Intentional day to you. I pray that today you allow your heart to actually lead the way that you do the things that actually matter to you, the things you're excited about. Have those difficult conversations you're meant to have. Send that email. Letting somebody know what you desire and what you deserve now in your life. Hey, it's Coach Umbren, also known as Ex Mom. I show up here to drop some wisdom when it comes to our families. And oftentimes these are, you know, either a ways to lift you up or to make you realize what can you do in a challenging time. Because raising children is nothing that is easy. Moreover, being around family, especially the one that we haven't chosen, isn't always as simple as just kind of just going through the motions. I've got three little humans, and they are the center of my life. I've. I've known, I wanted to be a mother from a very, very, very young age. And my favorite people in the world are little people like the little humans. They' so pure, so authentic, so courageous, so blissful, so present, so curious. And the greatest thing is they accept us as we are. You know, research shows that until the age of 10, the number one objective of our children is for them to feel like we appreciate them and that we accept them as they are. This one to impress us, believe it or not, this one impress us, right? And they live into this. This Persona, trying to be everything that they're meant to be. They think so that way they can make us happy. However, sometimes we as parents have to take a step back and ask, what can we do to make them happy? What are some things that we can do? Or we can put our ego aside, put aside the rules and the regulations of the custom and the traditions and the way that things have been, to do the stuff that actually will make our little people better, happier, kinder, feel loved and mattered and accepted and appreciated. And that shift can really work magic in your relationship. Think about your own life growing up. If your mom and dad did the simple things that made you happy more, how would your life change today? How would you be with your family and your loved ones? What if you loved, you know, kites? And your parents would make an intention at least once a month, if not once a week, to explore that with you. If somebody that you actually love to do magic tricks, what if they sat there, pretended like you are the magician, and you presented tricks in front of them and that gave you this support, this connection, this knowing that they love you and accept you as you, as you are as I am. And I think as parents and as family members, oftentimes we don't do the things that make them happy, and we want them to do the things that make us happy. So it's time to prioritize what matters. Your family and their happiness and harmony and love and peace and joy, all based on this one concept of living more intentionally. Because it's it is. When we role model the things that we want our children to become, I can guarantee you that your kids and your family members will start to become more of it. With that said, sending you a ton of umbergy in my comfy place? Sitting here outside in the pretty cold? Just because I knew that I needed it today. This is Ex mom signing out. Lots of love and lots of goodness coming your way. Bye.
