She does practice this essence of living intentionally. She is somebody who's from Cameroon and she's a financial professional. Her mission, what she wants to do, to serve all of you, is to provide some type of financial literacy and planning to every single person here. With that said, welcome to the show, Josephine.
Thank you. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. I'm so excited for the invitation and I'm so happy to be here today. This really means a lot to me and I am so grateful and thankful for inviting me to be on life today. You know, living with intention, that is our passion as a woman. My name is Josephine Dango. I am from a small country in Cameroon. So I happen to come to this land of opportunity and I am a financial professional right now and I am so passionate about the profession that I came across. Every day is a gift and a blessings. Everything that comes our path every day is a blessings to us. Like I was taking a walk, I meet my friend just unexpectedly and we just became connected. That was the will of God. We connected that day and this is how God has brought us together. That is why the Bible says that in everything we give thanks that this is the day the Lord has made. The Lord makes every day very important for us. And we have to use it to make a difference in everybody that we see in our life. So I'm really so grateful and thankful for that very day till today and with what is going to happen in future in our life. As a woman, I really want to lead that financial literacy and discipline and planning to every woman out there. Every man out there, yes. In every situation. I always see men are always the leading force in the stage. But this time around, we want to wake up as a women to become those millionaires, the first millionaire woman in our family to create a story and to live a legacy. And that is our plan. What do we need? We need to chase that excellence. We need to put that focus, effort to be disciplined, to stand, to be accountable, to be who we want to be for the world to see us. Thank you so much and I hope I speak again. Thank you very much.
So you guys are already here trying to see and drop that wisdom where she is not only talking about the wisdom and the God and the planning, the. The fact that this life is nothing short of a gift, the interactions are all things that are kind of happening in serendipity, but really allowing us to step into that power of claiming more for ourselves, being the first. You know, we talk about a lot of concepts, we talk about a lot of the greats. And today, in all honesty, I'm sitting inside a room, and this room is called Maya Angelou. And she's nothing short of excellence, greatness, accountability, discipline, wisdom and knowledge. And I see so much of that being reflected by the way that you show up here, Josephine, for every single one of us. Now you talk a little bit about, you know, what it is that you do and a little bit of who you are. So I want to ask you is what does it mean for you to live an intentional life?
Leaf, thank you so much. That is a great question. And to live intentional life. You know, we all, we are here for a purpose, and that purpose has already been in us most of the time. I mean, the massive. The wisdom, the big wisdom in us that God has already set in us is not out. Maybe because we are fearful, we are introvert. We are thinking that what will happen or I cannot do this. You know, our mind keep discouraging us. Our mind keep judging us in the wrong directions. But we have mighty things inside us that if we. If Those things come out, oh my God, the world would disappear. So those things are in also. Living intentional life is living the life that you are supposed to live. Most of the time, we hide it because of fear. But today, I want us to put that fear behind, put it under our feet, bring up that wisdom that is inside us to prove to the world that yes, it is in and out and we have it. If others can do it, we can do it. There's no doubt. Let us stand up as women and conquer our future.
I think that's so brilliant because a lot of times I think as women, you know, I was talking to a friend of mine today and she was talking about like, yeah, well, that's what we're taught. We're taught to just give, give and give, and we don't know how to receive or even how to give to ourselves. And this, this concept of, like, a lot of times in many cultures, women are the ones that are raising the future generations. So if we can start to shift the way that we feel, unleash our own potential and the wisdom and the purpose and kind of go on a discovery to figure that out. This world, you said, would be a very different place. Now when you're talking about this world and really aligning that to every day is a blessing to we're all here to do something, how do you see that unfolding in your own life?
