Coach Ambereen, speaking from a vulnerable place, reports that adolescents in her group coaching identified yelling, arguments, and screaming at home as their biggest family challenge. She links this to parenting behaviors and urges parents/guardians to take ownership, practice conscious parenting, and learn healthier coping and communication strategies. The clip ends with a direct invitation to contact her for support.

Excellent field day to you. I actually am coming with a heart that is super, super, super vulnerable right now. Went through my group coaching, and there was a question I had asked these adolescents. What's the biggest challenge you're facing with your family? And all of them said that there's a lot of yelling, arguments, and screaming going on in the house. And that just shows us the. The culture of our homes, of how we are raising children, of the challenges that we're adding into our lives because we, as parents and guardians, are not taking ownership for our own behavior, yet expecting our kids to be the best. One of them was yelled at for being on his phone when he would take a break from school work. One of them was being yelled at for not being cleansy enough. Another one was getting yelled at because he was trying to solve problems between his parents. And so I really encourage you to remind yourself that having children is a blessing. Raising them is a challenge. And having kids that are just wonderful humans is the most miraculous gift that you can get and also give. Because when we parent consciously, when we realize that every single one of our actions, the way we talk to them, the way we treat our family members, the way that we show up is a reflection of our family, the stakes are so much higher. You have no choice but to take the duty upon yourself to be your best, to rise, to pause, to shift, to focus, to learn new ways of coping, if that's what you need. So if you are somebody who is listening to this right now, I want you to raise your hand, reach out to me. I would love to get on the phone with you, just talk to you and see where you are with your own life, but then also how it's impacting your family. And it's when you have the courage to raise your hand and say, you know what? I do want to get better, know that I'm here to serve and support you, and I take my work very seriously. Because for me, families are what it's all about. The people that you are with every single day and how you impact them through the energy, through the words, through your demeanor, through the conversation. Every single thing is so reflective of how we're going to raise these kids and what we'll sign them up for in their future. And if we don't take ownership now, if we don't better ourselves now, we leave the future to be a lot worse than it is right now. With that said, sending you a ton of love and a whole lot of umberji. Take good care. And again, it is Coach and brain if you want to reach me on any social media. That way I can serve you and also in return serve your family. I.
