I am really excited to dive into topics today with Rob Rene. Rob, you're the founder of Exodus Strong, but your journey took you on a long, meandering path. Like many of us where we think we're going to do one thing in life, we go down a different path and then we get to that pinnacle moment when we realize that we're here to do something bigger. So I just, I'm really excited to hear you share your journey. Obviously, I've done some research, but I want you to tell it to our listeners so they can really see, you know, the impact that you're having now.
Sounds great. I'm excited to be here. Thank you for having me. It's just, it's. You're right, it has been. You know, if you'd asked me even just five years ago if I was be doing what I'm doing now, I'd say you're absolutely nuts. So I was like, no possible way am I going to be doing what I'm doing now, right? So the way I look back at my life now and it's very easy for me to see how God has orchestrated everything. At least that's my interpretation of it. But because I've gone on so many different, just major paths, it was like, okay, I was, when I was young, I was an athlete and I loved all sports and was super into running. I thought that was my goal in life as a youth, as a young man is. I wanted to be a professional runner. That was my life. And I, I was really, really good at it. And then all of a sudden, you know, boom. Had a major accident and got hit by a truck. A literally four by four truck. And that just dramatically changed my young life. And then I went into the corporate world for a very, very long time and really enjoyed that. And I did, you know, what the world tells you to do, right? The world tells you to, you know, go get a job and you go work for a large corporation. You get married and you have three kids. You get a house with a white picket fence. And you know, it's just like, I did what the world told you to do, and I just found it not to be a satisfying endeavor. It was an endeavor for sure. And I did it because that's what I thought I was supposed to be doing. And I was really good at it. But at the same point it was just, you know, just never felt this fulfilling desire. And then bam. You know, I call it the second truck that hit me, which is the pandemic, right? Because when the pandemic hit, it did. It had a really similar impact to me as that like, first major accident did in my life. You know, I was on the, the athletic path, right? It's like that's what I would be for do for a living. And. And then boom, my life changed in a really quick instant. And then the pandemic did something similar in the respect that, you know, I lost my, my job in the large corporation because I couldn't travel because of the pandemic. And so it was the first time in my life I'd actually sat back and was able to kind of evaluate what's going on in the world. And man, did that just open up my eyes in a huge way to what I'm doing today, right? Because it was like I found so many things that were perplexing to me about, about health. And I went kind of leaned back on my early days with, with being an athlete. And running. And one of the things I learned really early on was how important nutrition was to my body. Right. And that's one of the reasons why I think I became a really good runner as I learned as a young guy how to fuel my body appropriately as a distance runner. So you had to fuel your body really well to be really good at the end of a, end of a long distance race and, and most by competition, you know, they're eating hot dogs and hamburgers and, you know, I was fueling my body well. So I just learned that skill set that when the pandemic hit, I kind of leaned back on that. That experience of knowing that what I put in my body becomes me and fuels my body. And man, that just started down. I started doing research on health and the healthcare system and saw how corrupt I saw our healthcare system become. And then I was like, how does that possible, right? We live in this amazing country. It's like when, you know, we have so many advancements in the world, why are we in such a bad shape from the United States healthcare perspective? And anyway, I just started digging into all of that and man, that just transformed my entire life, right? It's like that became. I'm 100% a different individual now than I was five years ago just because of the research I did. And now the passion that I have for health and the passion I have still for technology. I was in the corporate world and I was selling enterprise software and technology, so I just have this innate desire for technology. So I love what's happening with AI and there's some fascinating things happening. And I really believe that the Lord has led me to becoming this health and wellness expert with an AI bent, right? Which is like, how do you help people navigate this new world? But, you know, kind of combine the ancient science of what, how our bodies are made up. And so I'm really digging into that as, as how I can be a contributing member to society in the future is just really teach people how to navigate that.
