I pray that today is a day where you just elevate the way that you feel. You tap into frequencies that make you happy, they make you smile, that make you a little bit more joyful.
Hey, Coach Ambreen here, serving it up again.
As we focus and tune in to things that impact our families.
And oftentimes we only think about like.
The extra stuff and not the internal work.
Today's a little bit of a deeper.
Dive into our own existence, into who we are and how we show up.
So as you know, as a mother.
Of three little big humans, I often have to remind myself to take care of me, to be kinder to me, to really not neglect myself. And there was a time where I was working with a coach and I came with this breakthrough moment where my coach just said, hey Ambreen, you don't have to be the top person on your priority list every single day, but you really got to make, you've got.
To make the top five.
And for me I was like, what top five?
I'm like, I'm nowhere to be found. What do you mean top five?
And I had to really learn to do work where I can actually start to celebrate myself more, prioritize myself more and more importantly, just be kinder to myself. And the reason why I'm saying all this is because my routine has been crazy. Even though the kids are now in school, I'm still sleeping way too late, probably like post midnight many of the times. And yesterday was another grind of an evening where I'm working overtime or late hours so I can catch up because we have family in town and I was kind of hosting and serving them. And so I decided today to take a nap. Very atypical, just take a nap. I took a nap and I was like a 10 minute nap, that's all I need. And then 10 minutes, 1 by 15 minutes nap. And then I said to myself, you know what, listen to your body, be kind to it the way you would want your kids to feel rejuvenated, revived, refreshed after a nap, you know, for whatever reason, do that to yourself. So I took a really nice long, I want to say about 30, 35 minute nap and it felt so good. But however, we don't know how to practice kindness for ourselves many times. So here's my challenge to you today. Do one thing for yourself that just filled with kindness where you remind yourself that you're back on the radar of priorities for you. Because when you are happy, when you are fulfilled, when you are nice to you, you'll be nice to everybody else around you because there's gonna be a.
Happier, sweeter, kinder, more joyful version of you waiting on the other side after whatever it is that you do today. So drop in the comments, the chat, what it is that you're planning on doing for yourself to show up a little bit better. With that said, sending you a ton of umbre filled with kindness, generosity, empathy, high vibes, positivity. This is X Mom signing out.
Thank you so much for tuning in. Bye.
