Theo says fail day to every single one of you. I pray that today we really unite in this divine connection to know that as humans, we're just literally one race. So why is there so much division? Why is there so many grouping? Why do we judge others? There's so much that we're doing which isn't really serving us as humanity. So I'm really praying for a better future and even a better tomorrow. Hey, it's your coach, Ambreen, showing up here as I serve you, you know, and your families and your loved ones by providing you with some simple stools and strategies, narratives, viewpoints, my own stories and my experiences that allow us to tap into a higher elevated level of energy and goodness so that way we can serve our union, right, the people around us a little bit better. So thank you so very much for tuning in. These are small drops that I do, and I'm often surprised and humbled and in gratitude for the way that you guys respond back. So keep the engagement going. Today's about letting go. I was actually, you know, took a break from social media for. For a good bit for about 10 plus days. I needed it. And what I didn't know at that time is because God, which is something I believe in and you know, for you, whatever you divide, believe in something divine, something greater source, or even your highest self, was kind of preparing me for what's to come. And I may not have been had the courage or the energy to do it all while still being on social media and really coming across my authentic self, which is something that I always talk about with my clients, where the power of authenticity is something we haven't really embraced. Every single one of us comes into this world and our number one job is to be ourselves, be our authentic selves, embrace all the challenges that we have, you know, the stresses that we have, the strains that we have, the amazing quality we have, the amount of skills that we really take for granted and not give ourselves credit for is something that allows us not to tap into our own authenticity. So as I'm letting go of a lot of people, a lot of things and a lot of relationships are no longer serving me. What I'm realizing is that the right ones are showing up. And, you know, you'll hear people saying, like, it's a cliche. On brain is a cliche. No, honestly, like, Monday it drops two people. Tuesday an amazing friendship starts and this person on the line is really saying to me, hey, you know what? You found a bestie in me Legit, like, and this is, you know, a relationship that I've been cultivating for a little bit of time. But giving ourselves permission to want more and desire more because the past relationship or the past not serving us is such a beautiful way of being more authentic to who we are. So it is a lot of work, does require a lot of courage. I'm not going to say it's easy, but I honestly will say that re rethinking the way that these last, you know, these six relationships need to be, need to show up in my life was a lot of hard work. I'm so happy I did it because now I can communicate to them what I expect and what I want, which is so different than what they've all been used to, you know, and today I'm gonna actually do something which I don't normally do. I'll go ahead and, you know, just let you see where I'm at. This is where I'm sitting. But the more beautiful thing is right here that you see how we get seasons. And these seasons allow us to. To tap into a different version of ourselves, to let go of what was and really step into a new way of being. And that's what the season is reminding me of. To embrace what's coming by letting go of what was. With that said, sending you a ton of umbrella lit with positivity, courage and strength so you can keep crushing it and being amazing. This is X Mom signing out, folks. Bye.