Yeah, well, you've said so many things that I think are of note. The pandemic, we all had a lot of time to think. Do we like the direction our lives are going in? Is this what our purpose is here on Earth? Are we meant to be doing something different, something bigger? Did we have dreams that we shelved, you know, or is there new information we're finding out? We talked about the healthcare system. I mean, at this moment in time, when we're recording, we're hearing about healthcare costs that are going to rise over the next few months, significantly. And we're already paying a lot for healthcare. I'm a dual citizen with Thailand, and I think about my mom and my stepdad moving back there after, you know, they retired because the food is so healthy. There's no additives. It's fresh, it's inexpensive. The healthcare system, you can go in and get care easily and actually get seen and get the care you need, and it's at a fraction of the cost. So it. It just baffles the mind because we think about what, like you said, what we put in our bodies is such a major contributor to the illnesses that are affecting many people. I mean, over half of the population in the United States, whether it's obesity, diabetes, you know, kidney issues, we can go on and on and on. Because it really is true. And so I'm really interested to hear about that perspective. And then, of course, we're going to, because I love talking about AI. So we'll be getting to that too, because that's an interesting marriage of wellness and getting back to ancient wisdom, partnered with this tech that we have now in AI. But before we get into that part, let's talk about what it was that you were discovering and what is it that you created out of that time when you're going, okay, I can't travel, so I can't work, and my cushy job's gone. Bye, bye. And I have this great background, but I want to learn some other things about the world around me. I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but if there's one thing I will treat myself to, it's cookies. Especially from small artisan cookie makers who put real heart in their craft. Really sent me down the path to investigate what was going on was with the pandemic. I saw this vilification of a doctor and they were trying. There was. He was getting sued for billions of dollars, like with a B. And it was like, wow, he must be a really bad dude, right? Or what he's saying is really bad. So I started doing research on what he was talking about. He was talking about vitamin D. Like, you know, I was like, okay, well vitamin D, you know, pretty sure is not bad thing, but let me go research it, right? So I did, I had time. So I started researching vitamin D. I was like, oh my gosh, Vitamin D is from the sun, right? It's without vitamin D, we don't have oxygen, we don't survive. So the vitamin D itself isn't bad. It's like, so maybe, you know, can you prescribe it in a bad way maybe? Or, you know, so I did the whole deep dive and I couldn't find hardly anything wrong with vitamin D. So I'm like, okay, then the doctor's gotta be really bad. He's gotta have all these skeletons in his closet and he's just a bad dude, right? Is what I assumed as I was doing my research and I, you know, uncovered and uncovered and researched research couldn't find anything really bad about him. I'm like, I'm not understanding what's happening here. Because it's like he's all natural, holistic practitioner who is helping people with natural solutions and health. And I couldn't find anything that was really bad. I'm so like, well then why would they be suing him for billions of dollars? So I started trying to look at that motivation of why. And that's what just started uncovering this massive frustration for me was to see what happened to our healthcare system. What was the motivation behind them suing him and why are they trying to shut him up? And then, you know, when I started looking at the motivation behind it and it literally was all ended up being related to money and that just super really, I mean, just at the core of my being just pissed me off. I was Just like, how is this possible that we're so motivated by the financial incentives of our healthcare system that we don't care about the individual and what, anything about him. We just want to keep him quiet so we can continue this money gravy train. And I say that because of all the research I did, right? I didn't just wake up and realize that that had happened. I did ton of research, right? Looked at how our healthcare system in the early 1900s, in my opinion, was taken over with the Rockefellers and the Flexner report. They did. So you can have, you know, people can do their own research on the Flexner report and what that ramification had on our, on our medical schools and. But when you start digging into it, it's just tragic. On what happened in the vilification of all natural health practitioners started back then in the early 1900s. And then just you fast forward to today and then you can start to understand why our healthcare system in the United States is rated so poorly when we have such an advanced country. So it's just, it's been really enlightening. So that led me on to just like, what can I do, right? I know I can't do. I'm one person, what can I do? And I knew that God created this incredible temple of, of mine and I knew that nutrition was really important. So I started doing research on the body and the human body. And then I started doing research on the Bible, which was really an interesting timing for me because it was like I finally had research time to do research on these, these really important topics like healthcare and what was happening to the world. But I was like, also had spiritual engagement where I just like, okay, know I've heard of the Bible and I've been a Christian my entire life, but do I really believe the Bible? You know, and I just started having those questions that you, a lot of people will end up having those questions at some point in their life. And I started, started reading the Bible every day, started understanding that do I really believe this? And why do I believe this? And, and so I did a deep dive on the actual biblical text. And so that was really fun for me because I started researching all the herbs and superfoods in the Bible. And that's where it came to. One of the solutions I ended up creating was super cool in the respect that it's amazing product that combines seven incredible biblical inspired ingredients, superfoods, kind of from the Bible and then it marries it with this new technology which is really not really new, it's actually the smallest element in the world, molecular hydrogen. Right. Hydrogen is the smallest element that God created. If there's a new way that you can create molecular hydrogen in the body, and then when you look at what molecular hydrogen, the health benefits of it is incredible. So we married that incredible health benefit with the herbs and superfoods from the Bible and created a product called Exodus. And that's what created Exodus Strong, the company that I founded was a