Plan Profit Scale Q&A

Amber McHugh hosts a live Q&A with entrepreneurs Tanya, Stephanie, and Trudy about business growth, marketing, and habit formation. The session covers practical strategies for scaling online businesses and coaching practices while addressing ethical considerations in the space.
Hello. Hello. Happy Tuesday. I keep thinking it is Wednesday. We are right in the middle of our Plan Profit Scale event. I am Amber McHugh, your host for the Plan Profit Scale event and we are currently going live in a few places because it is Q and A for our Plan Profit Scale event. So we're going to be inviting some fabulous entrepreneurs and business owners live on the screen to dive into Q and A with us. We did the same thing yesterday about 24 hours ago and we had some great conversations. So I'm really excited to dive in live again to answer your questions about your plans to profit and scale your business. Yeah, give me a thumbs up, give me a heart. Give me a little something something in comments if you can hear and see me. Okay, I'm gonna adjust my coffee over here. I've got some cold coffee. Real life Just before this, I walked across the street to the school to go to my daughter's. Our first in person event at school. The entire time we've been living here, because the entire time we've been living here, there have been things going on in the world. So I walked over here, walked over there, I got back and I received a message from our team that said, oh, something's not working. Did you change something? Like. No, I didn't change anything. I don't think. Let me go double check. So we had a tech issue pop up just about 25 minutes ago. And you know, this is real life. These things happen when we are building and growing our businesses and as entrepreneurs, as business owners, especially if you're working in the online space at all, with any sort of technology, things are going to come up and we're going to adapt and we're going to pivot and we're going to roll with things together because this is the reality. So this is our reality from a tech perspective. And this is our reality as we build our business is things will be constantly changing. But we've got it. When you step into what I call the modern CEO role, you will be ready to adapt. You will know the elements of your business better than anyone. It will feel more seamless, it will feel more organized. When something comes up like, okay, this isn't what I want anymore, or this isn't what we need to do anymore, you're going to be ready to pivot with ease and with confidence. And is it going to be perfect? No. That's one of the things we talked about in our workshop earlier today, the plan. Or yesterday, if you're catching us live from other parts of The World World in the morning. But this is what we talked about in workshop two in the Plan Profit Scale series. No matter what level of business we're at, we're going to have to be ready to pivot and adjust and adapt. But especially when we're starting out, we cannot go for perfect. And then we know, okay, things are going to come up. And we've dealt with that before and we worked through that before, and it's only going to build your confidence. So with that, we're going to get started. I see some people here for Q and A in our livestream. And Stephanie. I've got Stephanie, Tanya. Oh, and this is me. We'll see who this is me is. If I see a name and a face, we'll move over to this is me. Stephanie, if you're able to turn on your camera, I'll invite you to the stream. Let me take a peek here. If not, that's totally okay. I'll zip on over to Tanya and if you are seeing this in the chat and you want to hop on the live stream, stream with us to ask your question, pop your information, give us a comment, and then we'll bring you up on the live. I'm coming over to Tanya. Hi.
How are you tonight?
Great. Good to see you again. Yeah, you too. It's just been fun.
So some. I'll just get right to it because I know you have a lot of people.
No, you're good.
Today really opened my eyes when you were saying if you have a system. And I think I even wrote that in the chat that you get the system and everything's rolling, it's everything you dreamed of and then you, like, are burning it down because I, like, will see something that maybe I'm an author, so maybe another author is doing in my genre, which is mystery. Or, you know, I'll look at maybe their Instagram and it's so beautiful and lovely. But my readers love my Instagram because I'm real and I know that, but then I'm like, oh, but then I.
Should have like the pretty colors and.
And you know, my husband's always saying, Tanya, I go live with my readers a lot. Like last night after we got the off our chat, I had a thing with them for an hour and so, you know, I just kind of keep it real with them. But then I look at other and I'm like, oh, but, you know, that's so lovely. So I'm going to ask you, because I do this a lot and so how do I quickly shift that thought and not because I can find myself going down that rabbit hole for a full day. And then the next day I'm like, what am I doing? And I've wasted all that time doing the 20% that gives me the most return.
Oh my God. So good. Yes, I absolutely see what you're saying. And we talked about, oh, this is last night too. We talked about some things. Like, I am not going to sit down to work unless I know what I need to focus on today. Because that will happen. Like, oh, wait, what are they doing? And I go down a rabbit hole. No, no, I don't anymore. It's interesting. I'm learning. You know, sometimes I am so in my lane that I pop out of it. I'm like, oh, wait, wait, maybe there are some strategies I should look at. But there's a strategic way to take that information in that's on your schedule and that aligns with your plan and it doesn't pull us in. So this is where I go back to. I'm not going to open up my computer unless I know what I'm going to work on today. And I sit down, I mean it doesn't have to be fancy and grab a post it note. What am I doing today? What are my priorities? Let me tie it back to my 90 day plan. Let me tie it back to my monthly intentions and just pull everything through. And if you see something come up like, oh, that's interesting, pop it up on a someday board, right? Put it in a someday pile wherever. Some people have like a someday section in their project management tools, like, maybe later. But what do I need to focus on right now? I got to stay in my lane. Don't hop in another car. Continuing with our analogy and just go. This is my focus. And I think, Tanya, it takes so much self coaching.
Okay.
So much checking in with myself. Like for years I would ask myself, what's my hundred dollar bill right now, Today, in this moment, somebody would come into my office when I work from home and my team would be in the house with me back in Maryland, when we were just starting out because they were family. So we were all working together, hanging out and like, oh wait, that's really great idea. That's important. But is it urgent? Is it time sensitive? Because I've got this other thing that I am committed to today or for this hour. Right, Whatever the window of time is. Okay, that's really good. Is this my most important thing? Can we circle back that in 20 minutes? Awesome. Okay. Just like when the kids Walk in now. It's like, same thing. Like, oh, I love you, honey. Can't talk right now. See, in an hour. Yeah, right. So same thing. Because these distractions pop up from everywhere. And with social media and being online now, they are everywhere and it just seems like urgent.
More urgent. You're right.
More and more urgent. Yeah. And that's exactly like. Have you read any of the books around creating habits, like the Power of.
Habit or I just finished. Oh, James Clear book.
Yeah. Atomic Habit.
Yeah, it's over there. I'm like, I can't think of the name. Yeah, Atomic Habit.
If you, if we look at any of the research around building habits. Right. What's the trigger? What's the reward? Right. And then how do we create those loops? Oh, social media. I mean, the platforms are absolutely crushing it.
