A short YouTube transcript in which Coach Ambereen (host of a series called "Insights of Ex mom") speaks directly to parents about the importance of pausing, being present, and showing up consistently for children. She reflects candidly (without guilt) on her own variable consistency, describes a concrete practice—putting away devices and engaging in simple, present conversation with her children—and highlights that such small acts rebuild connection, compassion, and gratitude. The piece closes with encouragement and a request for viewers to share what resonated or the challenges they face.
Amazing day to you.
I hope today, and I pray that today has been a day where you realize that amazing moments are created when we just pause, reset, and are fully present in this very moment.
Welcome and thank you so much for listening to this simple message from me.
My name is Coach Ambreen and I am a family driven coach who focuses really on how to unify your family.
And every single day I began this series called Insights of Ex mom where.
I notice things about my own little humans and even about my own self as a mother. And I want to pour back into you to tell you as a parent, you're striving, you're thriving, you're trying, you're.
Troubleshooting, you're doing it all. And I am here to cheer you on. As I began to explore about what.
I don't talk about today, I had to really pause and ask myself, where have I seen the most difficulty? And the answer was in the way that I showed up. The way that I'm showing up for my little ones, for myself, hasn't been as consistent as I want it to be. And I say that not with guilt, not with shame, not with anger, not with regret, but to say, you know.
What, I'm human, you're human, we gonna make mistakes, and that's okay.
The beautiful thing is that when we realize and ponder and are becoming aware of those difficulties, that we have the opportunity to really shift and pivot, to take some action and start moving in the right direction. So what I did is put away all the devices and just literally showed up and my kids just sat by me. One of them laid on top of me and I just kind of played with the hair, just talked to them about where life is at, what they're seeing, what they want to do, you know, today, this weekend, so so on and so forth. And so this simple dialogue allowed me to be a better mother, to be more compassionate, to be more understanding, and to really be in more great gratitude, you know, to be uplifted by this joy, to know that I saw something that needed improvement. And today I poured in a little bit to make sure that the cup can actually start to become more and more full. Because it's these relationships that allow us to really expand and add meaning and fulfillment into our lives.
With that said, sending you a ton and ton and ton of goodness and umbergy, do share with me what resonated with you, share what challenges you're facing.
So I can start to really carve out some conversations and some content around those that are specific to you.
