Hey, enlightened day to you. I pray that today brings with the moment where you are fully present, engaged and in flow. So that way you can create the best version of you. For those of you who don't know me, my name is Coach Ambrain. I show up here consistently to serve you, to give you some tips and some tools and some strategies on how to become better parents, better siblings, better grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends, companions, you name it. I am a family driven coach, which means that relationship for me are priority and I reflect kind of on my ams usually and see what can I pull from the morning hours and share with you that can maybe bring you some insights. So today we, my son and I left to go to his bus stop around 7 in the morning. And he, I was like, why don't you wear the other jacket, right? The one that's like waterproof because it's raining. He goes, nah, nah, nah, I'm okay. I thought, okay, you do you all good. And so you walk outside and he is walking and you know, we're kind of doing our morning routine just chatting and asking what the intention for the day is. What is something that you celebrated today that you have done already and accomplished in the morning hours and then what's one thing you're grateful for? So we're doing this and we kind of reached the end right of that side where I kind of let him go and he walks towards the group and okay, well he's like, what? I'm like, give it to me. He goes, ma, okay. So then he gives me like a kiss, right? And I kiss him back and I'm waiting. He goes, no, my no, no, no, no, no, no, mano, you're wet, you're soaking wet. And I said, so he goes, no, okay, I'll open my jackets. I opened up the zip and I'm all right. I need, I need it. He goes, ma, you're gonna make me so wet. You're gonna make me so wet. I was like, it doesn't matter. And what I'm alluding to is we have to habit of actually sealing the deal and the day by giving each other a hug as we part ways and go on to our bus stops and onto the bus. And he knew I wasn't going to let him go, so he was like, okay, fine. And then this, this whole moment we're laughing because he's like, no. And he's like, he knows I'm not gonna let him go. So to say all this, what I really want you to do is I want you to find something that you can do consistently with your kiddo, which expresses love and care and appreciation and validates them and lets them know that they really do matter, that you are here with them on this journey. And your job is to be with them, to be engaged, to be present, and to really make them feel like they're valued. Because as we all know, we brought them into this world, Right? They didn't show up. So, with that said, sending you a ton of umbergy filled with wonderful and amazing moments. And this is X Mom signing out. Bye.
