Hustling? Is it really a good thing? Hold the phone. Do you really want to hustle your tush off for the next five years? Stay in hustle mode year after year and you are setting yourself up to crash and burn. I know, I know. This is contrary to so much business advice that tells you to hustle like you mean it if you want to grow your business. I can appreciate that we may all need to hustle from time to time when we're in ramp up mode or startup mode or we're launching a new product. Been there, done that. But if you are in this for the long run, you have to think beyond the hustle. You have an opportunity to do business better than usual. So. So what does that mean? How can you get out of hustle mode that propels you from feast to famine or famine to feast? How can you escape that constant hustle that has you scared to stop or keeps you so tired you forget that there is actually life beyond business? I'm gonna give you three examples of ways you can set yourself up for mad success, short term and long term. No one hit wonders on our watch. They thank you very much. So number one, if you are currently in hustle mode because you're ramping up your business, launching a new program or trying out a new marketing campaign, document things now and make notes or a checklist of what you're doing. This will set you up to clone yourself. Next time around. You'll be ready to hand off the work to someone you know who could do it better than you can do it. This allows you to focus on what you are best at and what you need to do to get results. Speaking of results, number two. 20% of your effort, 20% of the things that you work on get you 80% of your results. So start paying attention to where your results are coming from. Now, this may require that you start to track your metrics or track some stats on what's happening in your business. And you may want to set yourself up with a scorecard, but we're going to dive deep into that in the next video. For now, just start wrapping your mind around what's getting you results. Number 3. Dial it down a notch. Don't feel like you have to be best at everything. I want you to scale your efforts up or down based on the impact this particular activity will have to your business or how in alignment it is with your brand or not. For example, if you are focused on selling through webinars in this launch, you might spend a little bit more time and energy planning for your webinar, you might spend less time and energy prepping for phone consults. The same goes for your customer experience. Maybe you like offering people a personal touch so you make private phone calls when people join your program. But gifts aren't your thing, so don't send swag. So those are three tips that you can start implementing right away so you can move out of hustle mode and into better business mode. Because a better business means a better life. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. Like I said, we're going to be back next week to dive deep into knowing what to focus on, to multiply your results without more effort. So now I want to know in the comments, what are you going to do to make sure that you are not in hustle mode for the rest of your life? I can't wait to hear from you in the comments. And for now, thank you so much for watching. Don't forget to like and subscribe. And if you're watching on YouTube, head on over to niceops.com to hop on the Nice list. I'll see you in the next video.
