Hi everyone. I'm here to talk about how coaching has improved my life, not only physically, mentally and emotionally. So let's get started. First thing I'd like to say is that coaching definitely does take time, but it's time that definitely ends up paying off. You usually what I ended up doing was taking an hour out of my Saturday or Sunday just to go learn about coaching. And it's, it's, it's definitely something, it's something that you need. You know, I think it's a great way to steer yourself and find, find the path that you're looking for. And yeah, that's, it's been really helpful for me as like taking that time out, you start to like realize how important some of the things you're doing or things you're going through harm and things that you could deal with. Like for example, I'm in high school, I'm a ninth grader, I take a few honors classes. You end up getting homework that's not no biggie, but how you can deal with that homework, how you can manage your stress, go through a lot of things. I definitely have been like very open through coaching. I think that's the best way to get beneficial help. You want to be really open, clear, kind of want to let your heart speak. One of the lessons that we learned being to talk through your soul, not just your head. You get to think on a more emotional level instead of just trying to think logically. Not everything's all logical, but it's, it's something like really, really, really helpful. And like first week you don't really realize anything. It's not something that's just like that fast. But you really start noticing it in your habits and in all your things that you just do on a day to day basis. It could really do anything. For example, after coaching I really kind of wanted to get into a motivational state. Kind of just every day we would set an intention and intention for your day. Just it's a good way to drive your day. Kind of know what you're going to do today, what's going on. And also we would celebrate our wins. Just means something, something good that happened that week. And it just definitely definitely feels really good just talking about something you did good. It's a great way to start your day. I mean if I could do it every day, I definitely would. But, but it's. Yeah, it's just something that really, really. It's very inspiring, really. Like you get to, you get to learn more about people, maybe things you didn't know, maybe you don't know how this goes, but you just get to understand a lot more about life through so many different things that you just didn't know any aspect. Like you get to really. I don't know really how to describe this, but it's a really emotional thing and it definitely, definitely can get you in your feels. We go definitely a lot deeper and definitely want you to just think and expand upon what you know, what you learn. And it's that, that's like really, really helpful to you. Like in a way, coaching has been like a guiding light, like a northern star. Something, something that you just know that something that leads your way and God's a path. Even if you don't know what you want to do is something, something's gonna come up. And definitely through coaching, it just makes it very clear, like the clarity. It's like, it's like going from being someone who needs glasses, taking your glasses off to wearing them again. It's just really, it's really, really, really good. And I think coaching in general can help you in all aspects of life. It can really help you in any way, like mentally. For me, homework wise, I've been doing a lot better. I've been starting to manage a lot more my stress. I've been getting time schedules. I started putting down my homework so I can actually stay organized, remember stuff. On top of that, you get to know more about yourself. Like even things that you wouldn't have realized, you really like think about yourself and you don't just go joop around. Like you can get an F on a test, but it's not the end of the world. You got to think about it. Not just because it's not the end of the world, but because it's just one F. Now you can get an A. And if it brings your grade back, it does bring your grade back. And it's really just, it's that kind of things that helps inspire you and keeps you going.
