Ambereen shows how one courageous decision can shift your whole family. Lock your teen out for breaking curfew. Stay quiet when they're disrespectful. Remove phones from date night. These simple actions, done consistently, turn a sad home into a connected one.

If I asked you, do you want a happy or sad home? Most of you would say happy. If I asked you, you wanted a rich or poor life? You would say a rich life. If I asked you, do you want to contribute or make no difference? Most of you would say contribute. And lastly, if I were to ask you, do you want beautiful memories with your family or not? All of you would say yes to those amazing memories. Hey, if we've never met, my name is Ambereen, and as a family-driven coach, my intention is that we make family development a priority. If we all truly want happiness, wealth, impact, and legacy filled with remarkable moments, Why do we feel like we're falling behind? Well, simply put, patterns, behaviors, and habits are really not serving you. They're keeping you, me, all of us stuck. You know, it doesn't really have to be this way. Many married couples and parents that I work with have found coaching to be the simple solution that really gets them to shift the way that they're doing things so that way they can really build in these intentional moments Into their day and level up their whole family ecosystem. We're all one decision away from living into that desired life. The question is, will you choose courage to do things differently or continue to operate from comfort? Now comment courage down below if you are ready to do things differently. A simple thought paired with an action can create The biggest and most profound change for you, your marriage, your family, and your home. Why? So you can really build in that laughter, joy, fun, and just that deeper connection with every single person in your home. Now, if you're ready to really do some work, continue listening until the end. Let's put one decision away into practice, shall we? Your son comes home from school after a disrespectful morning, and today you choose that simple action of staying quiet. You don't ask how he is, how school was. You just decide today to take one courageous, bold move to stay quiet. What are you doing? You're teaching your kiddo through a sense of just calm and quiet, that respect is expected in the home, and that he won't be catered to and he won't receive attention and love and care if he decides again to be disrespectful. And at first he may not get it, but keep doing this and watch the change in his behavior. Your daughter breaks curfew again and doesn't text to let you know that she'll be running late. What do you do? Well, you lock the door and sometimes even change the access code so she cannot get in. Is this harsh? Maybe. But it will teach you a very simple lesson: to respect the rules of the home and to communicate. And if some of you are those bold, courageous parents, then I actually challenge you. Do not respond back to that text message or that call because just a few hours ago you were on the ignore or the do not pick up list. Now let's shift our focus and talk a little bit about you married couples. How do you pour into each other differently? You see, disconnection is one of the biggest challenges that married couples are facing, and that's creating a lot of distance. Now, I'm sure you can relate to this, that your spouse is on their phone all the time. Even when it's date night. So this is what you can do differently. It takes courage again, but one decision away, right, to living that happy, healthy, harmonious, impactful life so you can contribute a little bit more and to really open the blessings of richness into your house. What do you do? You sit in the car on this date night and you lovingly, kindly, compassionately ask, Hey, I was thinking about doing something differently today. Can I ask you if it's possible? Now, when you ask your spouse a question, what you're doing is giving them the reason to kind of have their buy-in. Most likely they'll say yes. You can say it's a little tough, it's a little courageous. Are you in? Most of the time they will say yes. What's up? What's on your mind or what's up? You tell them. Today when we're on date night, wouldn't it be amazing for us to keep our devices in the car and just have dinner or the activity by itself without the interruptions of the cell phone? Is this difficult? Probably, but then again, you're making one decision away to really nurture the relationship, build connection, and feel a little bit closer together as a married couple. It's worth it. Is all this uncomfortable? Yes, yet it's very much doable. Many of the couples that I've worked with in a group setting for coaching have really talked about the profound results that they've seen in as little as 30 days. Not only are they happier and more connected as a married couple, but they're gaining all these tools with parenting on how they can do things differently To really reclaim that peace and that calm and that connection in their home. Now, when we meet in the group setting, it happens every single week and you're surrounded by other married couples or parents. How cool is that? Community is the number one predictor of how fast and how quickly you'd really welcome change into your life. It happens virtually, which means you can attend from anywhere. You don't have to drive somewhere, worry about the weather or time. One alarm 5 minutes before the session, and guess what? You hop on just in time. The greatest thing about this is that you have other people going through similar journeys cheering and celebrating you, giving you other practical tools that have worked, or even reminding you of your own greatness because you've already begun to change.
