Graceful day to you. I hope today is a day where you are just a little bit kinder to yourself and prioritize yourself a bit more than others. I was actually just informed or I found out there is something called a national Singles Parents Day and sadly or not, I don't know, I am part of that number. I actually never thought about it like that where there has to be a day dedicated to single parenting. Because I've never looked at parenting as a very difficult task. I looked at it as a way of life and I think that's helped me tremendously with the way that I deal with my own self and with my own kids, which I have three of by the way, if you don't know. My name is Coach Ambreen and I am a family and youth driven coach who wants you to realize that there is such a beautiful bond when you put forth the time and effort and actually making that bloom or cultivating it. And when you add gratitude into the mix of family and into a community, it truly things truly start to blossom and bloom. Coming back to topic about single parenting. I've been a single parent since 2020 and I actually have realized that becoming a single parent for me was, was a form of liberation, which is not what others may think of it. As I was able to be myself with my children, I didn't have to think of limitations and restrictions in our homes with the way that I talk to them, with the way that I counsel them, with the way that I role modeled with the expectations that I had for my kids. And it's been a journey. I wouldn't say that it's all climbing up because when you climb up, there's always a down. So peaks and valleys for sure. We right now are in a state in our own family where we're struggling to really listen to each other, to understand. And so it's been my commitment to do a better job of that for my own kids and also for your kids, you know, for you and for everybody else out there who wants to just feel heard and listened to. So if we can just take a moment and really ask ourselves what is it that our family needs and aspire to take a little bit of action to do just that will actually start to transform the world in ways that you cannot imagine. So share with me, share with our community, share with everybody here. What is that one change that you're going to make to live a more harmonious life, which of course will add a whole lot of grace into your existence as well. That said, sending you a ton of energy, a whole lot of goodness. Take care.
