Hey, memorable day to you. I hope today you have such a beautiful shift in your life where you've chosen to do something intentional that it just becomes a part of your ingrained memory. Hope today you have moments where you are really present, so that way you can become more aware of how to be the next best version of you today. I know my energy is not really that high. I am at a library, so. So that I use my library voices, and I just thought it would still be important for me to deliver and show up for you and myself here. So for those of you who don't know me, my name is Coach Ambreen, and I have this series where every single day I provide insights as to how I parented a little differently and how I'm showing up as ex mom for my kids. Woke up super late today. I was super exhausted and tired last night, went to sleep after midnight, which isn't typical of me. And it kind of just, you know, caught up with me. And I kept seeing myself turning off the alarm, going back to sleep, waking my kids up, like, in a halfway until about 6:44 hit. I mean, 6:44 is a. It's a pretty late time. That's when we're usually meditating in our house. And I all right, kiddos, let's go. Come on. You got to get up. Got to get up. And I get myself up as well. And what I had to do in that moment is I had to remind myself that, be graceful with yourself. And it really had to work extremely hard to fix my energy, because if I didn't, my kids would feel the chaos, and then they would become chaotic, and it would be loud and obnoxious and crazy in the house, and I didn't want that. So I really just took some time, pause and focus, and said, okay, you woke up late. Let's figure out what you got to get done. Let's come with a grain plan and make sure that you're calm with the kids. And I felt their calmness kind of reciprocate back to me. I woke them up, you know, and said, hey, I apologize for waking me up so late, but I really just need you to step up today and be super fast. And they all delivered. They all delivered. I wasn't yelling, screaming. There was a few nudges and reminders like, hey, Baba John, I love you. Come on down. And those reminders that I needed for myself to know that, hey, they'll. They'll do exactly what's meant to be done. I, on the other hand, you know, did. What I gotta do is to make sure that the lunches are packed, that they have breakfast, and to make sure that they leave the house on time, but with a positive mindset, one that's not taking down their energy, but refueling them. So on those days where things don't go according to plan, what do you do? What is one shift, starting today that you can make to show up a little bit better for those chaotic moments so it actually ends the chaos and adds more calmness into your life. With that said, sending you a whole lot of Umbergi. And this is X Mom signing out. Bye.
