In this solo coaching video, Coach Ambereen introduces an integrity‑focused framework she calls G.R.I.T.T., derived from the letters in the word “integrity.” She defines integrity as doing what you say you will do and then breaks it down into four pillars: Giving (self‑care and generosity toward oneself), Receiving (allowing and appreciating respect and appreciation in marriage), Impact (the parental influence on children and the intentional building of family legacy through core values), and Tenacity (showing courage and perseverance when life gets tough). Throughout the talk she urges viewers to engage by commenting “G” or “R” to signal readiness to give to themselves or receive in their marriage, and she prompts them to identify two family values to start shaping a legacy. Ambereen also promotes a custom AI companion tool linked in the description that promises personalized guidance for family development. The video concludes with a reaffirmation of the G.R.I.T.T. pillars as essential to living an integrous life.

How would you describe integrity to a 5-year-old? Think about it. What does integrity mean to you? For me, simply said, it means, do you do what you said you're going to do? Do you show up the way that you said you would? Now integrity has this beautiful word inside of it, and that's what we're diving into today. It's called the G.R.I.T.T. Formula. After all, it's in the word integrity. Maybe intentionally, maybe not, who knows? But let's dive in and really explore this concept. Listen until the end as I unveil the G, R, I, and the T within the G.R.I.T.T. Framework. Now One of the greatest things about life that I will remind you all the time is it all begins with you. It all begins with me. It all begins with us. Are you somebody who is really giving to yourself? And that's the first letter in the GRIT formula, giving. Oftentimes we're so busy giving to everybody else that our cup just keeps getting more and more empty. And we don't realize it. Let's shift that lens. What would change in your life if you began to take better care of you, to listen to your body, to stop being so reactive and serving other people, and really took a little bit of time every single day to prioritize you? See, giving is a really great way to live into more integrity. Why? The more that you give to yourself, with kindness, with love, with generosity, with care, with grace, the better you'll be for the people all around you. Now comment down below, write a G in the comments letting me know that you are ready to give back to yourself to be the best version for your family and your loved ones. Next up, integrity in your marriage. You took a commitment before God to really honor this sacred union. However, have you noticed as the years have passed on, your marriage just keeps going in the back burner, it's taking a back seat, as if you've taught yourself to no longer receive, which is the R in the GRID formula. So a lot of men that I work with, a lot of husbands that I work with, say, hey Ambereen, I don't receive respect from my wives. And a lot of wives that I work with say, I don't receive appreciation from my husband. So no wonder your marriage is suffering. It's lacking this concept of receive. So if this resonates with you, if you can really relate to what I'm talking to you about today, comment R down below, and we can really start to tap in to making receiving in your marriage foundational to really strengthen this unit. Most parents don't realize how much influence their mindset, their thoughts, their behaviors have on their kids, which leads us into the, into the I in GRIT. The I is impact. You have this ability as a parent to impact your kids more than anybody else, especially in their younger years. Now, when I began working with the Donalds family, what they said is things are just fine, but we wanna build a deep connection so we can leave a legacy with our children. And quickly, there were so many narratives and there were so many mindset shifts that were required for them to start leading their homes versus just responding and reacting. Within a month's time, what they saw is that they were able to have more peace, that they were able to choose their responses, that they were able to live into more integrity because they were taking actions that were intentionally done. Now, this sounds remarkable. What was the key here? What was the thing that was a breakthrough, the shift? We outlined core values that they began to live into and operate from. Yep, operate from. So what I want you to do right now is I want you to take a moment. Yes, do this right now. Take a moment to define just 2 values that you think are essential to making your family somebody that you are actually impacting intentionally so you can start to really build that legacy. Grit is impossible without the giving, the receiving, the impacting, and the tenacity.