Yeah, yeah. And we have what I call the middle of the month. I have what I call my CEO day. So I strategically, we schedule out what goes on Facebook, what goes on Instagram, what goes on the blog, what goes into my Patreon group out. That's just the marketing part of it, you know, that's not the, what drives the 20% of my business. And so, but then, and all that stuff is already done. But then, like you said, I get on there and scroll and I need to download the Chrome app that you talked about last night as well.
So. Yeah, yeah, yesterday we talked about. For anyone who's tuning in now, news feed eradicator. I feel saying it, we are streaming on Facebook. But, but it's, we're, we're streaming into groups, private groups. And that is where I spend most of my time. It's dedicated, it's purposeful. But if my, if, if I just go and see the feed, I'm like, oh, well, my friends are up to cool stuff. My happy birthday to your child.
Happy birthday to your niece.
Exactly. And that can be dedicated time too. Like I'm gonna scroll for 20 minutes. But you know, and honestly, when I go into social media, the first thing I check are my notifications. So I will go say happy birthday to people, but it's in a pretty streamlined, structured way. Happy birthday, like to friends, who's coming up? Okay, done. Then I look at who is in my groups, my client groups, this group plan, profit scale business planning. And I check like, all right, who's got something coming up? What's going on? I check those groups first, then I'm out. Like, I love up on my clients, love up on my communities. Should go over to check Instagram and I go back to my list for the day.
Okay. And I have a list for the day. But just what I get caught up in what other. The what other people are doing.
Yeah. And it may make sense to flip it and look at my list first and put checking social media on there, but as a lower priority item.
Okay. Okay. I can do that too.
Yeah. And it's. And it's for us. It's playing with what habits work. Like. Okay, well how does this system flow for me? And I am really good now at not checking social media. Like, but it built over time. I don't have to delete anything from my phone. Like no problem. Good problem. Because I, I'm back to that. Wait, what's most important right now? Oh, I'm playing volleyball with Harper. Oh, what's most important right now? Right. I need to veg a little and unwind and read a book or watch TV or. No, I've got this big project, but. Okay, what's most important? It's not social media typically doesn't come to mind. Checking in with my clients does and they might be in a group on social media. Okay.
Okay. Yeah, that defines it a lot better. That defines it. Checking in with what moves the needle.
To the hundred dollar bills. What's most important right now. Yeah, exactly. Okay. Ah, right. So fun. Do you have any books coming out soon?
I do next week. Yeah.
Oh. Oh my gosh.
Yeah, it's like the 20 book, 26 in a series.
So how stink. Oh my gosh. I love hearing that because I love long series. I. When I follow an author, I'm like, oh, the series isn't done yet. I better wait because I get to the end and I'm so like, it's over. I don't want it to be over.
Yeah, this is a long series. It's not going to be over for a long time.
So.
But yeah, I think it's about 186 book I published, so. Yeah, but they're cozy mysteries. They're, you know, not romance. They're more like Agatha Christie style book.
So. Oh my gosh. Where do you write under this name or do we find you?
Oh yeah, so under my. And I mean I. With a couple publishers like Harper Collins and Random House, but Random House, I'm under a pen name, but everything else is under my name.
So stinking awesome. Okay, new book coming out next week. You can start at the beginning.
Crazy.
Oh, that's so cool. Congrats. We're going to watch for your launch.
Well, thank you. It's a strategy that doesn't fail. And again, and it's interesting because other authors always say, what is your marketing strategy? Tell me what your marketing strategy is, please. And I'm like, you know, I just have these certain things, and those are the authors I look at. I'm like, wow, look what they're doing. But I also know that I'm doing a little bit. I'm leveled up a little bit more than them. And I'm like, oh, my gosh. And then I had to remind myself, you know, what it is about me that makes me stand out that my readers love. And it's not all of that uniform look.
It's.
It's, you know, it's. It's this cat that's sitting here. They love her. You know, she's got her own Instagram stuff. And. And it's. I've write in a camper outside my house, and it's a camper series that just happens to be the 26th book coming out. But, you know, so my readers just love all that. And I just have to remind myself of that. But then I go down that rabbit hole for a full day of looking at other co workers, as I would call them. And I've got to. When you said that today, it, like, hit me in the gut. It was like a gut punch, like. And my husband, you know, he's been coming to work for me. And I said to him immediately, oh, my gosh. She just said something that resonated. And he said, I told you, I.
I know it's not uncommon that partners or the people that are living in our houses with us that don't come back and say, I've been telling you that, too. I didn't. Listen to me. We got to hear it, like, right time, right place. Clients come back to me years later. They're like, I'm doing this thing. You told me about it years ago. I'm like, yeah, but right on time. Right on time. Like, it all unfolds exactly how it's supposed to.
And like you said, you know, it was. These are strategies I put in place, like, five years ago and over the pandemic is when things just went, you know, for two years and we haven't looked back. And so it's like you said, putting those in practice and letting them work, it's finally working. And then I'm going to try to burn it down. And I remember there was another lady in our talk today, and she said, oh, my gosh, you know, that she has to also. I mean, I think her name was Alita. And I said, oh my gosh. Exactly this, you know, in our chat today. So. Oh my God. So thank you.
Oh, absolutely. Thank you. And I'll see you tomorrow night.
Yeah, I'll be there. And I'll be there tomorrow at 1.
Yes, tomorrow, 1:00pm U.S. eastern.
Yeah.
So good.
Thank you so much.
Congrats on your next book.
Thank you.
Absolutely. I love it so much.
I just.
Harper, I'm on a show. I can't help you right now. Harper. We had to order some summer clothes because it got hot fast last year. It went from very cold to 90 degrees out today. And the girls are like, ah, we need some shorts. So we got some shorts and they're arriving and. And a shirt outfit here. And Harper said she needs help getting it on. So she's over here doing her thing. We are on video, Harper. Good thing I angled away from the door. Oh my gosh. Silly goose. Okay, I see Stephanie is now on camera. I've got Stephanie and Trudy coming up next. Here we go. I cannot wait to see where the discussion flows tonight. Hi, Stephanie. Hi there.
Sorry, bad WI fi. Had to move closer to a router.
I totally get it. We had to adjust some things yesterday. I've got my pod right here next to me and everything seems to be working well tonight. I'm glad yours is cranking now too.
You'll know that I'm in the office. So I actually had a question because I am transferring from a product based business, which I have done for a very long time, to a coaching based business in a completely different realm, which has been a big mental change for me because it's no longer setting up in person or going and doing events and wholesale trade shows and all sorts of other stuff. It is promoting myself online, which seems to be a mental block, but I'm totally in the startup phase. My income is exactly $0 so far, but that's going to change this year. But my question is really from a consulting perspective, how would you advise someone to find those first five clients? Find those first few that would help them kind of get over this transition in the startup phase into where they would be kind of going in more of an upward.
