Good morning to you. Afraid today brings with it moments where you truly embrace just how amazing and wonderful you are and the way this that you contribute to other people's lives. Hey. For those of you who don't know who I am, my name is Ambreen and I am a family driven coach. I also call myself X Mom. Whoops. X Mom. Which is basically a mother who really wants to embrace acceptable love and appreciate her little humans with compassion and kindness, which I know is a lot to say and a lot to be. However, I realized that I wanted to create this Persona so that way I can step into who I am because I believe that parenting is a journey. Many of us make it seem like it's easy, others are struggling, and wherever you are on your journey, I'm no one to judge you. I'm just here to let you know that it is my intention to drop small little insights nuggets which will allow us to have more tools and strategies on how to become better and more intentional parents as we lead our little humans. I've been going through this thing with my son, one of my sons, my middle, and he is a sweet, sweet sweetheart. What he does, however, is he is a very much a people pleaser. He will take a very long time to respond back and to answer a very simple question because for him, he wants to make sure it's the perfect answer. He wants to make sure that he's making you feel like you're understood and that you're appreciated and that you're accepted and that's exactly the answer that you want. However, the more and more I want to work with him, I want him to just to be himself. You know, my. One of my biggest things that I strive for when I work with families is essence of being authentic. And that means that every single one of you is on a different path is your own self and your own being. How do you authentically embrace that and live in integrity with how you want to show up as a unit is something that I love, love, love to take families through, especially those parents who are like, we don't really know how we want to show up for our families. We, we want to be better, we want to be kinder, we want to be more influential, yet we don't know how to be. So please DM me, reach out to me. It's coach and brain across any social media platform and that'll really help us kind of just start the conversation. And there is a beautiful way of just booking a free call with me where we just talk and so here I am trying to get my little human who is such a people pleaser, to kind of unravel himself and step into who he is, his whole essence. So really embrace just the person that he is. Because I feel like he doesn't know his true self worth, he doesn't value who he is as a person. And he's not the only one going through this challenge. There are so many other adolescents feeling the same difficulty, whether that be with their body image, with their self talk, with the anxiety, with the difficulty of communication, not feeling understood, not feeling accepted, and sometimes not even knowing how to communicate what you want. So I tried this very simple thing with him. I would ask him a question, I would wait and hold space for him to answer. And like one day I asked, how would your best friend describe you? And he just took a very long time to answer. It was 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 45 seconds have gone by and he's not giving me an answer. So, hey bud, there's no right, there's no wrong, just anything works, anything goes, whatever comes to your mind. He goes, I don't have any thoughts, which we all know is kind of impossible. Our brain cannot just say we have no thought unless we're intentionally working on that and have really built a strong puzzle, you know, of meditation and practicing awareness to have no thoughts in our mind. And then I started something very different. I said, hey bud, I know you're super intelligent and you're super wise. I don't want you to think, I just want you to babble whatever answers come to mind. And I'm going to give you 10 seconds to answer this question. This changed the whole dynamics of the conversation because now he's answering questions right away. So what is it that one thing that you can do to allow your little kids, allow your little people that you are looking after with so much love and beauty and grace and respect, how can you allow them to just accept who they are without having to really check mark every single thing? Where they feel approval, they feel validated, they feel accepted, they feel appreciated, they feel understood. And during all of that, they're not offending you at all. So share those thoughts with me, share those comments with me. It really helps and it actually brings a bigger smile on my face.