Oh, yeah. Thank you so much. That's a great question. You just put me in the spot. In my life. Coming from Cameroon, I was somebody that cannot just talk in front of people. I was introvert. But my career now, my new career as a professional has made me to become a situational extrovert where I can speak wherever I am, wherever I find myself. If you wake me from steam dash, you stop. I'm going to talk because I have learned it. The good thing is that this is learnable. And with the help of the kind of professionals that I have been with, I have shift from that introvert to extrovert. So my life has changed completely in a way that I live my life not to think about what other person think about me, but to take accountability of my own self and do what is right. That cannot just help me, but to help others. Because if I remain introvert, I am putting myself in a hole. And the person that I was supposed to lay hands and maybe pull them up, I allow them to remain in that same hole. So I'm doing harm to myself and harm to others out there, which is not good. So when I discovered this and I learned this for my leaders. What I'm doing, I saw myself coming out of that and I see myself standing as a powerful woman to help not just my family, but to help the whole world to come out of that, that level that maybe sometime we think that oh, I can't do this. Maybe this is for special people. Most of the time I came across many people, they said no financial, professional, no, I don't have any idea, I don't have any knowledge. This is not my cup of tea. It is our cup of tea. We can do it. We can do it without any knowledge, without any financial background, without any education. We can do it and successfully, not just doing it, but coming out as a warrior to stand and to become that excellent woman that God has made us to be. So through all this, I've learned so many things and my life have changed. My mindset has changed from employee to employee employer where I can manage my own business and also lead others to grow in a new career, a secondary career where it gives you that opportunity, that time flexibility to do part time as a stay at home mom. You can make a huge amount of money supporting your children, your husband and we can also give the gift that we expect from our husband to our husband.
I love that. I think as you're kind of unfolding and I really hear the passion in your voice and I really know a little bit about your story where you weren't always so committed to doing things this way and you weren't always so committed to see and to be focused on what God is unveiling for you. Now, many of us, you said if someone has already done it, we can do it. If I can do it, you can do it. All of us can kind of become proficient in this. Now. Take us back a little bit into your own personal life and share with us something that you think will allow me and our amazing audience members, the people, the viewers, the reason why we exist and the people that we serve, who I'm so grateful for that they can learn from your own personal, from your own personal journey.
Thank you so much. Thank you Ami. I'm very, very grateful for being with you this time and receiving all these great questions that you're taking me back to where I come from. It all starts there because since back home in my country, Cameroon, many people have always tell me this from your history, your story, your background or what you have went through. We have learned a lot of things that has keep on going, has keep us strong in life where I grow back I lost my parents when I was still young, so I grew on my own. So through all these things, I have a support system like my auntie, my, you know, family members that they are taking me up. But I was always pushed for to do so something I have to work, look for school fees, go to school, do things to move on. Until I went to a level that finally I got my bachelor's degree in nursing and I won a lottery to come to the United States. I never knew where I was going. I don't even know where is it. I don't know how it's going to happen. But I took that leap of faith. Have faith in yourself. Whatever thing that you plan, learn to do in life, have it. And know that God is always there to lead you in every situation. As you always turn to him, his hand is always there, open for you to hold. If you are aware of those things, you will always move forward. So coming to America, I didn't know where I was going. But I have that faith that if others can go and succeed, I can also go and succeed. And I came here in the United States, I know anything. And I start my life here being introvert, all those kind of things. Sometimes, you know, I'm even scared to talk to people. But I said, I can do this, why not me? I don't have to scare myself back. And interacting with people, with friends that also believe and trust in you. I became that woman that God has made me to be. I was first in, but I see myself coming out out of me to show those to the world. So I became who I was supposed to be, having that confidence that I can do it. And I know that if I stand, I take that step, God will lead me. And I took that step. I move. I came here alone before. I fight for my children to come and meet me here. So this is my journey here with my three beautiful girls and three grandchildren. I love the life that I live and I live. I want to leave a legacy, create a history to the world that if tomorrow I am not, my history will continue to go. That is it.
I love that if tomorrow I have not, that legacy will continue to grow. I think that does show. You know, every single person that's here listening can already see how you are leading an intentional life. And I think it's so true of this concept that you have kind of been talking about, and we've already touched upon it a few times here in this short 15 minutes or so. Is this understanding that taking the leap of faith and then Believing in yourself and the creator to know that there's more there for you. So for those of us who are listening and you know, who, like even myself, how do you go from being an orphan at a young age, you know, losing your parents, having to rely on yourself, allowing your, you know, your support system to be your extended family, to say that, you know what, I can do it, and I know that there's more out there for me. How does someone step into that mindset, you know, coming from place, especially when, when we come from a place of scarcity and a lack of abundance and this culture of, you know, whatever we do will never break it versus you saying here you're claiming to be a millionaire, you know, and spreading this knowledge, this financial knowledge to the world.