Oh my. They want to be such a great question. And I bet you are not alone in wondering about this or thinking through your strategy for this right now. And I as I think about starting up right we were you on the workshop this morning or early? Perfect. Okay, good. So I'm going to use some language from our workshop for Anyone who's like, what are they talking about? You can totally check out the replay. The replay is up and ready to go. So if you're like, what? Dive on in there. So I'm going to use some language. We work the stairs, right? So as I think about going back down and startup in a new space, you know how to run a business. We know we need to get structures and systems in place. But right now I'm going to get a little bit scrappy, right? I might get a little bit scrappy around this and I don't need to get all my systems and structures set up yet because I'm going to test out some new things. So I would put myself into test mode and I would, number one, go number one because, you know, in person. Well, I think what would I do if I were doing this in person? And honestly, so oftentimes I take myself back to that when we're designing anything, especially now that we've gone hyper, hyper virtual and everybody's going virtual, like, all right, we can't lose that connection. And sometimes it feels like we are losing that connection right online. The pings and the dings are taking more of our energy than the people and we want to bring it back to the people that we love and care about, especially in a service based business. So how would I connect in person? Okay, now let me think about how I'm going to make some of those connections online and I would think about, right, going to solve a specific problem. And this is where when we're starting up, I want a specific problem, I want a specific offer and I want some specific marketing messaging around it because I want to invite people to something specific. Right now I'm starting up this new thing. Check me out. No, that is not the direct path to the five first clients. What I would go in with is, hey, I'm starting up this new thing. If this is you, right, if you have this challenge or know someone that has it, let's talk. And quite frankly, I would get on the phone with people. I would get in DMS with people. DM me, right? If I can help you with this. DM me if you know someone. Honestly, on the scrappy side, what is the new service that you're rolling out?
It is health coaching. I received a certification or completed a certification over the course of COVID and have been going through my own health journey over the past 11 years since having a brain surgery.
Surgery.
So I'm like, it all actually connects from my product based business to this, but it's a completely different list, a completely different everything. Systems in place. I can procrastinate my life through putting systems into place and making sure everything's organized. But you know, money has to be coming in in order to actually be a business.
Yes. Oh, love it, Stephanie. So I would get scrappy and I'd email family, I'd email friends, like, hey, I'm starting up this new thing. Not like an aggressive sales follow up strategy because that's not what it is when we're launching. It's introducing, but it's getting specific on the challenge, the problem and making a specific invitation for someone to reach out to you to book a call. And I'm telling you as you start to, it takes time, right? As we know anything, this is, it looks overnight from the outside, but when we're in it, we know this takes time, but referrals start to happen. You mentioned to your friends and your family that, hey, I'm starting up this new business. Grand opening, grand opening specials, grand opening, free consults, all sorts of things you can do there. To start to fire up those conversations, I would absolutely offer 10, 20 free consults. And then if like, yeah, I need, I want to continue this conversation. Let's keep going. The other thing I would do is I would brand those consults. Not just let's chat, but what is the problem or the solution? And I brand that call. For example, when we launched our first business program, it was called how to clone yourself. So I invited people who feel like they need a clone to a clone chat. Let's have a chat about getting your clone. Have you ever said to yourself, I need a clone? Have you ever said to yourself, right, I know I could be eating healthier. Whatever your approach is in your zone is have you ever said to yourself, we want to get really specific with that because we want it to be something people say to themselves, right? I'm totally overwhelmed. I have all the things to do. My to do list doesn't stop. I wish I had a clone. Okay, I know I want to eat healthier. I would love to have my meals planned. And I don't really like to cook here. Like all these, like, yes, okay, let's chat. I've got a plan and a strategy for you. Book your complimentary cook it, cook it, chat. Like that does not work.
But I get where you're going with it. I get where you're going, which is perfect. Yeah, I think I have right now, like putting a health plan together or something like that as a pop up on the Website which making that just a little bit more, you know, putting a better spin on it. Putting a little bit of whatever marketing on it title.
Exactly. What did you say you have it called now?
I think it's like the healthy. Like a health plan putting together after a 30 minute chat. Like a really quick health plan that step by step, you know, affiliate links and stuff like that within the plan.
Yeah.
To make it just something. And then I figured I then I could invite them into the one on one. But I need to be promoting that even more than what I'm currently doing.
Absolutely. And I would. So this is the thing. You're gonna to get those first five clients. I'm gonna go direct five clients with all of the people you know is not a lot. Right. Talk to 20 people. You will likely have five clients out of that. And then while you're going direct the other track I would think about in my 90 day or 6 week plan is. Or 30 day plan. Like whatever we're putting this time frame in. I typically work in six week and 90 day plan cycles. And one of those tracks would be. Okay, I'm getting my email set up. Right. I'm doing this other foundational stuff but I'm really going to stay focused on build, sell, tell.
Okay.
Build, tell, sell, sell. Which order do we like? I like build, sell, tell.
Yeah, yeah, that works.
Okay.
I have my, my profit plan. I forget what you call it down here in front of me. So I've been working on it all day today.
Oh perfect.
This is lovely.
Ah, Stephanie, keep us posted.
I will. Thank you very much. I really appreciate it. I have lots.
Thank you. So pumped. Oh my gosh. And feel free to link up your website in the chat.
Oh definitely, I will.
Okay. Awesome. Ah, the best. Oh my goodness. Love that question. Because you know I mentioned this morning, even in our photography business, like even in the consulting, all the businesses I'm in that CEO up stage. Sometimes I'm in scale up, sometimes I'm in ramp up. Sometimes we are in startup mode. Like when we're trying out new technology. Oh boy, do I feel like, oh my God, I'm working those stairs. Right. The whole team, Malia Morgan and we are working the stairs because we're trying something new. This is beautiful. And it's fun sometimes. Right. It brings back that entrepreneurial spirit. If you're at that ramp up scale up, CEO up or you've been running another business, you're like, I'm going to go full on startup. Like this is fun, it's exciting. And don't forget to allow yourself to infuse everything you're doing with joy is a little bit scary. Sometimes we're like, hit that publish button. Hit that go type. Oh, my gosh. It is scary, but it's fun and it's exciting. And embrace that newness and that freshness of it. So beautiful. I see a question over there. Where's the profit sheet located? Actually, we've got profit. We've got a revenue planning template inside the modern CEO, we have a moneymaker template that's available with the Fresh Start workbook. I honestly don't exactly know what profit sheet specifically Stephanie is referring to. She may have one of her own as well. But, Stephanie, if you are seeing this and you want to pop into the chat what profit sheet you're using, if you've worked up something on your own. In addition, in Thursday's workshop, I am going to map out sort of a revenue planning model as well. So I'll. I'll go through some of that with you. Sort of back of the napkin kind of thing there. Great question, Great question. Trudy, I'm coming your way. I see your camera's on and you are ready. Here we go. Great to see you again.
