Hey, productive day to you. I pray that today you define productivity a little different and add self care, the routine of being productive. The more that we pour into ourselves, the better humans that we become. The better humans that we become, the happier that we feel. And eventually we get to be more and more productive by the checklist that we're talking about here. So I pray that today serves you really well. Thanks for showing up and watching this little snippet as I, your coach and brain, tries to find ways of adv adding value, insights and ways of being that really elevate and amplify the way we show up for our own families. So today, actually, the. The lesson that I want to share with you is one that came from a conversation I was having with a friend of mine as she was a guest on my show, Lead with Intentions, and she was talking about this concept of helping creators build their courses and just kind of put themselves out there. And the common theme was around mindset. We talk about that in our community all the time, right? Like the way of shifting our mindset to perceive reality a little bit different, a little bit more, I would say with a little more joy and optimism and courage. And she said all of them didn't want to step into who they were meant to be because they might not be loved, liked, accepted, embraced, or understood. Our families many times are the ones that are the bottlenecks here. You know, although we show up in this world taught to be ourselves, we slowly start to evolve and change and become who were our family's expecting us to be. The culture, the society, the norms of. Of, you know, the. The broader humanity. However, what if you took today and told yourself that you'll be just a little bit more authentic? All of you know, I love authenticity. I think that's what sets us apart from the rest of the world. Every single one of you is meant to be here and embrace your authenticity and who you are. What's that one thing that you would do differently if you can tap into authenticity, unapologetically embracing and being all that you're meant to be, because that's how you're supposed to show up. You don't need permission to be yourself, that you just choose to be. And this really goes back into the concept of family, because when you are able to be yourself, you can allow your children, your partners, your sisters, your brothers, your parents to be themselves, too. And it's in these differences that we start to level up and amplify so we can tap into our own greatness. All right? In the comments below, let me know how will you show up more authentically to be yourself. And as always, sending you a ton of umbreji. A whole lot of goodness. This is. This is X Mom signing out. Bye.
