In this motivational coaching video, Coach Ambereen introduces the RISE framework—Respect the struggle, Intentionality, Sacrifice of unhelpful patterns, and Elevate through change—to help parents and spouses overcome family disconnection and grief. She illustrates the framework with two stories: Jeff, a 16‑year‑old who has become distant from his family, and Jackie, a high‑achieving spouse coping with the loss of a one‑year‑old and marital strain. Ambereen emphasizes mindset as a predictor of life outcomes, encourages viewers to take notes, and offers a customized “clone” coaching tool in the video description for personalized support. The video blends personal anecdotes, actionable steps, and a call to action for audience engagement.

Difficulties, challenges, pain, problems. How do you deal with them? Well, the reason I ask is because it says a lot about you, your mindset, and the viewpoints you've adopted in dealing with life. Now, before we continue today, I want you to follow or subscribe so you can get these doses that come in so you can learn and grow to make sure that family development is a part of your life. Today I would like to share a framework that has proven results to get your kiddo to listen, for your spouse to care, and for you to rise above the suffering. Jeff is a 16-year-old teen who's just disconnected from his family. Do you have Do you have a 16-year-old or teenager in the house that is just distant from you? Comment "teen life" down below so we can all understand how tough this period of life actually is. I'm sure you've wondered, why are they like that? Well, they're trying to figure out who they are, understand who they want to be, and create a pathway to actually get there. All of that does sound like a pretty big challenge to take on as a teenager, wouldn't you say? Then there is Jackie, a self-driven high achiever who's climbed the corporate ladder because she's worked really hard for it. She's motivated, ambitious, and kind of keeps going to defy her own potential until she gets home. Why? Because a marriage is too difficult. After losing a 1-year-old last year, she feels like the pain is too much. It's created more problems in her married life. She doesn't know how to solve for them. She feels like her husband, he doesn't get it, that he's moved on way too fast. So she's chosen to be mediocre in her marriage just to deal with the pain, the problem, the challenge, and even the difficulty. Do you ever feel like your spouse doesn't get it? It all begins and ends with you, and your mindset is a big predictor of how your life story unfolds. Today, as we dive into the RISE framework, I'm going to encourage you to take notes so you can deal with the difficulties, the challenges, the pain, the problems, and rise above it all. The great thing about taking notes and just being mindful is you start to apply this stuff in real life. You get practical tools that will support you in this moment so that way you can level up to be a better version for you and even your loved ones. Respect the struggle. Why? Because it's there to make you grow. Then be intentional. Be intentional because intentionality is everything. Stop letting the old narratives control the future that you desire. That is very different. Then I want you to really just take a moment to sacrifice parts of you that are no longer serving the future that you desire. Just like Jackie, when you stop reliving the pain and dissociate from parts of you that are not serving you anymore, you too can start to build and create a brighter future and have new beginnings. Lastly, it is very important that you elevate. The only change— the only constant in life is change. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change. So my prayer for you is that you start to rise. In 90 days, Jeff's parents received a customized roadmap that helped them connect with their kiddo, that actually bridged the gap between the disassociation. He began to listen and open up, and I know you want that for your home. I know you want connection for your home. So as you start to rise by respecting and embracing the struggles, intentionally welcoming the difficulties, knowing that you've got to sacrifice parts of you that are no longer serving you so that way you can elevate to grow into the future that you desire, you too can have a tremendously remarkable life. Now, there's a tool in the description that I would love for you to try out. It's my clone. You can talk to it, it'll coach you. You can tell it a little bit more about the difficulties that you're going through, the problems that you're facing, and it'll give you customized support on how you can actually navigate the challenges of life. Until next time, sending you a ton of Omberji, filled with love and light and a whole lot of goodness.
