Coach Ambereen (speaking as the persona "X Mom") offers a short coaching-style monologue about family service, compassion, and realigning expectations when others reveal their true character. She frames her work as a family-driven coach committed to sharing daily, practical insights to increase joy, love, and respect in homes. A recent anecdote — being told by another caregiver "I don't have dinner for your kids" — prompts the central lesson: accept people as they are ("when people show you their true faces, believe it the first time") and pivot without taking it personally. The clip closes with a deliberate choice to model service (preparing a gourmet dinner for her children) and a warm sign-off.

Hey, impactful day to you. I pray that today, every single one of your interactions, you really leave a positive influence behind. It's kind of ironic that I'm sitting here today and there's a stop sign behind me. So I really had to just stop myself from the dialogue in my mind to really find out, what am I going to talk about? How am I going to add value? What am I going to do? And as I opened up, you know, my, my schedule, I knew that I had to show up for you here, as I do every single day, to create insights. Being X Mom. And X Mom is this Persona that I have kind of created to be the most compassionate, loving, understanding and accepting mother, especially for my little humans. And I see that this kind of impacts all the other beautiful relationships that I have. So I want to read to you something which will hopefully add a lot of value. And it's my intention for doing this series. So it goes something like this. As a family driven coach, my commitment is to grow, learn and share my energy. As we all become more aware, this is a challenge of service by sharing daily insights which are practical ways to add more joy, more love, more respect into our homes, especially in our families. Thank you for showing up for yourself and doing the work to unify this relationship. So that's my intention when I am actually creating this content. And as a coach, you know, who is really passionate about working with families, I often see a lot of things that happen. Sometimes families say hurtful things and they don't even realize that they do. So I had an encounter just recently, not too long ago, where my kiddos are going to be spending some time, you know, at someone's particular someone's house. And I was just talking about, I was like, hey, I might be dropping them off, if that's okay. They're like, yeah, great, drop them off. And what we realized it is, it's going to be dinner time. I'm somebody who cooks for everyone and their mamas and their daddies and their brothers and their sisters. And I do it because I love it, not because someone tells me to do it. I think cooking for me is a way of serving. And I love pouring my energy and my heart into what it is that I, you know, create as a chef. And this person said to me quite out loud and very simplified in their mind, they said, oh, well, I don't have dinner for your kids. And in that moment, I was like, okay, well, that's just this person showing up as they are. And they found nothing wrong with saying this for me, it was hurtful, but I didn't get hurt by it because I know that this person is just who they are. That's how they show up. That's how they want to conduct their life and they didn't think there was something wrong with it. So in our lives, we're going to have moments where people say or do things that are not so kind, that are not something that you're expecting. Embrace it. When people show you their true faces, believe it the first time, as Maya Angelou reminds all of us. And I'm not hurt by it. All I got to do is shift and pivot. So hey, as ex mom, I got to show up a little bit better for my kids. So we are going to be having a bombastic gourmet dinner today and we having steak, mashed potatoes and some just sauteed vegetables to add a lot of color, joy and brightness into life. With that said, sending you a ton of umbraji today on this beautiful day of freedom, impact and independence. This is X Mom signing out. Take amazing care of yourself. Lots of love.
