Hey, I hope you are having an extraordinary kind of Monday today or an.
Extraordinary kind of day today.
I am recording this clip for you after listening to a very simple message.
From a campaign that you may have heard of.
It's called the Dream Gap campaign. And this Dream Gap campaign is kind of setting out transform the world as.
To how much success women see around their. Around themselves.
And the intention is to actually empower.
Girls, yes, young girls, to shift the mindset to believing that they are possible.
And for those of you who don't.
Know me, my name is Coach Ambreen. I show up here way too often.
To really just dive into some really.
Interesting and challenging topics. Just educate myself first and foremost, but.
Also share a message that may resonate.
With you, which I would love for you to just tell me about.
So drop in the comments if anything.
From this message today resonates with you.
So this campaign is ideally talking about.
This necessity for women to see inspiring.
Role models and inspiring role models in.
The shape of other women. You see, there was a research study done which shows and reveals that by the age of eight, which is when.
Their brain is, you know, pretty developed.
Women believe, girls believe that they are not as smart as boys.
Yep, they already thinking.
They already thinking about this from the age of eight on forward. So what have we done in our culture and our society to make girls believe that? What can we do to change that mentality? You know, whether it be a boy who doesn't believe that he's enough or a girl that doesn't believe that she's enough. What can we do?
The key thing here, again, which you.
Might see resonating well with across my other videos, is the sense of being a role model when we put ourselves out there and become conscious role models, which means that we are doing things intentionally, knowing that somebody is watching many.
Times, other boys, other girls, other teammates.
Other friends and family.
Regardless of who that is, when you realize that you are being a conscious.
Role model, you start to believe that there's more for you.
And for those of you who may already know, my coaching company is called Tawakkal Coaching, which basically means that I.
Have faith in you. And Tawakkal is an Arabic word which means having faith in something greater than. So when we are talking about how do we educate, how do we teach our children to know that they can become anybody that they want, they can.
Dream big and that they can inspire other people, well, we gotta be the.
Ones playing the part first and foremost.
So go ahead, share this message with anybody who needs to realize that being.
A conscious role model may be a great way to start to really turn those wheels and shift the mindsets that exist even with our own children.
With that said, sending you a ton of umbergy and a whole lot of goodness. Take care.
