Hey, bright day. I pray today there is brightness that you find other people that are. It's kind of there and we hardly ever notice. So, hey, it is your family driven coach, Coach Ambreen serving you up. Hopefully a little bit of goodness from today's day. It was a day full of connection. Although I wanted to make sure that I shine bright and I noticed all the amazing things of other people, I decided to have a really long and fun conversation with my mom. It was nice. Started to be very direct and straightforward in some of the clients that I am currently working with, letting them know that, hey, you know what, this is kind of a boundary. You got to set it for yourself if you cannot do it for me. So that was entertaining and fun, but the challenge and the fun part was actually deciding to take seven kids and my nieces and nephews to a water park for the first time. That we're visiting a brand new water park. And it is always amazing to see their reactions on how and what they notice, what they find to be so fun. And so there is. There are ton of slides here and they're having a blast. They are exploring the pool, you know, using the diving board to do a lot of fun tricks, just to have a lot of great and conscious moments that they are creating. And what they're reminding me of is that kids just love to have fun and we as adults don't have enough of it. And so I am making an intention and sharing it with all of you to really start to add more fun into life. And that could just mean more jokes. That could mean maybe exploring a brand new event every single month. Just trying to put myself in places that are not ordinary. So that way I too can explore a ton more of goodness in this life. Do share with me what resonated well, what it is you're gonna start doing for your own self to champion and cheer yourself on or, or even like a boundary that you created that you think is beneficial and can serve somebody else. Was that sending you a ton of umbergy and a whole lot of goodness? This is X Mom signing out. Bye.