product that just is foundationally built on the right herbs and superfoods you need as a human being. But then it also helps clear out a lot of the problems that people are having. So it does good for prevention in the future, but it also gives you a lot of really immediate health benefits with energy and the nutrients you need for the day and things like that. So that's. That's what got me into this kind of health world, was like, oh, my gosh, I have this knowledge now and I know how the body works. And, and I was just really lucky to. To pair with amazing health practitioner who had this molecular hydro component because I was doing research, Bible stuff that was really neat. But I didn't have. I was like, there's got to be something, you know, different than what's already out there in the market. And I couldn't find it. Right. But eventually the Lord led me to this practitioner that I met and he had the molecular hydrogen component. And when we decided to marry those two together, it just became this incredible product. So it's really fun because now I can actually help people in a substantial way with their health. And all the research I'm doing on how to do that and why to do that, and it's just been super fascinating on understanding this incredible body that God gave us. But then what is what helps it operate? And so really digging into the biohacking. But then it also gets me. I've had some interesting health challenges the last few years, and that has gotten me so digging into technology, right? And how can you live longer? Right? What can you do from a longevity perspective? What can you do from a biohacking perspective? And then how do all these new tools and technologies help us with that? But then also, since I was doing this research on the healthcare system, I think this is the key component that I want to make sure people understand is garbage in, garbage out, right? You've heard that before. But if these AI systems are trained on garbage, they're going to feed you garbage. And guess what? Right. Most of the health information that these systems are trained on is absolute bonkers. It's just not right. It's, it's, it's. And so, but you have to understand kind of the makeup of how these studies were done, how studies were conducted, what the motivation behind the study was, who paid for the study, how did all this research get created that then our AI systems are trained on all this data. But if you look at that data, it's a lot of, it's bunk, right? It's really not good. And so that's what I'm having a blast on. It's like you can't just trust this amazing. You can go ask AI systems, hey, help me get better at this. But it's trained on bad data. So I'm having a really fun time going. We got to look at good data and then we get good data. Then we can use all these amazing tools and diagnostic capabilities and advanced things we're doing and marry them together. Right. So you're marrying good information with good technology that is going to advance the human race rather than doing what I think if you could go AI blindly with the data, the health data, you're not going to do it in the way that's really going to help people. So anyway, that's been, I'm, I'm on.
This soapbox because I love using AI tools, but I also, I teach digital content and digital media and one of our big sections for one of the classes I teach is algorithmic bias. So who's put the data in? Where did they get the data from? What is the data sharing with us? And then what are the outcomes that have real world applications and implications? And so many times. Right. Like you said, study. If a BMI is based on one person, like one type of person who was a soldier during this era in time, how does that really relate to people of other cultures, to women, to different ethnic groups? Right. And so we're not measuring people necessarily. And then so many other, I mean there are a million and one examples we could give. There are on this and fun.
It's fascinating.
It really is. And then, and I, I actually use that as those examples and other examples in my class to share. Now this is just about healthcare, but think about the data that you're putting online for your brand or your company. How do you make sure that it's. That you're trying to take out as many biases as possible when there are over a hundred types of cognitive bias alone. Right. And who's, where are we getting this historical information from?
Right.
And so we have to be really careful about these things.
Do. And you, you, it's so easy for us. Get your blinders on and you just say, oh, I'm going to go use these tools and they're amazing and it's really cool. It sounds great. And, but at the same point, like you said, if you don't really sit back and look behind the scenes of where that information came from and is it actual valid data to begin with? Most people don't do that. They don't go back to the source. So that's what's fascinating to me is how do we really work on problems and then get the right data to help solve those problems and then you can still use these amazing tool and technologies. You know, I love, you know, some of the wearables, right? I'm wearing a ring watch or not. It's not a watch, it's a, it's a ring that is a health ring, right? And it has a lot of diagnostics to my body just with this little ring on. So that's fascinating to me is how can we utilize modern technology like this but still leverage what the good data, right? Whatever data that does. Tell me, what does that mean? Because, man, we should have solved big problems in our healthcare world a long time ago, right? But we haven't for a number of reasons. But you know, one of them is, is financial, which is just sick. You know, this breaks my heart that there's so many people lives that could been saved and, or could have been helped if the motivation was to really do what the Hippocratic oath is, is to help people, right? And you make them better. And then guess what? Then things start going well. So anyway, it's just so many different areas of concern and especially around health. And that's why, I just think it's why I, God, put me on this earth is to say, okay, yeah, so you love technology, it's amazing. But guess what, Rob, I'm going to put you through some really, really difficult health challenges and you're going to learn a lot. And I learned so much about the bad information, right? And bad trained data and just hiding of good solutions, right? It's like, how, how is that possible? How can we hide something that's going to help somebody, right? But the motivation is so big and there's so much money behind it, then that's like, okay, well, so I'm, I got to figure out a way where I can help people navigate this problem. How do you get good health information to people and still utilize these amazing AI technologies and solutions, right? Because I want to Live longer. I want to be healthy. I want my friends and family and loved ones to, to live a long, prosperous life, right? But man, it's just, it's hard to navigate that world. So I'm having fun learning how to do that.

