A short personal coaching message from Coach Ambereen (a family-driven coach) sharing a morning anecdote about her son using a simple persuasion approach to gain more time to enjoy breakfast. She observes that his conviction and emotional appeal mirrored a persuasion formula she teaches clients, and uses the story to encourage listeners to be more present, conscious, and prioritize family over merely getting tasks done. The video closes with an uplifting sign-off.

Hey, optimistic day to you. I hope today is just filled with fantastic, uplifting and amazing energy that makes you realize this is going to be a great day. All right, so for those of you who do not know, I'm who I am, my name is Coach Ambreen and I am a family driven coach who is committed to serving you with growth and energy awareness. I am challenging myself every single day to show up here and provide some practical strategies and tools that I observe in my own day to day when raising my three kids. And the intention is to change our perspective so we can have more love, more joy, more happiness and really tie it with a beautiful bow of respect amongst each other. Thank you for showing up, listening to this personal message of mine. Today is a fun one. My kiddo woke up and he's like, oh, mom, I just need a little more time. Just kidding. Even more time. And I was like, you went to sleep at a good time, you've had enough rest. What's going on? And he was in this place, so he's the kind of kid who will really just push himself and get to the bus on time, even with like a 10 minute timeline. And he was sitting there having breakfast. And I said, all right, buddy, I don't know why you're eating so slow, but you literally have five minutes left to to eat and be done. And he said, oh, well, mama, I don't understand how I'm going to enjoy my breakfast in such a short time. I looked at him and I thought, okay, why can't you just drop me off? And I said, what? Why can't you just like drop me off to school and then I can enjoy my breakfast? And in my head I'm laughing so loud and I thought, well, in my head, why would I want to do that? Like, why would I add one more thing onto my to do list when I already have like 17 things I'm falling behind on and, and it's only 7 o' clock in the morning. And just this conviction that he had that I'll say yes. And the ease of his energy was so humbling and so grounding. So I told myself, all right, and I started to think about what he was doing. And he literally used the persuasion formula that I use with my clients. So he acknowledged that there was a restraint in time and his ambition was, I gotta enjoy my breakfast. Like, I just have to enjoy my breakfast. And then he added a lot of emotions and feelings to it and he slayed. He just got it done. And in my mind I thought wow. Done so brilliantly where I didn't have room to say no, no. There's so many moments in our day that we get to make this choice. Do we rise above and prioritize our kids and our family and our loved ones, or do we just keep doing the things just to get stuff done? Choose today to be more present, to be more aware, to be more conscious when deciding and really amplifying your energy to be one that better serves you. With that said, sending you a whole lot of umbergy. This is X Mom signing out. Bye now.