How are you? I decided to show up.
How are you doing today?
I'm good. I'm. I'm experiencing a bit of a lag. I can hear you, but there's a lag with the video. So if you don't catch me looking at the screen, it's because it's hugely distracting to me. So, yeah, all of that. So I absolutely loved the. I. I love, you know, and like I said last night, I. I've, you know, watched several of the videos from. From the Queen herself and talking about the slow down, you know, you gotta slow down to speed up and the right on time. And it's all things that I've heard before, but something about it really kind of set with me today with the whole. Because right now I am. I've got the therapy thing going. The therapy thing is. It's fine. It's all kicking off, it's good. But the teaching part is the part that's delaying a bit. And that is the thing. I, over the course of my life, I've gotten involved with MLMs. And this is not to discredit anyone that can make them work. Hey, cool, Great and groovy. I'm glad for you. I just live in an area where it's overrun with that and it seems like people are really scared to give Their email address. They're really, they, they just don't want to be bothered with that. And that's kind of where I'm working from. So, yeah, therapy is cool, but the like even getting email list and things like that, it's really. That has proven to be the most difficult.
Getting the email address.
Yes.
What is your current strategy for asking someone for their email address?
I don't have one. Exactly.
There we go. Love it. So good. I. People are asking for phone numbers now too. I'm like, I really have to like what you're doing to give you my phone number because I do not want my text messages filling up like my email fills up. Yes. So the, the fact that people are cautious about sharing their email address, like, ah, here's what I think about that. I think that we are going to get better quality prospects when people are cautious about giving us their email address because they're really going to want like, I'm going to give you space in my email. I'm going to give you space in my text messages when you, When I give you my number. Right. So I think that this is, yes, it's a challenge, but I don't see this as a problem. It's a challenge. So we've got to have something really compelling for people to share their contact information with us. And so we've got to work on that marketing, messaging and we've really got to identify what is it that my people want so that I can give that to them. And we're going to exchange. Right. Contact information. You're going to give me your contact information. I'm going to give you what in exchange for that email address and you're going to give me that space in your inbox and I'm going to give you value of some sort. So I think that is, number one, we have to have some sort of value exchange when we're asking for someone's email address. Just simply saying, I'm going to send you my newsletter. Nope. Right. No, no, no. I don't want just a newsletter. I want. Right. When we were talking with Stephanie, I want to know. I want my dinner problems solved. I want my health challenges solved. I want to eat better to make my chronic health challenges go away. Like meal plan for migraines. Okay, okay. Like, right. That's a little bit more specific.
I can do that.
Yeah, you can do. I love it. Yeah, exactly. We can get like the five things that you want to eat to help your migraines, to fix your migraines. I don't want to say, cure your migraines to make your migraines go away. Right. So we get more and more and more specific, like, okay, I'm into that. I want that. I'll give you my email address for that. Now, the second piece of this is, all right, people aren't wanting to give their email address. People aren't wanting to give me their phone number. What do they want? Where are they showing up? How can I start to connect with people and nurture those relationships? So we build relationships so they want to come on in. And this is something that takes a little time. And I think as you get in spaces where your ideal people are hanging out, you're going to start to hear their words, their language, like, okay, this is what they need. This is the relationship I'm building. This is how I'm taking care of my people online or offline. Right. That Stephanie question was so good. How would I take care of people in person? All right, now, how do I translate that to online?
Yes, yes. See, I can do it all day. I can go into Walmart, Dollar General, any of the stores and be. And just be there. And that's cool. I can do that. But something, it's. I'm having difficulty translating it into the online space.
You know, it is not. I. I totally get it, because the online space, like, when I started working online in these spaces that we're in more than 10 years ago, I'm like.
What do I say?
What do I do? Can I see that online? And I decided I'm just going to show up. How I would show up. If I were walking through a store and I saw someone and I loved their outfit. I see a photo pop up, I'm like, you know what? Amazing, amazing outfit. Oh, my gosh. Your family. I love this shot of your family. Right. Oh, my goodness, look at that cool inspirational video. Oh, my God. I love in this video. Thank you for sharing this. I've got an extra pep in my step today. I started to think, how am I going to connect with people, People in person? That's how I'm going to show up online. And when we start to move into that feeling, that space, that with authenticity, like, this is what I do in person, that starts to break down the barriers.
Yeah. I've. I've already got that part, that part of the mentality, but the reverse. I introduce all of my clients, you know, when I introduce myself to all my clients, because I. I work in mental health.
Yeah.
And, you know, it's how you see me show up in session is how you're gonna see me if we run into me in Walmart. Yeah, this is how. This is me. I don't, I don't wear suits. I don't wear. Usually don't wear makeup, for God's sake. But I'm here and I'm, I'm down for all the sarcasm you got, all the profanity you got. If you got yell, screaming, cuss because you're angry about something, see what you got. Bring it on, let's go. And you know, because I've had so many people that have dealt with like white coat syndrome and I'm trying to prevent that from coming across digitally, so.
Yeah, you're trying to prevent it feeling the, what you call the white coat syndrome from being what you look like online. Yes. And what it feels like. Okay, so I am in a working moms group in the area I live in. I agree. Oh, my gosh. I don't know who this is. She doesn't mind. It's spicy. So good. And so I'm in. I'm in this group, local working moms group. And every week they have something called, I think it's Shouty Thursday. And if you're like shouting it out on another day of the week, sometimes it's okay, I guess. But some people, like, I know it's not Thursday, but I really have to get this out. When you said, like, let it out. If you're frustrated by something, we're gonna let it out. Like, that is something that you can absolutely translate to online. And that's an example of how the group I'm in is doing that now. Like shout it out. All caps, whatever you have to say, this is the place right now. And then you can talk about why. Right. You can refuse the strategy and the meaning behind it as well. But let's go. Like, you need to build a plan. Let's build the plan. I'm going to share why and I'm going to support you in that. Right. So it's the same thing. What are you doing in person? How do we translate it?
