will just be a beautiful way to wake them up. And then also it'll give me a way to connect with them and for them, with me. So they all gave me their kisses, and can you believe it? They were able to make it to school on time. Three kids. And like, in 20 minutes, these kids were ready. Not even 20, 15 minutes, because they asked for some time. You know, they asked for their five minutes after being awake. You give the kiss, you get five minutes to do whatever. And then after five minutes, the alarm goes off or mom comes in and says, time to get up. And then they get up, make their bed, and off to the bathroom. So this wasn't easy. It took a lot of time commitment and conscious efforts. And that's what I do. I want to really help parents, you know, become conscious leaders of their family. So the kids just automatically start to listen to what they're saying because they're being the influences and really role modeling how they want their kids to be and who they want to show up as their best selves. With that said, sending a whole lot of umbergy. Take good care. This is X Mom signing out. Bye.
