How do you get it all done? It's a question I get asked regularly and quite frankly I don't always feel like I'm getting to everything, juggling being a mom and running multiple businesses and squeezing in some me time from time to time. I admit it's my personality type to stay busy, but I do have some tips that'll help and I gotta confess, I actually don't do it all. I cut a lot of things from my to do list to focus on the things that matter or that will have high impact because 20% of the things that we focus on will get us 80% of our results. So you got to know that you can cut some things on your list and have higher impact than trying to focus on too much. Second Insider Secret I get a lot of help. My husband, dinner, green juice, helping with the kids, nanny helping with the kids and helping clean the house up. Team members to help with social media like Megan and Infusionsoft like Brittany and content strategy like Maggie and Maura who helps with all the behind the scenes operations. Number three I enlist my kids to help. This has the added benefit of giving us some time to work together. So I'm integrating work and life and I share the work with them to instill some work ethic. My teen started working with me when she was 10 years old. She started posting things on social media through a process that we systematized and developed. The fourth Insider Tip Prioritize and have a plan when I sit down to actually do some work. I'm much more productive when I know exactly what the goal is and I know exactly what I need to focus on. First, second and third and the fifth Insider secret to getting more done. Simplify. Don't over complicate it. If it feels complicated it probably is. So go for good and simple because it's really not that deep and you want to build from a place of simple because that'll help you get more done faster and you'll get more momentum in your business. So on to you and your business. What to cut from your to do list. What can you get help with? Do you have a plan? Are you over complicating something? How can you integrate work and life or in my case kids and business so you can get the best of both worlds? Did one of those questions strike a chord with you? Tell us what your answers are in the comments. And of course in the meantime, don't forget to like and subscribe.
