Congruent day to you and I. My prayer for you today is that I hope and pray that you realize how life kind of works itself out magically when we just allow things to let go. So praying that all of us here today can let go of something that is holding us down, that's making us stay stagnant and hey, this is. My name is Ambreen. I am a family driven coach and I show up here to serve you as a parent, as a sibling, as a, you know, as a child, to somebody. And my intention is to actually strengthen the bond of families. How do we do that? We do that through three values or three, I guess, foundations that I've really carved and focused on a bit more than the rest. And that's acceptance, making sure that you and I are able to accept our siblings, you know, our brothers and our sisters, our parents. We don't get to really change or exchange them and even ourselves in the process. And what this beautiful journey of coaching does, it allows you to start to look at life with the lens of gratitude, which actually is one of the biggest predictors of joy in our lives. So, hey, if you want to have more just to celebrate in your life, start to practice gratitude. What is gratitude? Gratitude is a way of thinking and a way of being where you are truly appreciative of everything that you have and it starts to unfold. More things to be appreciative of, kind of life starts to flow in this level of abundance and more joy and more fun and creativity and elevation. You start to realize all the blessings that you and I all have that we take for granted many times. And then this really important concept of shared values. And shared values are things that become the foundations of how a family, you know, the strength of this foundation, the family and I talked about this with a lot of clients that I work with or even just like general people that I'm talking to. And I'll say, you know, for every single home, you have some foundation. Without the foundation, it'll just collapse and fall eventually, right? Might hold it up for a little bit. The same is very much true for families. In order for our families to have a bond that is just irreplaceable, that is filled with authenticity, we must start to actually carve out those pillars that are going to become the foundation and the strength for this home, for this family, for this unit. And if you're somebody who doesn't just say that your family is your priority, but actually want to show them the time, the love, engagement, the connection, the Presence the day to day that your family truly does matter to you, reach out to me and I would love to take you on a complimentary call where you and I, we just talk and I kind of find out and figure out where you are in your life. And we find out, is there a way that I can support you? Is there something that I can do that can add value in your life? And I know I can because we really have this beautiful program as certified high performance coaches which really, you know, zooms in to what it is that you're looking for in your life. What do you want for yourself, your partner, your family? And then how do you actually cultivate this game of energy where you have the energy to do all the things that you want Quite. Because I often people come to me like I'm brain just so drained. I don't even know how to do the bare minimum, let alone add more things onto my life. So we really talk about productivity. What does it mean to be productive as a family? What is busy work versus productive work? And start to really leverage that calendar of yours to show you the things that matter physically there for you. You've committed to as something that are going to really change the dynamics of your life. Because at the end of the day, every single one of us has this ability and is a desire to want to influence people in a positive way. Something that we just generically have as humans. We want to make a difference, we want to contribute, want to show that we that you matter, that you we showed up, that we said we're going to do that, we are elevating ourselves to be a better role model for our family members while making sure that courage is amplified because courage that you just have, you have to kind of develop it. And through this program, what's beautiful to see is the parents that I work with, they really start to have more difficult conversations with each other and they leverage that sense of courage knowing that I'm going to accept my partner as they are, I'm going to be appreciative of everything they're doing, but then also making sure that all of the stuff that we're doing together right now is really carving out those values that we're going to actually build as foundations for not only the partners, you know, not the mom and the dads, but actually the whole family. And then that actually starts to trickle down into all the other relationships because this truly does matter. Hey, so if all this sounds amazing, go ahead, click below and hop on a complimentary call. Just 30 minutes. You and I, we just talk and we see where you are. And hopefully I know that I can contribute and add a lot of value into your life, but it's you having to give yourself that chance to say, yes, I deserve it. And that's when you can make the biggest difference in your life. Once again, sending you a ton of umbergy. This is Coach and Brain, AKA X Mom, signing out. Bye.
