In this motivational video, family‑driven coach Ambereen Hameed explains that many people block their own joy by not giving themselves permission to prioritize happiness, self‑care, and personal fulfillment. She argues that lacking this permission not only harms the individual but also negatively impacts spouses, children, and work environments. Through a coaching lens, she invites viewers to reflect on how they want to be remembered by their family and to gain clarity on their deepest desires. Ambereen shares client stories showing that when people work on themselves, their marriages regain spark, children become more playful, and household laughter increases. She emphasizes that personal transformation creates a ripple effect, teaching children to also seek permission for self‑growth. Finally, she promotes a limited‑time, two‑week course that provides practical tools, worksheets, and reflections to cultivate a happy marriage, urging viewers to enroll and start the journey toward more joy and harmony.

Permission. How often do you give it? How often do you need it? How often do you live your life without it? Hey, this is a timely topic we'll dive into today. Let me rewind that. Today we'll dive into this beautiful topic of permission to really understand how do you give yourself permission to add more joy, more love, more harmony, and more healing into your life and especially into your family. If we've never met, my name is Ambreen and I am a family-driven coach, which basically means my intention is to make your family development a priority, that we keep leveling ourselves up. Now, you've tuned in because for you family matters. So in the comments, let all of us know family matters. Just drop that down. When you do that, you remind not only yourself but every single person who reads this comment, not today but maybe 20 years later where they're struggling and they see like they're— they feel like their family doesn't matter anymore because they don't feel seen, understood, or even accepted. Then we start to give ourselves permission. Today what I want to talk to you about is This important conversation about what does it mean to give permission. But today we're going to change the lens completely. I want us to go inward, within. Are you giving yourself permission to live a rich, vibrant, fulfilling, meaningful, meaningful, intentional life? If not, it's going to serve you to stay until the end. See, when we don't give ourselves permission to laugh, to have fun, to prioritize ourselves, to heal, to care for ourselves and our well-being, we take everybody down with us, folks. Every single person— your mom, your dad, your husband, your wife, your brother, your sister, your son, your daughter— it doesn't matter. Even people in your work. When you don't give yourself permission to prioritize you, To go inward, to really do the things that make you happy, everyone is suffering, and I know you don't want that. See, through coaching, one of the most beautiful things that happen is how much permission you give yourself. Well, first the person takes a chance. They find out about me and they say, well, she says she's a family-driven coach, and for her family matters, and for me family matters too, but I just can't find this balance, Ambereen, between Work and life and responsibility and going inward to do the things that I want to do? Sounds beautiful, but how do I do it? Well, you are in the perfect place at the perfect time. That's exactly what we do in coaching. We level you up to understand what do you really want from life. When you die, how do you want your kids to define you? When you're not around, how do you want your spouse to speak of you? When your parents think about you, what do they say to other people about you? And that only happens when you actually create some clarity about what it is that you want. Is it tough? Not really. When you have a guide like me who knows what she's talking about and who's done the work, it becomes easy. And plus, what my clients share is profound. That when they work on themselves, They see that their marriage has that spark again, has that interest, that enthusiasm, that joy, that fun, that playfulness. And that's what you want, right? Now, let's rewind back a little bit into X amount of years since you've been married, if you are married. If not, it's a choice you get to make. And I pray if you're looking for someone, you find the right person for you. In the beginning, you gave yourself permission. To speak your heart, to express yourself, to say whatever was in your mind, to have new experiences, to go on that date, to elongate that random walk home, to say yes to yourself for a beautiful luxurious dinner, to say yes about getting ready and looking beautiful, not only for him because you felt good being in front of him, you gained confidence. And if you're a man, you took the time to, you know, Chisel yourself, to groom yourself. Why? You want to put your best foot forward. So what happens years later? Well, it all simmers down. None of it matters anymore because you're on rinse, recycle, repeat. Life has become autopilot. Folks, break that cycle right now! Why? Because you truly want more joy and happiness in your life. I know that, you know that. Do the work. And the most beautiful things that my clients talk about is how working on themselves changed their marriage and the kids just became more harmonious, more connected, more playful. There was more laughter in the house. Now if you want that, comment down below. Let us know. Laughter. Just say the word laughter because we want it. Life is not supposed to be so serious, folks. And when your kids see that mom and dad laugh together, when your kids see that mom and dad respect each other, when your kids see that mom or dad go out on every Saturday to connect with nature, they will give themselves permission to do the things that they need to do to level themselves up. Why? So they can have more harmony, more healing, more joy, more happiness in their life. It all begins with beautiful formulas that we put together in a coaching conversation. And coaching can last anywhere from 3 months to a year. All depends on the work that you're willing to do to level yourself up today, starting right now, so that way tomorrow your kids can benefit and your marriage can actually become a priority all over again.