Thank you so much. Thank you very much. My encouragement against, like I said said before, is having that faith, believing in yourself. Because if you do not believe in yourself that you can do it, you will keep falling back. Everything that we do in life, 90% is our mindset, and then 10 might be the skills or whatever thing we are learning. So our mindset is always the person to lead us. If you plan today to become a millionaire, before you touch that money in your hand, it first start in your mind. You need to believe that, yes, I am going for this and I can do it. I will receive this. Most of the time when we talk of enemies, who is my worst enemy is me. My worst enemy is me who keep judging me. Me who keep judging that this person is this, it's me. Many people out there, they have a lot going on that they don't even care about you. But you, you are the one judging that they are so our worst enemy is us. Love yourself. Love yourself. Give yourself some hug, look at yourself in the mirror and thank God for creating this beautiful image. The Bible says I am beautifully and wonderfully made. An apple in God's own eye. He loves me in such a way that he can even count the hairs in my head. So who again? Who else if not you, who else? And if not now, when? So believe in yourself. Get that positive mindset. If you see negative thing, think about positive. That will change your whole world. In everything. Put on love, wear on love like clothes. Forgive. The Bible says in First Timothy 4, 4, it says that God has made everything beautiful in his own image. We are not supposed to reject, but we have to receive with Thanksgiving. Why not? In everything we give thanks to God. So when we receive those things, everything is made by God. So we are always happy until we became unhappy. Happiness is free. If you love yourself, you are happy with yourself, with others. You forgive others because they are human like you. If God has to die for my own sin and forgive me, who am I not to forgive others and love them the way God loves me and show that love? Do I answer your questions?
You have answered a lot more than just my question, Josephine. I think there is a prolific quality that you have, and I'm not sure if you are aware of it, but I do want to tap into it. Reason being is, I think you're right to say that 90% of it could be our mind and 10% is our action. And like, you know, actually putting that to fruition. And however, most of us are taught that all of it is action that you cannot.
You.
You know, this. This whole new, new way of being, a new era of thinking where you gotta believe it, you gotta feel it, you gotta sense, you gotta visualize it, you gotta manifest it to receive it is something that is not a concept that's comfortable to many people who are even watching or many people who will watch later in their lives or get a glimpse of this conversation. However, there is this essence and the certainty that you have, you know, surrounded by love. And I want to really dive in there because I think that's what's missing from our lives nowadays, this holistic view of knowing that I am enough, I am loved. And for me, that love will actually help me conquer those negative thoughts and those feelings, you know, that. That come alongside with helping me tap into happiness, which you and I know and everybody else is watching knows it's free. It's not like I have to go and say, Hey, $10 of happiness, please, can you give it to me? It's there. However, we're living in a world now where those statistics are kind of dipping. Like when it comes to, you know, happiness and self, love and anxiety is increasing and fear and, you know, people feel like they're not as abundant. Expenses are going up. And so there is almost like a imbalancement kind of help us get on a journey where we are living in higher vibration and frequencies to serve not only ourselves, our families, but even every single person that we interact with.
That's right. That's right. Very, very true. Yes. So I really see that it's time for us to come out of that thought. Those things that they are holding us back. Bitterness, negativity, unforgiveness, lack of love. These things, we need to wipe them out. And we enter into that new life that is going to lead us and bring us together as one. Yes, yes. I've met so many people. Most of the time they said, oh, I cannot do this, I cannot do this. But just due to a little bit of advice and you see them improving and doing great things. Doing great things. I've seen so many stay at home, mom making like 100, 200k, which they never thought of, that they can even do something in life that can bring anything like finances in their family. They just. That I have to just depend that if I receive, I receive. If I don't receive, I stay. But they have this, I mean, this excellence in them that it was just being hidden because of the mindset. So now due to somebody telling you that, yes, you can do this, you have this in you and you can make it, and they take that action, that leap of faith. They see themselves doing great things. And this is what we all. We can do. We can do it with the help of our great leaders out there that they are willing to invest on us to become successful, we can do it. There's a lot of great things out there and I don't want anybody to be left behind.
