Back in a better version of ourselves into our families. So I often don't talk about myself as a coach. I'm sharing insights and, you know, and tools and strategies on how to do things a little bit better and how to just feel more connected, more engaged, a little more conscious in our own lives. And today I kind of have to share this one, so bear with me. You know, as I, as I shared this simple message. I got on a call today with an acquaintance. She's not a friend yet and you know, it was just a check in to see how she's doing. And I heard some uncertainty in her life and she said to me at one point, hey, I'm dream. If you can just help me figure.
Out what my new vision is like I gotta shift and be and pivot.
I just don't know what to do. And so talk to her like I normally would talk to anybody. You know, kind of put on my service hat, which I love doing as a coach and I love to celebrate people courageously. And what I mean by that is I will be a biggest cheerleader and.
I will push you and elevate you.
In places in ways that you cannot imagine.
So this is what she said to me.
She said, you are so amazing. I can't believe the outline I have in just 20 minute call with you. I didn't even expect this. This is what we're going to do today. Here I thought we were having a simple conversation to catching up and you.
Encourage, we encourage you to pull through and we now have a launch plan.
So what I did with her is she was like, I don't know what the handle is, I don't know what the name is, I don't know what the brand is.
We got that taken care of. We understood where she's going, what program she's launching, where she's adding value. What are the themes that she kind of feels like she wants to pour.
Into people with, how she will serve.
People, you know, the kind of the details and the nitty gritty. Are these going to be group calls and one on ones was it going to be?
She compiled it all.
We have a launch date, we have a Target date, we have promotions, we've.
Got branding, we've got name of our actual business that she's going to go live with. And all of this kind of just unfold itself when we start to get more clear. So as a high performance coach, you.
Know, when we get certified, we really emphasize this concept of clarity and we have to seek clarity.
And what that means is you got to know where you want to go. You can't really go anywhere. You're going to be staying right over here for the next 10, 20, 30, 40 years if you don't know what.
More there is in store for you.
If you don't really take time to.
Design and create and cultivate a life that you desire. So today my question to you is, as an individual who's part of a family and this family could be your siblings, could be your parents, it could be your own kids and your own partner, it could be your friends, it can even be the people you work with, whatever that is. As a family member, how are you going to get a little bit better? What's that one right action of integrity that you're going to take starting today to really start to elevate the way you're living your life, the way you're pouring into your relationship, the amount of energy that you're serving with, the intention behind how do you want to show up. All of this will start to change the direction of your life when you choose to seek a little bit more clarity on where you want to go with life. With that said, if you know that.
