Joyful day to you. Hope. Today you are just in this beautiful state of happiness, of blissfulness, of just pure goodness. As we dive into today's topic, I think it's important for all of us to recognize that I am surrounded by screens. That is right. This is a challenge that we are facing every single moment of our lives. And to be honest with you, about on average, humans are actually scrolling social media for two hours in a day, a minimum of one, and then at nighttime or the rest of the day, they're actually watching and consuming TV for about three to four hours. If you add those numbers up, that actually becomes a part time job here in the US which means anything, that's 20 plus hours up to 35 hours. We are spending half of our day, waking day, being on technology, being on screens. And today I want to actually dive in a little bit with everybody here and give you some simple tools and tips as to how this tool can be beneficial for you if you manage it well, especially when you're actually doing it to connect more with your family. And instead of being disconnected, you know, I am somebody who starts to notice patterns and their parents that live in the same home as their children, who will actually text them to say dinner is ready or where are you? Or come down or whatever that is. What if starting today, you actually set a time on this device to say, you know, at six o' clock every single day as a family, we will sit here and talk for 30 minutes. Set that timer. Use that device to benefit you, to make you connect, to make you understand that you do need a break from these screens so that way you can have a human connection. Now, we strive and we desire so much for connections as people. And something that sets us apart from all of the other creations is we want contact with people. We want time to connect, we want time to feel the energy. We want time to just know that we matter. So use this device, use this technology to say, you know what? Every single day at six o', clock, at five o', clock, whatever your family and your loved ones decide, we're going to do a 30 minute, no tech time. That simple act, that simple intention, that simple scheduling with your loved ones will change the dynamics of your relationships. You'll start to create this irreplaceable bond. You'll be more authentic with each other. You'll start to communicate, you'll start to figure out what each other values. And that's how you build a life that is just filled with joy and amazing moments, especially with your loved ones. So when you're feeling disconnected, take a moment to intentionally plan away to connect with your family. And as always, I'm here sending you a ton of umberji and a whole lot of love. Take good care.