I. This is why I'm here.
So good. I love. You're like, okay, I got that. But we need to do this with it. Like, yes. Let's keep peeling back the layers. Always. We're. We're loving you. We're loving you and what you are doing. I said it yesterday, but it is right freaking on time. Like, keep going.
Oh, right now, one of my pet peeves. I am actively avoiding tick tock because there's I've actually lost clients over Tick Tock.
Wow.
Because there are therapists that say that, oh, well, if you do this, this and this, and you've got adhd, you can't do that. You can't do that with people. It helps to make them feel connected, but then you're giving them a false sense of hope when they may actually be bipolar and need medication. And so it's very dangerous. And that's kind of where I'm fighting. That's where I'm really hardcore fighting. It is to avoid being a part of that, you know, because there is so much that. This is just. I have clients every day that are like, well, I saw this on Tick Tock, or I saw this on YouTube, or I saw this on reels, or I saw this on this. And I'm like, but does that really fit you?
Yeah, well, it could.
You're right. You're absolutely right. It could. But there's such. There's. There's such differentiation whenever it comes to diagnosing and really treating people. That it's one of those things that I. It's a little part of me find it that wildly irresponsible.
Yeah. But, yeah, yeah, it's tricky. Right. And I love that you're recognizing, like, these are my values, these are my ethics, and I'm going to operate in alignment with that. And so how do I show up in alignment with that? Knowing where my audience is hanging out, what they're seeing, what they want, what they need? And in some cases, you might say, I don't do this because right here are my values. And absolutely, for everyone here who is listening right now, know your values. We go through this in detail inside the modern CEO, but that's all content. Right. One of my values is family. You're going to see family popping up regularly in my life. Even as I saw your.
I saw your website.
My website is there. Yes. Harper. Walking into that, like, this is part of my core values. Optimism. Right. Joy. Finding the ease, sharing knowledge. Right. And collaborating. So we don't have to recreate the wheel. Like, let's share what we know. And so what are those values? And each value is a piece of content right there. So as we're thinking about blogging, as people are thinking about Instagram posts, all that. Get that out there, infuse it into your content. And also. Oh, this was the also piece. What is complementary to what you do? Like, my values. Because of my values and my ethics and the way I'm showing up in our spaces together. I am not going to talk about these things. Right. I am not going to give you a checklist for diagnosis. Right. I'm not. There's plenty of places you can do that. You can go to the Google, have.
Fun out there, or I fight with.
Dr. Google every day.
Every day.
Oh, my God, Dr. Google.
I bet you do. I go to my doctors. I'm like, I know, I'm sorry. And here's what I have discovered. And sometimes they're like, yeah, you're pretty spot on. Keep doing that. And other times, like, I don't know, let's try this. Like, okay, this is what I came to you, but. Right. Recognize that. Recognize what is in people's brain. Speak to it and then identify. And here's what we will do together here. Maybe you speak to, like, I'm thinking about things I would speak to, like, positive psychology. Right? I read a lot about positive psychology. How do we step into that space? Maybe that's something that's more like, okay, habit tracking or for your. For all of our mental wellness. Here are things that I do in my morning, right? You can speak to what you do and invite people to do their own thing. Right. Like, I was talking to someone this week and she said, you know, it's just not my life right now that I can wake up at what time in the morning and maybe I should adjust my schedule so I can be an early riser. And. And. And we've got to do what's right for us. I will personally say I have never been. I've never been an early riser except when I lived in California and there was a period I went through in high school. I was like, I don't know why I got up so early to get ready. Got ready for my day. I was super on it, but otherwise, no. Right. I like to be cozy in bed. I like to slowly wake up. I like to read a little first. Right. What are those things that are aligned for you and we all show up differently. There's a book, Dan. Dan. I mix up their names sometimes. Dan Pink wrote a book when the Science of Doing Everything Right. Okay, so we all show up a little bit differently, and it's okay. So. So my point in all this, I could go down a couple of rabbit holes. But my point is, what is complementary to the work that you're doing that will be relevant for your audience? Does that make sense?
Absolutely does. Yeah.
Okay, cool.
So, all right. That's a lot to chew on.
I like, okay, Trudy, bring it back anytime. Chat. It up, pop into the group message, tag us in and we'll keep breaking it down. Sweet. Loving it so good, loving you. Oh, so good, so good. Trudy, you're being ethical and honest. Some people may not see it yet. And it. That is an invitation to straight up let people know. These are my ethics. I'm not gonna judge.
No, I promise. That is like rule number one. And I've actually. I actually worked for an agency long, long ago when the word world was flat, that they wanted me to act unethically. And I went to the CEO and actually said, I'm sorry, I would much rather find a new job than a new career. So figure out what your priorities are, because that's not mine. So it's a lot of investment. No, I can't. I can't, can't and I won't anyway. I can't and I won't ever.
So we are Trudy fans.
I appreciate. I appreciate your time.
Oh, my gosh. I appreciate your time. Thanks for being here.
Absolutely.
