Gorgeous day to you. What does that mean? That means today I. I want you to find moments that are so beautiful that it adds an essence of gorgeousness into life. Welcome and thank you so very much for listening to this message that comes straight from my heart as I've begun this new series called the Insights of X Mom. For those of you who don't know, my name is Coach Ambreen and I am a family driven coach. So every single day I'll provide some insights, some observations and reflections that I have seen in my own AM hours, mostly of how we can just live a little bit better and be more conscious parents and human beings and really impact and influence those relationships which I think is such a critical part of life. All right, so today I actually don't know what led up to this and how this happened, but I was walking my kiddos to school, like really holding them, hugging them, and I said something to my daughter. I don't even recall what I said, but she got sad, like real sad. So much so that she started to cry that there were tears coming down her ear, her ears, her eyes. And in that moment, it was like this wake up call to say, just be more mindful, be kinder with your words. Think before I speak. Because although I don't know what I said and I'm sure she's not going to share it with me, actually just found out right now when she came back home that she's already forgotten about the fact she cried. But something happened. It made my heart ache because it didn't serve my child as best as I could. So what are you going to do differently? What are we going to do differently as a community, to really be mindful of what we say because we don't know how somebody else will take it. With that said, sending you a whole lot of umbergy X Mom signing out. Take good care. Bye.