There is a lot that you're touching upon which is kind of very in harmony with the way that I live my life. So on the side there you see Tawaqal coaching, and that's the name of my coaching company is an Arabic word which basically means believing in something greater than. And this could be like a universe, you know, that makes the world go around and that gives us all that it is. This could be a creator, this could be greatness within human beings that you're saying that you can see and you can tap into and make them believe. And so a lot of what you're saying really does resonate. What would you say is the first step to reversing this mindset that is not serving us? So for every single person, you know that I'm truly honored and truly grateful for you're here still now listening and I'm really praying that Josephine's wisdom and greatness is something you can feel in her energy, because I surely can. You know, what is that first step that they can take to break free from the past that hasn't served them?
Thank you so much for the question. I think the first thing that we need to have is that faith to believe. This faith, belief in yourself that you can do it. Because if you don't believe that you can do it, you. Your mind has already put you back. So having that faith and believing that, yes, I can do this and not just having the faith or believing, but take that action. You have to take action because action will lead you to what you can have, let me say, a bunch of knowledge. But if that knowledge is not being put into action, it will just remain dumped. It won't have anything to do. So when you believe in yourself, you have faith that I can do these things. And a little bit of faith like this can move mountain. You can go, you can go far away, as far as you want to go. You just have this faith. You believe in yourself, action taken. You see yourself somewhere there are people to lead you. There are more many things for you out there that can lead you to. But just take that step. Consistent discipline, desire. Oh, my goodness. Let's check.
There is. I mean, I think having this mindset is probably one of the most profound elements of being not only successful in the financial world, but living a successful life. However, I think many times it's the challenges that we are facing within our families, within a limiting belief of the people around us that really almost start to cage us and bring us to what they all say, like, come back to reality, right? Come back to reality. Like, you're flying too high, you're thinking too much. Now talk to us a little bit about what is a challenge that currently your family is facing right now or has faced, which you think will allow or which would resonate with our audience and allow them to learn from your greatness.
Wow. Thank you so much. Thank you. Thank you very much. As me coming to this country by myself, all the family were back home. My siblings, my children, my grandchildren, everyone was back home because the fact that I didn't have my parents, I have family, other family, relatives. So I was not the first in my family. I have elder brothers, elder sisters, but what happened to them, it wasn't easy. When I got here, I was working like crazy. Day and night. I'm at a job site, work. The money is not there, it's going this way, going that way, going this way, this and that. I became tired of myself being an employee, working so hard, but I can't see the income. And I was open. I was looking for something. I was looking for an opportunity because I came here with big dreams that I want to dream big and I want to move my family out of that name called poverty. So as I was open, one of my friends invited me for a business opportunity. And I went to that business opportunity. I saw what was going on and I reflect back on what I'm going Through like me being in medical field, working so hard and sometimes most of the time I'm psychologically depressed because I think about my patients, that I'm unable to help them, maybe because of a lot of assignments and I'm not really feeling good. So I tell myself either I'm here or I'm not, either I'm here to help them the right way or not. So I took this opportunity very seriously. This opportunity came to my rescue in that I found something that you don't need to bring any knowledge, any experience, but people are there to help you to build your own business and legacy to your family. And again, an opportunity whereby I can do wherever I am at my home, nobody need to chase me, I am my own boss, I can pay my own self. It gives me that opportunity to do part time, make extra income. And the income level doesn't have any cap like a job that if you do one hour you have this amount. No, this doesn't have any glass ceiling. So I said I can go with this. I saw the compensational plan, I saw a system that has been in place for 40 years that everybody come from any background and succeed. I said if they can do it, I can also do it. I started this business opportunity, this is my second year and I love it, I love what I do. And that is why my passion is to share it to anyone that is out there thinking that oh, I cannot do anything or I want to be remain an employee material. No, you can start a business with no cost, no location, nothing. The platform is there for you and people are there to put in their vested income interest for you to become successful. The only thing you need is the commitment, the desire and the decision to take that action that yes, I want to do this and I can do this. Many people have always dreamed of starting something, you know, but they are fear of failure, fear of capital, fear of the experience, the knowledge, the expert that's here. You don't need any of those things, you don't need it. Just come with your desire, coachability, commitment and you are good to go. So we are welcoming anybody, anyone who has that desired quality that I need, that desire, the commitment, crushability to take that decision, to take a leap of faith that I want to move from that mindset, employee mindset, to an employer mindset. And I want to conquer my future. I want to show that to my own family and also other family out there, that financial freedom and time freedom. I want to get this and have that freedom, that leisure to plan, to travel the World.