Ah, what a gift. What a gift that we get to hang out. I agree. Great story to weave through, I bet. You know, as we think about content, as we think about what we want to share on socials, we think about what we're going to share to invite our people in. When you speak in these ways, when you identify your values and I'm talking to all of us, Trudy is shining a light on a beautiful example of the importance of knowing our values, knowing what we stand for and why we're doing what we're doing in the way that we are doing it, and then aligning our actions. And you can see in the comments, right, the people who align with the way Trudy is operating and sharing are showing up. Right? Showing up. And I bet there is more than one person out here is like, I don't want to do it that way. I don't want to do that thing. Right? I don't want to do it the way they told me I have to do it. And we're seeing it over and over with the great resignation and the big quit right now. Right? People are leaving corporate environments because this is not the way they want to operate. And we've. We've dug in the last couple of years, we've dug into our personal values, our personal goals, what we want, what we are working towards. And it takes time sometimes to align all of the things in our life, to align all of the things in our business with that destination, where we want to be, where we see ourselves going. But One step at a time, one decision at a time, one share at a time. These things start to stack and add up. And we talked about this today in our second workshop. As you practice operating in alignment as a modern CEO, as an entrepreneur, as a business owner, as a practitioner, as a guide, as a consultant, as a coach, eventually you find that I am no longer taking steps to be who I want to be and live life how I want to live it. But I am there, and now I embody it. It becomes very natural. But first, we got to practice it, right? Just like Trudy was sharing and asking, okay, how do I take this online? I'm curious if you are watching this and you see this, whether it's the replay or the live, and you're like, I want to get more comfortable operating in an online way. Give us a comment. Give us. Give us a shout out below so we can see that that's you. Because chances are you are not alone either. And we had a couple of conversations about this just tonight, right? Actually, three. All of our conversations tonight, we're like, all right, I want to show up in an aligned, authentic way. I see other people doing things in a certain way. That's cool. But I got something good going here, right? Or I want to pull through what I know and is authentic to me. If that is something that you are also working on, let us know, because we can dive further into those conversations as well. But this new way of operating, especially when we're online, we can operate with heart, we can operate with compassion, we can operate authentically and show up in a way that is more aligned than ever before. And it takes practice, and it takes time. And truthfully, I get in a groove, I'm like, oh, I want to reset some of this. What worked for me, what worked for my audience, what worked for connecting with my audience changes over time. And I'm going to adapt and change with that. I'm going to adapt my strategies, my tactics, the places we show up to align with that. And you're seeing that in a lot of businesses right now who are absolutely needing to adapt. And I'm not just talking about small businesses. Big businesses are also needing to adapt. You may have recently seen in the news Netflix, Netflix is seeing some shifts in their business model as their subscriber base shifts, how they're showing up and where they're spending money. Right? Okay. Netflix is making some changes, making some shifts. We are seeing this in many, many, many companies, as I actually just read an article where they're hiring people and Just before they are supposed to arrive at work, the day before, they're like, actually changed my mind, I'm not coming. Oh, no. That is a hard thing for a leader, an HR team, a business manager to work through. Right. Okay. We're noticing a shift here in how people are approaching, approaching their body of work. Okay. How do we adjust? How do we adapt for that? So this is a small business thing. This is an online thing. This is an in person thing. This is. This is across the board. There are changes happening right now, and this is why it's more important than ever for each and every one of us to know what is important to me, what are my values? And how am I going to align the business decisions and strategies I implement with those values and also marrying up what my audience is looking for, what they want, where they're going. So with this, I want to invite any final questions, whether you pop them in the chat or you hop on stage with us, anywhere you want to show up for the question. And the conversation is a. Okay, I can see those questions. Oh, let me just check one more thing. I think I see another question over here. Yes, Authentically and ethically are the only ways to function. Oh, I love it. I love it, I love it, I love it, I love it, I love it. Oh, where did I go? Okay, I actually had a question come in earlier today that I made a note to follow up on. Oh, goodness. I closed that deck. Let me pop this open. I'm going to zip on over to the notes that I have here and I am going to open up. That was on the page. Yep. Good. Okay, I see actually a question from the chat first, and then I'm going to pop over to this other question that I received earlier today. What is a good opt in for mindset strategies? Oh, incredible. So, you know, this is interesting. I would say, are we in a niche on mindset strategies? Are we in a niche on mindset strategies? Is it for a specific audience? Is it for entrepreneurs? Is it for your health journey? Is it for professionals, people who are in a career? So I would get specific around that. Then I'd also get specific around what kind of mindset strategies, because mindset is big and broad. I would say mindset is big and broad, like health and wellness. So what are your mindset strategies? What's unique about your approach to adapting, adjusting, evolving our mindsets to help us get where we want to be going? Right. So I would dig in here. Oh, good, we're getting specific in the chat. I love it. I Love the live connection and interaction women of faith who are feeling overwhelmed with business and life. Love your digital planner too. Oh, I'm so glad. Verelisha. Am I saying your name right? You gotta let correct me if I am not one. Our plan profit scale giveaway last week for the digital Fresh Start workbook. So good. We gave away a digital and a print and there is still time to win. So okay. Women of faith feeling overwhelmed with business and life. Oh good, I got it right. So this is beautiful. So how do the mindset strategies help me in these areas? So you might not even hit mindset from the start because I may not be thinking that mindset is my challenge, my issue and I'm going to go back to my migraine. I openly share that I struggle with migraines and over the years I got my first migraine when I was in third grade and, and, and I might not have thought right if somebody came to me and said, I have a solution for your migraines. If I didn't know they were migraines, that wouldn't work for me, right? I'm like, oh, I just have some headaches now actually that I'm further along in my migraine journey and my migraines have actually been pretty much under control this year. I'm getting headaches. I'm like, oh, that's a headache. Those were migraines. But if I didn't know what a migraine was, I might just think they're headaches. And if someone comes to me and says, I've got solutions for your migraines, like I don't have migraines, I have headaches, right? I don't have migraines, I'm nauseous, I don't have migraines. I've got any number of other things so we've got to step into. I don't have mindset issues. I'm totally overwhelmed. I'm just overwhelmed. It's not my mindset, right? So we have to align with what is top of mind for our audience. So fairly shot. I might come in it and I might align my opt ins and my workshops. Where are people right now and what's top of mind? Are you a woman of faith who is overwhelmed and trying to juggle all the things in business, in life right now and we can get it even more specific than that. But if it's women of faith, I love that we are there because yeah, I am a woman of faith and yeah, I am overwhelmed. Or no, I'm not one of these things. So I know I'm not your people, I know you're not talking to me, so I'm going to move on. But if we say, hey, I got something for your mindset, what I don't. What are you talking about? Right. So unless your audience is mindset problem aware, we go through this in detail inside the modern CEO because we want to make sure we're speaking to our audience and meeting them where they are are right. So I am speaking to business owners, right? So okay, we've got that. I'm speaking to business owners who already they're not fully in startup phase. Some of us are in startup phase. But you know, all right, these are my challenges. You're coming in with like, where do I start? I've got a business, I need my five next