The content is a testimonial-style monologue focused on business growth and mentorship.
My name is Katrina Hubbard and I'm a web and graphic designer for online entrepreneurs and I am in the Freshly Implemented program. Before I joined Freshly Implemented, I think one of the biggest problems was having recurring income and figuring out where new clients were going to come from. Freshly Implemented definitely helped me with the coursework. But I think one of my favorite things is having one on one access to Amber. Because when I was running into some of these issues, she knew the right people to introduce me to and that has by far been the best thing. It put me on the path to where I want to be. And even though I'm totally a person, that's shiny object syndrome. I can definitely say that I would not have the success that I have today, that just being freshly implemented for a year and I'll probably be in forever has given to me. So it's definitely growth. If you have any issues or you're looking for anyone, you can just post in the group and then someone is always there to help you. But not only that, you have Amber. During the back pocket TLC's, which I mean I came to her for, I had no idea how to quote a project and in 15 minutes we had it figured out. I had it solid. I even knew exactly what I was gonna say to the customer. And having that is so important. And then also when it comes to Open Studio, having two hours of access to just, you know, throw ideas out there as you work. I've gotten complete projects done while I've been on Open Studio before. So I first heard about Freshly Implemented because Jill with screw the 9 to 5 posted about her plan a thon and so that was. That had to be fall 2015. So I was in the 2016 program and I enjoyed the Plan a thon so much as well as her workbook download that I decided to join and I definitely haven't looked back. I would 100% recommend freshly implemented to another CEO because I think these types of groups are very essential for the growth in your business. Not only having a mentor like Amber to reach out to and for you to learn about the different structures and the way that you can do business, but also having a community there that can support you as well. If you want to get the most out of Freshly Implemented, you should absolutely take advantage of all of the calls and all of the dates, especially Open Studio and Power Hour and Speedmaster. I mean, the things that you come up with in these different talks with Amber and other people are things that you definitely won't get when you're just sitting alone by yourself and thinking. Group masterminding is incredibly important, and you definitely need to jump in and not be scared to share what's on your mind. Amber's awesome sauce.
