Mindful day to you. I hope today you are able to choose your thoughts wisely and be really mindful of where your energy goes. Welcome. Welcome. I am a family driven coach. My name is Coach Ambreen and I am committed to growth and energy, awareness, challenging myself every single day by sharing a personal insight and finding practical ways to add more joy, fun and respect into our homes, especially in our families. Thank you for showing up and listening to this personal share. Today is no different. Every single day is a walk of life and every single day we family members have challenges that show up Today. My second, the one who's super sweet, thoughtful and caring. That one, he just showed up, not so happy. He, he woke up and he was like in this rut. I could feel it, I could hear it. So I told myself, okay, disengage, don't keep pouring in and try to correct the self talk. And it wasn't going anywhere. So now he's in the bathroom and his sister's knocking on the door like, hey, can you please like let me in, I gotta go use the bathroom. And he's like, no, not opening the door, just like that cutthroat slice. She's like, hey, hey mama, I need to use the bathroom. And he's not letting me in. And so why don't you try some kindness and say, hey, aren't you sort of sweet, thoughtful, caring brother? Could you please just let me in the bathroom for just a few minutes so, so you can, you can use it. And then of course, you know, there are two things share, have more, you know, like whatever the mirror, the more the merrier. And he's like. And I, as I'm saying this, he's like, no, I'm not opening the door, she's not coming in. And so I told her, I was like, all right, we're just going to take a deep breath. We're just, we're going to let it go. And here I am like trying my best. I'm not to troubleshoot and it's not working. So I let him be. He opens at the door, let's turn to the bathroom. She does her thing or whatever and then she comes down and she comes down, she's like, I'm like, why don't you just focus your energy elsewhere? So she comes down, you know, she's having breakfast or whatever, early breakfast. And then here I am like outside, you know, like 20 minutes later, just meditating and trying to get my mind into a place where I am not gonna overstep that X moment. Boundary X Mom, boundary. He comes to me and he's like, hey mama, do you think I should wear pants today? Because he's got shorts on, right? He loves his shorts. The weather's changing and he's so excited about all the shorts that he can try on and wear. And I said, why don't you just feel the weather and you can decide. You're outside right now and I'm doing this while I'm meditating. Usually I'll be like, no, but because he had a rough morning and he was in in a bad place, I don't want to do that. My eyes are still closed. And then something tells me, open your eyes and look at him. So I turn around, make it really a good intention, turn around and look at him. And he has like this really cute outfit on. I say, you know what? That's a really nice outfit. I love it. He goes, yeah, don't you think so, Ma? Like I thought about it, I put it together and now he's in a hype state. What I noticed in this 20 minutes, his energy shifted. He came back to his kinder, more generous self. As many of us want to troubleshoot and fix problems for our families as moms, dads, uncles, aunts, grandparents, friends, whatever. Sometimes letting things be makes it so much easier because then you actually are not in a friction place and not in a back and forth place and not really taking your mind in a place where you don't want to go. Why? Because you're choosing to be more mindful with your thoughts. With that said, sending you a whole lot of umberji. This is ex mom signing up. Bye.