clients. Cool. I am not talking about, like we can talk about it, right? And it's a layer of starting up the business. But I am not necessarily training on the technology to start up your business. I'm talking about strategy that is all encompassing to run your business. And you have to know I'm starting a business first. You have to know for the modern CEO, what is my business? Right. And then there are levels beyond that. If somebody says, I think I want to start a business, I've got a different program for that. So we have to meet people where they are on this journey and align our language with that. So five steps, right? Actually, if you shared with me one option, I'm thinking give me an hour and I will get you out of overwhelm in your business, in life. Give me an hour and I will share with you 5 strategies to get out of overwhelm. Now if it's give me an hour, I would think that's a workshop, right? You could also have ebooks, downloads, right? A PDF download, a you could host an event. So there are a lot of different ways that we can invite people to opt in to our world. So that's the next step to think about, okay, what are people opting into? Marry that up with where are people in their journey? And then we're going to design and get really specific around that Verilicia. Is this helpful? Let me know in the chat because we can keep digging in and keep peeling layers back. As you can see. As you can see. This is incredible. This is an incredible conversation and an incredible question. Yes. Okay, good. I'm so glad this is helpful. Loving that, Loving that. We gotta get specific, everyone. We have to get specific. You know, overwhelm, even plan, profit scale. I mean Honestly, this is something that I'm like, keep getting more and more and more so specific. Right. What do we want to plan around? What are we. What, right. What is it that we're talking about? What's at the essence of this? And keep going, keep getting deeper, keep getting more specific. And when you said mindset like, okay, we're a little bit broad. Definitely women of faith who are feeling overwhelmed in business, in life. If you are hearing that and you're like, yes, this is me, you know who to reach out to. Just got the Facebook chats moving better. Oh, good, good, good, good, good good. I love it. So good, so good. I'm so that. Ah, okay, cool. We are making progress. I have one more question, actually. If anybody else has a question, pop it in the chat, hop on with us live. You are invited and more than welcome. I love it. And I've got a question from earlier today, which is I want to do it all. I want to be there now. How do I accelerate my journey? How do I choose what I need to be focused on? So I'm going to share actually something on the screen right now. Let me get this up and share. It's loading, Loading, loading. Maybe it's not loading. Oh, good. Okay, perfect. It is loading. And I'm going to share what I call our Prioritize Everything framework. If you are in a space where you're wondering, what should I focus on? Well, number one, I want to invite you to check out the workshop from today, the replay from our plan profit scale workshop today. Because that's going to help you identify based on my stage of business, based on where I am in my business right now. Because we have to start with where we are. We don't want to skip 20 steps ahead. That is not going to serve us, it's not going to benefit us. It's only going to cause frustration. So start with where you are based on your stage of business right now and then we're going to tell you the top three things in that workshop that you need to be thinking about and focused on. But also as we think about and we drill, start to drill down more and more and more. Okay, I am in the startup, build, sell, tell phase, but what should I do to tell people about this thing that I have? Right. One of the things that I like to use is our prioritize everything framework. And I don't have the template pulled up, but I'm going to map some of this out for us. And the prioritize everything framework looks a little bit like this, and let's say it is a marketing strategy that we're trying to decide on. I could do this or I could do that. Okay. All right. We're looking for a marketing strategy. I want to know, I want to think about do I want this to be easy for myself. I want a little bit of ease in this marketing strategy and you get to decide the variables that we pop up in these two places. Variable one, variable two. And let's say you want ease in this marketing strategy and you want, you want it to be kind of fast to implement. I don't want this to be like a three year marketing strategy or something I'm going to do at the end of the year. I want this to be something I can take to market in the Next, let's say six weeks. We got a six week plan and a 90 day plan we typically operate within. So we want this to happen in the next six weeks. That's defining our fast. Okay, so then I want you to think about all of the possible marketing strategies you could be implementing right now. What are all of the possible marketing strategies? And we're going to plot them on the scale and we're going to identify does that marketing strategy feel ease filled and does it feel fast? I think it would be ease filled for me to host a virtual retreat, but it wouldn't necessarily be fast. I got to wrap some things around that. I've got to identify some things. So I'm going to put that high ease. Oh wait, high ease over here. Lower fast. And that is going to be virtual retreat. Okay. I don't have something that's in the sweet spot yet. I want it to be easy and fast. We're not there. I could host a two to three hour workshop. Two to three hour workshop. Okay. That'd be pretty easy for me to put together. Kind of fast. Invite people to that. I like that. I like that. I could simply invite people to book a call with me. We talked about this with Stephanie. I what can I think about five clients? All right. Easy and kind of fast. I can write that email probably tonight. I could probably send that out tomorrow because I'm going to write it tonight and I'm going to proofread it tomorrow and make my list of people that I would send that to. Then I might customize that message a little bit for different audiences. Okay, cool. I'm going to send some emails and invite people to. Number one, send me referrals. Right. If you're in the grocery store, if you are online and you see Someone who needs this thing, send them my way. And two, I'm going to invite people to talk. If this is me, let's have a health chat. If this is me, right? If this is you, right, let's talk about how to scale grow your business. In fact, if you want to talk about your plans for growth in your business and if the modern CEO might be helpful for you, hop on over to Amber mchugh.com forward/modern CEO chat. Right? See how that flows. Hey, if this is you, if you want to grow your business, if you want to plan, if you want to go through this strategically and not be pinging all over the place like we sometimes do on social, let's get strategic, let's get intentional. Let's build your intentional plan for growth and then let's execute it together. Let me give you implementation support. Let's hold each other accountable to bringing your goals to life. If you're wondering if this is the right place for you, because I want this to be a win win, zip on over to oops. Amber McHugh.com forward/modern oh, modern CEO chat. Okay, we gotta spell it right. Dang it. Dang it talking. And I'm gonna just put that over here. Modern CEO chat Amber McHugh.com or book my call. That might be easier. Amberkey.com bookmycall all right, so these are the things we start to think through. What are all of the things I could do? Is it ease filled? Is it fast? And I want to find things in the prioritize everything framework that are in this upper right hand corner and if it's in the upper right hand corner, I'm going to consider doing it. And if I've got a couple of things up there, I'm like, okay, well which one is more ease filled and which one is faster? Because those are the two priorities that I set. I said I wanted it to be ease filled and I said I wanted to be fast. So I'm going to start to prioritize and rank these things. Everything else I can do later. Later, later, later. Right. I can host a challenge. Okay. That's not quite fast. It's kind of easy, right? I can host a five day event. Okay. Okay. Right. How can we make this more east filled? So this is the prioritize everything framework. If you're deciding between strategies and you're thinking I want to do it all, but I can't because we can't. How do I prioritize? Where are you going to get the biggest win and to know where you're going to get the biggest win, you got to know what your priorities are. Because winning for you is different than winning for me. That's different than winning for Trudy, that's different than winning for Verilisha, etc. All right, I see a couple more questions over there, so I'm going to pop over to the chat. Yes. Always a fan for an Eisenhower Matrix. Yes, yes, yes, yes. I call it my four box. My four box grid. Prioritize everything, break it down. And this is the methodology for it. I love it. I have a networking event to attend next week and wanting to have some