Positive day to you. I pray that today your life is just filled with vibrant, amazing, delightful and wonderful moments filled with goodness that just raise your vibrations, raises your vibration a little bit more. As you can see, there's nothing that I'm saying is at all scripted. There'll be fumbles and falls and I.
Will embrace them because I know I'm coming here to serve you and fulfill my purpose on this earth. My name is Coach Ambreen and I am a family driven coach. I want to help you provide insights. I want to help you get some tools, some strategies, some strategic ways of thinking to shift your perspective to be one that better serves you so you can show up better for your family and really impact this unit consciously. Today we're diving into a topic of uplifting others. Uplifting others. Sometimes we feel like it's such a daunting task. There's so much that we feel like we have to do to uplift others. What if I were to tell you that every single interaction that you have, that's a service that you're giving to somebody else? How would you want to be served? How would you want the other person? Let's say you're at a restaurant, let's say you're at a coffee shop. Let's say you're ordering something. How would you want that experience to be? That's service. Someone's giving you something in return of your resources. The way that you want to be served is the way that you got to start serving other people.
And one of the most easiest ways.
That I think we can serve somebody.
The fact that I'm doing it right now to you is through our energy, just making sure the other person realizes.
That I am fully present, engaged, and here ready to be with them. This will make them realize that they're valued, that they matter, that they're cared for, that they're appreciated. And it starts to really shift the dynamics of our relationships.
So show up as your best to uplift others.
Why?
Because it's your opportunity to serve somebody and leave them with just a little bit more joy than you found them. As always, sending you a whole lot of umbergy. Take good care of yourself. This is X Mom signing out.