Amen. Amen. Amen to not only you, but anybody who can resonate and even has picking out small things that they think they will start to commit to because they desire more and release make that decision to do it while making sure we follow up with that action. Now I want to kind of tie this all back into what we talked about a little bit is the challenges of our family. You were making money as a nurse here in the US and working extreme hours trying to make ends meet. And it seems like supporting everybody back home because now you're in America and that's the expectation. So where was that money going?
Thank you so much.
That's what everybody's wondering is like, yeah, I do the same.
I forgot, I forgot that part. Yeah. So like in my country, especially when I came here just a few years after there was war going on and in my country everybody was lacking food. Even houses were burned down. You could not even even place to stay. Sometimes just a one time meal is really hard for people. So me, I came, I was working in a hospital and in the hospital my name is mother of all children. I don't just say this is my family, everybody is my family and everybody knows me. So somebody who, because when I was here, even my own children back home, they are receiving food every day from people that they just came to the hospital. I helped them. So this is how my life has been. So me, if I'm say I'm sending something back home, it's not just for my family. Anybody that is going through that struggle, I see into it that they should have at least a meal. So this morning this is how I was seeing myself that I cannot just stay in this one position because there are people that they are behind me and I need to stand up for that. That is why I say I have to do something different. It again it is just about a year ago my elder brother became seriously sick, had a brain injury and his condition was terrible. Money was going like how you can harvest leaf. This is how it was going. I think I, I was just wondering if I was just doing job that I'm just living that hand to mouth. And I don't know what could have happened but I was already in the business where I can discover that I can get some huge amount of money that I can solve this problem without even stressing myself. You know, back home like we here, we can get life insurance, all those things that can get a benefit that you can do that for treatment. But back home we don't have all those Opportunities, so that opportunity is not there. You have to spend the hard cash. But through the opportunity, I see myself coming out of that without any delay. So that is why I say having something to do, like being your own boss, doing something that you know, it can move you somewhere to another is very important, not just building some. Yes, we always start like being employee to start someone. Yes, that is the starting point. But we need to always have that thought in mind that how long am I going to do building something for somebody? Do I really want to build something for myself and for my family? Where in such situation, you can manage that situation without being panicking or, you know, thinking, where can I go? All those kind of things. So life happens and planning before time is always good. Because when you don't plan, that is where many worries come in and it lead us to situation that we cannot handle. So through these things, my family, I see the help coming where I did not thought of. So being a woman, standing for yourself, helping this, doing all these things to help your family, help children, help your husband, you know, stretch their vision too. Yes, they can lead, but together we win. We want to be in the same page knowing these things because I've come across family where women do not know anything about the finances and the husband passed away and the woman just stranded because he doesn't know anything about what was happening. But today, in today's world, I don't think that is a good thing for us. If we really love our family, we don't want to be in such situation. We want husband and wife to be in the same page to know that as I'm wiping your hand, you can also wipe the other hand. So together we can do great things for our children. And most importantly, leading our growing children to know about entrepreneurship instead of just working for somebody is very important.
What is it about an entrepreneurial mindset versus an employee mindset that kind of keeps us desiring more in life? And I love the concept of how you're intertwining, you know, being able to have freedom of time and freedom of, you know, financial freedom and how it goes back into serving oneness. Together we are stronger. You know, we are all meant to be one. So I. It's almost like there's a puzzle piece that we're trying to put together here. So why is that something that is so important, that entrepreneurial spirit? You know, if. If we were to say that.
