Influential day Coach Ambreen here. What comes to mind when you think of the words lead with radiance? When we think of radiance, we may think of light, sunshine, positivity, energy, illumination. All these are great ways to lead a team, to be on board with your vision. Recently I was driving down this lane and it had a very homey feeling, this neighborhood. I started to notice the trees and all of them were bent in a specific direction. None of them stood nice and tall. And so I started to ponder and think and it was evident really quickly that all of them were leaning towards where they felt the most sunshine, the most radiance. And so what I started to think about was in order for them to feel energy and aliveness, they were all leading towards one way. When we lead, I think with this mindset, we start to become other people's sunshine, raise optimism in a team or even amongst family and social gatherings. So here are some simple ways that you could just lead better, make a better impact and actually bring that light of radiance into the interaction. Be the light that gives, that continues to shine on and that validates others and their concerns. Take a moment throughout the day to refuel, to pause and to re energize so you can be extremely mindful of the way that you lead. Reflect on and celebrate those simple moments that bring a ton of joy and so much gratitude from that. So as a certified high performance coach, it is my intention and it is my job to bring out the best and the most authentic expression of you. I challenge you to take your life to the next level and actually lead a high performance life with humility and umbraji.
