Power of Words

A short coaching video by Coach Ambereen about the "power of words." She frames words as linked to thoughts, intentions, and actions in a repeating loop, recommends practical techniques (pivoting to five gratitudes when negative thoughts appear, setting intentional goals, and modeling actions), and closes by inviting viewers to use words intentionally to lead better lives.

Successful day. Today we're going to focus on a very simple topic which is just the power of words. And if you don't know me, I am Ambreen and I am a certified high performance coach. And if you're ready to take your leadership to the next level and live a more intentional life, then you are in the right place. Many of us know words to be powerful. They can heal, they can create, they, they can damage, they can repair. I believe that there's a loop between our thoughts, our words, our intentions and our actions. And this is an endless cycle, right? Kind of keeps repeating and going. So why not work to be more intentional and in building the future that you want to create for yourself. Here are some simple ways that I think words are super powerful and how we can lead a better with our words. So words are in a way how we communicate, you know, even with ourselves and others. And I It's also an expression of what we feel, what we believe, what we desire and what we perceive, right? And the expectations that we have from our life. So why not expect the very best as you think through these thoughts, right? And a famous saying that Wayne Dyer mentions is that if you change the way that you think, the things that you look at change. So bring your attention to those thoughts which are not serving you and insert five good things that you are grateful for in this given moment, right? So you have a bad thought in your mind. You don't think you're worthy, you don't think you're enough or you don't like something about yourself. Very quickly just pivot and shift. So you know what I am grateful for the fact that I had food today. I am grateful that I can breathe. I am grateful that I have people in my life. I'm grateful I have a job. I'm grateful that I took time today to get ready. Whatever it is like the small and the basic things, all you want to do is have it towards an action orientation. Intentions are how we create harmony, whether there is to achieve a quarterly goal or to invite more joy. Intention to play a critical role in the lives of others and even our own selves and our own journey. They provide accountability of energy and support. Support in taking back the control of your own life and the choices that we make. Also, intentions are a way to level set, to motivate and to deliver our best selves to us and then to also those that we work with and the ones that we impact and interact with on a daily basis. Actions are how we role model and how we show ourselves and the world, who we are and what we're moving towards and what matters to us in our own lives, and also how we think of as a team. So next time you find yourself saying things that you don't want to welcome into your own life, or thoughts that you're reflecting on and thinking and paying way too much attention to which are not serving you, reconnect with the intention of your best self and take action again to build positive momentum into your life. With that said, as a Certified High Performance Coach with the world's leading academy, my intention is to serve you, to bring out the best and the most authentic expression of you. And I challenge you to take your life to the next level and do these small things that are necessary in order for you to lead better, be better, and actually use the power of words to serve yourself and others with humility And Umbergi, thank you so much.
