Intentional Living and Influence

Coach Ambereen (speaker) presents a short, motivational YouTube monologue about intentional living focused on a simple framework: Awareness → Acceptance → Action (the "three A's"). She connects self-awareness and nonjudgmental acceptance to deliberate action, explains levels of influence (motivated → inspirational → aspirational), and applies these ideas to coaching, parenting, and relationships. The clip closes with a coaching invitation (six-week option and a free call sign-up) and an energetic sign-off.

Greatness filled day to you, which basically means, I pray, today it is a day filled with you elevating your life because you're realizing and recognizing that you want to follow the soul's desires. Yes, it is a really big deal today. So I am feeling super pumped up, super energetic. It's just been a wonderful and a different kind of day for me. And that I think always love helps me to feel the day a little more instead of the mundaneness, you know, And I woke up late, woke my sons up on time, and it was exactly what I knew had to be done. Last night was a really late night for me, and I allowed myself to sleep and rest a little bit to make sure I can serve as my best ex mom. Nope, Ex mom self. Whoa. Where is it? There it is. Okay. And so I recognize today that there's a lot to do with synergy and serendipity when we are in the right energy state. And this came to me after one of my guests showed up, one of my brilliant and amazing friends who was on my show called Lead with Intentions, where I just, you know, have conversations, like a podcast, a live podcast. And we talk about life, we talk about family, we talk about challenges, we talk about purpose, we talk about every single thing that has to do with intentional living. And she's such an intentional person, which just makes me so happy. So she talked about this concept of being aware, first and foremost, of our own behaviors. Not judging them, but accepting them. So she says, I talk about the three A's, and the first one is awareness, the second one is acceptance, and the third one is action. How amazing is that? And I said to her, we're on the same frequency, girl, because I talk about so much about understanding that the thoughts that are coming into your mind are okay. We don't need to judge them or need to label them or need to justify them, which allows us to accept. And I think a lot of the acceptance comes from this idea of, you know, when I talk about my own families and the families that I work with and even the parents, where you should be okay and you should accept your children, your partner, your parents, and all of the relationships just the way that they are. That's the whole intention. You're in their life for that reason. And then, of course, nothing in life changes until we actually, of course, change ourselves first and foremost. However, on top of that, I got this blazing, beautiful idea and understanding of life and how to actually live to the next level. So there's something where a lot of us are Feeling motivated to do the right thing. However, that's the first level. We can always raise that up to be more inspirational, where there's a higher level of intentional influence. But the peak of it all is aspirational. And aspirational is what other people want to be like you. They aspire to be like you. So in, in the conversation of when it comes to coaching or when it comes to parenting, when it comes to just relationships in general, every day, of course, cannot be the same. However, when you become aware of the fact that you're getting angry, frustrated, irritated, annoyed by the actions of, let's say your children, just recognize it and then accept it. The great thing to do also is to ask yourself a question like, why am I feeling this? And pause. She really talked about this concept, Tasha Romanelli, of just pausing and being okay with the emotion and the vibrancy that you're feeling right now. And that energy can either suck you down or actually, once you come to terms with it, it'll leave you where you are or maybe even elevate you. Once you are accepting this emotion and understanding where it's coming from, then action it. And the action is in the pause, or the action is not responding, or the action is choosing to change your perspective, whatever that is. And when we start to do that, not only we motivate ourselves to become better, we'll become influential and inspirational on top of that. Who knows? The more parents that are that where the children want to be, to aspire to be like their parents, where your brother and sister aspire to be like you, or your family is seeing a different version of you and understanding what's going on.
