Coach Ambreen delivers a short YouTube coaching message about conscious parenting. She urges parents to model attentiveness and respectful behavior (put down devices, truly listen) because children learn respect by example; achieving this requires patience and deliberate, conscious leadership. The piece opens with a blessing, offers reflective questions for parents, and closes with the coach’s sign-off and commitment to family-driven growth.

Awareness filled a to you. I pray that today you learn to be a little bit more conscious in your day to day life. Love family. We often think about how all of this intertwines. We are living our lives within the family unit mostly and being raised by individuals who may or may not be leading conscious lives. I've been running into a lot of, you know, conversations with parents with where they talk and complain about their kids not listening, not being attentive, not being, not being in a place where there's respect in, you know, within the actual family unit. And so often I will kind of push, push back on the parents and ask them, well, are those things that you are doing and exhibiting within your family, are you living in a. Are you living a life where you learn to listen to them? Do you put down the devices yourself and actually are attentive? Are you somebody who is really engaged in the way that your child shows up every single day, whereas if something isn't right, you'll be the first to notice? And oftentimes parents are not able to give me this answer. And it's sad because we are expecting our children to be these amazing, remarkable humans, which I truly believe that they are. Yet we, we are responsible for leading them and often we're not doing a great job of it. This may come across something that's super mean and unkind, but that does not lead attention at all. As today is awareness filled day, I really had to make sure to remind all of us, including myself first and foremost, that respect is something that we demonstrate. When we can show our children respect, they will start to respect us. However, it requires a whole lot of patience and a lot of conscious leading in order for us to get into a place where we are not only saying that we're going to respect them, but we truly are respecting them. My name is Coach Ambreen and if you heard this message thus far, thank you so very much for tuning in and listening.