Thank you so much. Coming to talk about entrepreneurship and employee. What I've learned about entrepreneurship is like being taking accountability Being your own boss, having your freedom and time, paying yourself first, you are not running some, nobody is running behind you. And what I've seen is that being an employee, you sell your time to employer entrepreneur, they buy those time. Being an entrepreneur, unlike being earning override income, like when you build your own thing, you earn override income is the work that is supposed to be done is not like one person carrying all the whole thing. There are many people doing a little bit of things that bring that huge difference. And that is how like we an employee, employee, we all together, we work for employer and they get this huge thing and we just get little because we are doing many hours just alone. But employee this, they can do 2000 hours in a minute by many employees. So employer, they get this much time through employees. So if you are an entrepreneur, you are an employer. So you have that quality, you have that ability to make as many hours within a second and to earn override income to get that financial freedom and time freedom that most of the time we think as it's just particular person that need to do that. No, we can see that most of the people who are really well to do financially fit are people who are entrepreneurs. They are investors, they own a system, they operate by using a system. So that is the most beautiful thing. And being an entrepreneur, your income doesn't have a glass ceiling. You can earn as much as you want. That is why you see many people from corporate side background, they come being an entrepreneur like part time. You see most of them, they are firing their boss this time around. Yes, because they saw the vision. They see that I can, if I can do this, I can end this amount of money just part time building my own business that I own it. I can leave that legacy to my family. Why? To work for somebody again, there is no need. So I'll focus here. And the good thing is that we have the platform. We had somebody to teach us. You don't need any experience, you don't need to go to school or to get some master degree before you do that. Anyone can do it. So that is why I said, if not you, who else? And if not now, when? Again, the time is now. The time is now to take that action and stand and be who you are and conquer your future. All the opportunity, the requirements are available for you.
So we've talked a lot about finance, a lot about your mission and how you went from healthcare, you know, earning a lucky ticket into the US to not really discovering a very different purpose in your life. The people who want to reach out to you or learn about this platform or you're saying you can sit at home, be a mother, a homemaker, work part time and be able to build a six figure life for yourself, for your family, for your, for your loved ones to serve others. How do they get in touch with you? Josephine?

N-A N G O J O E gmail.com and if you go to my page you'll find my website is right there or you can still text me, I can give you all this information. We are just saying that there's flexibility. There's that time flexibility for you to come and learn and change the way you think, have that financial freedom and time freedom. We come together, we learn together, we grow together. And if you are really interested, you are welcome on board. And here we work as a family, as a team.
I think the last bit, I was actually going to say that it seems very much like a family vibe and I think family is such a beautiful way that allows us to push into our own growth, to dream bigger, to have a desire to leave something more than just that life. And I think you know that last bit here about creating history and not just living life in meaning, but doing something more like being a trailblazer and kind of locking that in. We don't have a lot of people here who kind of give away their information as openly as you. So Josephine Dango is actually in the US So making sure that when you're texting her or calling her or reaching out to her that you're just mindful of those US area codes and country codes to that. So that way that reach could be of course something that she's able to actually receive. There's a, you know, we are coming kind of towards the end of this show and I think there's a lot that you have mentioned. We've talked about this concept of claiming more, overcoming our mind, believing and having faith, really understanding that you desire and you deserve it all. However, that essence of commitment, follow it up with a decision and action is where life actually starts to change. And that's where a lot of people, I think, will really use your wisdom and see, like, the leaps of faith that you've taken, you know, in the small session that we've had here, kind of as a testament to dreaming big, wanting more, desiring more, and leaving behind something that's more than just ourselves. That greatness piece I always talk about. So we have this tradition here, Josephine, on this show, and I ask you these questions. They're called an intentional wrap up. The rapid fire questions that I'll ask you with just one word answers, one sentence maximum. And, you know, it's kind of to see like, what comes up when. When you're just kind of put on the spot. So. You ready?
Yes.
Let's do it. Okay. Josephine Dingle, what do you want to leave behind for the world?
I want to live the dream that I have ever dreamed for the world to see.
How will you know that you've led an intentional life?
I'm living intentional life for what I am doing right now is what I have ever dreamed to do. And I want to pass it to everyone.
Okay. If you could create one law that everyone in the world had to follow, what would be that law? Love. What is one lesson? You've shared many lessons with us already, but what is one lesson that has made you who you are today?
Love and forgiving others. Being positive.
Yes. That. That is so, so, so necessary in this world. You know, what is that one thing that a key that you would say to actually obtaining healthy relationships?
I didn't get you, right?
What's the key to a healthy relationship?
Like I said, I think the key is just love and positive mindset.
All right, so with that said, you know, that kind of wraps up our show. Thank you so very much, Josephine, for being here, for being so present, for being fully aware, for really serving us with all of your greatness and for allowing us to. To dream more and be the creator of our own lives. To leave behind a lovely and a beautiful legacy.
