Day 2.2 Start With What You Have 2016Planathon.com

Victoria Gibson tells women entrepreneurs to stop creating new products and start selling what they already have. Repurpose past marketing materials and existing offers to generate sales and grow your business.
Hi, It's Victoria from victoriagibson.com and while you're taking part in Amber's plan a thon I wanted you to really think about what is it that you can use from what you've already got to generate sales, generate new relationships with clients and grow your business. So what I see a lot in coaching women entrepreneurs is that they're really excited about creating the next new thing and more so excited about creating that than finishing up making the best of what they've already created. So perhaps you've already launched something before, or perhaps you've sold a few of something and you already have it there, but you haven't maximized it yet. Maybe it's because you think it wasn't that successful. But what about if you tweaked it back revisited and improved upon what you already had? What would happen then? Rather than jumping to something new because it feels more exciting to create something new than actually hone what you already have and create a better result from something that you obviously did think was something new back then too. So what I would like to see is do see as you're thinking about what you've had in the past that you could perhaps resurrect or what you're selling, but it's not doing what it really could. So how could you go back, revisit that offer, whether it is a program, whether it is a webinar that you did, whether it is a coaching package or offer, whether it's a PDF download like an opt in that you had that you got really good conversions from and then you just left it. So could you resurrect that, plug it into a new offer? Perhaps if it's an opt in or a lead generation opportunity, whatever it is, maybe it is just a coaching package. How could you now set that up so that you could run some paid traffic to it or mail it to your list to take advantage of again, could you improve upon the opt in page? Could you tweak some copy on the sales page now that you know your clients better in the experience you've had? I'm sure that all of you have something, whether it be some small marketing piece, maybe some email copy that you've used a year ago that worked really well that you could tweak for an offer that you have now? Just be really thinking about repurposing what you already have and improving upon it, rather than starting from scratch all over again, taking your time and energy away from making offers and therefore making sales. So while you're starting this plan a thon process. I want you to pick at only one thing because I'm all about, you know, going for the one thing and not jumping all over these shiny objects and creating new things. So one thing. What can you use that you kind of left on the shelf that you could bring back to make it bigger and better than ever before? Maybe run some Facebook ad traffic to it, get some more leads and sales from it. But just think about that one thing that perhaps you've neglected for a while that needs a bit of love before you go onto that next big thing that you want to create or perhaps get distracted by. So that's my big advice for planethon. If you've got any questions or you'd like to get any of my information on rapidly growing your business online. I love to work with great women entrepreneurs so you can find me at victoriagibson. Com and I'd love to answer any of your questions there.