conversations. What would you bring along? You know, I do not have business cards anymore, but I would bring along something to exchange contact information. There are apps for that. I would bring down paper to write down other people's contact information. If I don't have business cards, I actually like that better. I don't actually carry business cards right now. I'll pop you an email if somebody asks for your business card. Or I'd say, hey, I love what you're up to. Let's connect. Can I grab your contact info? Write it down, right? So something to exchange contact information. The other thing is if you have some sort of offer, you have some sort of freebie, if you have a book, a call link, let's do coffee chats, right? Let's do a clone chat, let's do a modern CEO chat, whatever that is for you. I might have that written down somewhere. Like on this little moo cards, they have little mini things that you can print. You can get those in time to give people to book a call. But I would rather get somebody else's contact information and then reach out and follow up. And especially if people have their phone numbers on their business cards, I take other people's business cards and follow up and reach out. Because you are more likely to follow up than someone else at the event. Unless it's like, oh yeah, you got me. You got me right there. Right now, this is a hot, hot, hot thing for me. Then I'll follow up. But if it's not hot, right, most of the time we have to follow up in our sales and marketing efforts. Ten years ago, I think it was five to seven follow ups that we need to build into our systems. Y', all, people are getting pinged. So now we have so much going on. It is up to like 17 to 25 follow ups before someone makes a buying decision. Indecision is real. We are undecided. We have so Many different things the demand require us to make decisions on. We are, well, so slower seasons. That space in between our busy seasons is such a gift. Such a gift. Some examples of how you might utilize that space in between the busy seasons. Update websites, update marketing materials, update branding materials. Update your revenue plan. Check on your CEO systems, check on all of your sales and marketing systems. Check on your funnels. Make sure everything is working. Oh my gosh. I did not realize I would have so much to say on this topic. In fact, in tomorrow's workshop we're going to share a list of CEO systems and we're going to audit. Right? Okay. How am I leading my business? Any of those things that we're going to touch on in our workshop tomorrow could fall into the slow season setup, structure. Let me get these things in place. And then on Thursday we're going to look at sales systems and we're going to look at client success systems and those spaces between I would look to build and again, what am I going to do? Like, because Amber can go on and on with the list of things I might need to do or want to do in my business, I go back to that. Prioritize everything, model and identify what is most important to me in this season. What is most important for me to pay attention to so I'm prepared for my next busy season. And I might even ask myself what is not working for me in my business right now? What is not working for me when I marry up my business and my goals for my life? What is important to me in my life, what I want to be focused on in my life? I bring those two things together and I might look at where there's a breakdown so that in that space in between, in my slow season, in between my my busy seasons, that space between, I want to work to get some more alignment. So when my next busy season comes right and my next busy season comes my next busy season comes right, I start to get closer and closer and closer to my level up. Whether I'm going from scale up, whether I'm going from startup to ramp up or ramp up to scale up or scale up to CEO up. And honestly I look at my roadmap, I look at my modern CEO roadmap and I check where do I need to be focusing and spending my time now so I'm ready for my next level up. I plot out the strategies I need to align for my next desired level up and I'd start to spend some time and attention there. What a great frickin question that Is awesome. Facebook user. Wish I knew your name. So good. Natalie, hello. Great to see you. Ah, absolutely. Thank you. Do you think giving away a freebie physical product is worth it to get a client to sign up water bottle for a gym client? I love that. I love it. It's a promotion. It's a promotion to entice. You know, one of the things that I think about in online businesses, for those of us that operate largely online or have a service based business, gyms do promotions all the time, right? Nordstrom has its annual sale. Right. They build promotions into their model just like we can when we're online. So, yeah, I love giving away our water bottle. I love having a limited supply of water bottles. Hey, everyone who signs up this month, you're getting this bundle. This is the special. It includes a free water bottle. But I would communicate it. I would make it a big deal, right? Water bottle. Plus, this is this month's special, right? And what does this do? Okay, maybe the water bottle is not going to be the thing that's like, oh, I really want a new water bottle. But what does that also do? It gives us a reason to communicate with our audience. Everyone who signs up this month is getting a water bottle. You're getting your first month free. You're getting your first five days for. You're getting your first week free. You're getting this trial offer, you're getting a health consult with your membership, your signup, whatever this is, right? We're bundling this as a promo for you right now. And then it goes away. It's limited supply, it's available for a limited time. And we just talked about indecision. We have so much to decide on right now. But if you let me know that I only have until this day to make this decision. Okay, I've got to make a decision. What am I going to do here? And honestly, thank you. It takes something off my plate. If I know, like, okay, this bundle is going away. I've got to make this decision now. Let me make it so I can make the decision and then refocus my energy on the next thing. I'm building, growing, moving toward in my life. So I do think that's cool. I do like that. I like combining products with, with services and there are all sorts of reasons for that which we just walked through some of them. Use it strategically, amp it up, talk about it, right? You might even throw out water bottles to the new members in class. Hey, we've got five new members in class today. Water bottle, water bottle, Water Bottle. If you know someone who wants to join, let them know to come in. We've got some great specials this month. Right? Plus you'll get a referral bonus. Hey, you referred someone. Water bottle. Water bottle. Water bottle. Right. So something to hype it up. Build that engagement, build that momentum. Love it. Natalie could keep riffing on that too. So good. So good. Loving the questions. Oh, you got your cards waiting on your branded hoodie. Let me see if I can get myself back in focus there. There we go. Capture details and follow up way more than ever before. Follow up? Yes. Follow up in six months. Follow up in three weeks. Follow up periodically in a year, you learn someone's birthday. Happy birthday. Right. You want those opportunities for touch points. The roadmap is absolutely something you can access right now. When you go back to today's workshop, the scale up plan. The roadmap is in that workshop. Scale up plan in today's workshop. I'm guessing like the 40 minute mark, but don't quote me on that. Don't quote me on that. It's absolutely in there. We pulled that right out of our modern CEO framework. So you can definitely check that out. And then actually today is entirely a roadmap conversation based on your stage of business. We map out where you want to focus in your business right now. So it's all one big roadmap conversation. And very specifically, the modern CEO roadmap is in there too. Oh, my gosh. Absolutely. You're so welcome, Natalie. I love it. I love the conversation. I love being here with you. This has been such a joy. And this week our plan profit scale event is still going. It's only Tuesday. That makes me so happy because this is fun, strategizing, working on growing your business. This is awesome. Your vision is awesome. Your heart awesome. I know sometimes it is challenging. I know you've got a lot on your plate too. It is my hope and my desire that we partner up to make this a little bit easier on you. Because starting a business, there are a lot of moving parts. There's a lot that goes into this. I have walked that path not once, not twice. I've got two successful businesses, but I've had a lot of other things that I tried and dabbled in before I locked in on this. So I've done this a time or two. And we don't have to create, recreate the wheel. I will share everything and anything I have got. So thank you for being a part of this. Thank you for doing what you're doing. Thank you for Showing up and connecting. When you share, when you ask a question, it brings up a whole lot that other people might be thinking about and talking about too. So thank you for that.