Well, I want to ask about the nutritional supplement Exodus. Yeah, because you decided to combine and I'm reading off a list here, so if my eyes are looking, it's on my other screen. Organic barley grass, organic wheatgrass, saffron, cumin, aloe, frankincense and myrrh, along with the molecular hydrogen. Right. And it's a proprietary blend, of course. But how did you decide what ingredients to put into the supplement? Did you do a lot of different testing with different things? Did you have to take them yourself to figure out what worked and what didn't work?
Yeah, awesome question. It's really, really important question too because, you know, I research all the different herbs and superfoods in the Bible. There's lots of them. And so it's like, okay, how do you find the right one, the right combination? How can we really, really move the needle on people's health? And that was the really difficult part because I had this list of 25 things that I could put together, I was like, but couldn't find anything that was really unique and special. And that's when, when I was introduced to this practitioner and we started investigating what the molecular hydrogen component does just in and of itself, there's literally thousands of research studies done on hydrogen. And so it's fascinating because there's so many different areas that hydrogen can help with in the human body. And so what we did is we said, okay, let's look at all the benefits of hydrogen and then let's amplify it and then let's make it better, right? So we took what, what hydrogen does and then we looked at all the biblical herbs and superfoods and said, okay, what, what are people missing in the diets today? And let's give them what they need, what their body needs, and then let's amplify the benefits of what hydrogen does. So then we're doing a couple of things. One is we're giving people the basics of what they need. And that's why we put barley grass and wheatgrass in it. So they're organic. And it's. There's no gluten, no any, you know, it's anything. It's very, very good nutrients. But most people in today's world, we're not getting the right nutrients in our diets. You know, 70% of our food is ultra processed food. So we're just not getting the actual nutrients that your body needs. It needs like 96 nutrients every day for it to do what it's supposed, you know, how God made it, right? And nobody, I mean, including myself, I work really hard to try to eat well and eat healthy, and I still don't get the right nutrients. I still have the supplement to get the right nutrients that my body needs. And so, man, you just see that as a, as a universal problem. Most people are not getting the nutrients. So that's why we added those two, right? Let's give them the nutrients that they need. And then we added saffron, which is really awesome for stress reduction. And it amplifies some of the circadian rhythm capabilities of hydrogen. And so then we added cumin and aloe. Aloe is really good for gut health. Cumin, frankincense and myrrh. Those combinations really help with inflammation reduction. And I have a podcast. It was called I am pain Free. I re just rebranding it to biohackingville, which is going to be a lot of fun. But the. I'm interviewing holistic practitioners all the time. And those holistic practitioners say, you know, the source of all disease is inflammation. Like literally the source of all disease, not just one disease, but all. So inflammation is a really, really bad thing in the human body. All the sugars and all of the, the food supply that we're putting into our bodies is causing our bodies to be inflamed. So those are, that's a bad combination, right? You Put bad, bad stuff in and you don't treat your body well, then guess what, you're going to be inflamed. And that starts the disease process in the body. So inflammation reduction is super important. So that's why molecular hydrate in and of itself reduces inflammation. But then we added the cumin, frankincense and myrrh to help help with that, the inflammation problem. So you can support the body in a much better way. So now at the end of the day, and with this solution, you have the nutrients you need and you have the stress reduction that you need, the gut health that you need, and you have inflammation support. So it's just like, wow, this is like the ultimate product that like literally every single woman over 40 years old needs this product. And it's not. I love the product because it helps me a lot. But if you look at what happens to every woman as they age, go through menopause, it's like this product fits it to a T. So it just helps with everything that every, every issue that they have that this product helps with. So I'm just super stoked about it and I know it's going to transform people's lives in a major way. So I'm just excited to get it out to the world.
Wow. Yeah. And you, I mean, you have fought cancer. You have also, after, I'm sure, all the injuries, I mean, we haven't even gotten to the question of how you got hit by a truck when you were training. Because I'm sure that the number of injuries you had to heal from mental and physical, both realizing your life is completely changing and the kinds of things that traditionally we give people. When you're trying to heal pain medications, sometimes things that are, can be a little too addictive.
Right?
There's so there's such a fine line there. And then now you're also integrating AI and you call yourself a faith based AI Wellness futuristic.
Whoa.
Okay, so I know that's a lot.
There's a lot of words, there's a.
Lot more to unpack here than we probably can do in one episode. But I want to hear about how you decided to integrate technology, which was your base before starting your own company into the work that you're doing. So how are you integrating the modern with the ancient?
Yeah, it's fascinating because you have to go back to that premise that we talked about. You know, with you and your content that you do, there's like, you have to have good data, right? You have to have good information. And so I'm having a blast finding and you know, all the research that I've done on all these herbs and all these superfoods, right? There's so much good information about those. So I'm collecting this repository of really, really good data related to the nutrients that we need to survive, right? The God gave us all these nutrients on the planet and they do really interesting things, right? Pomegranate seeds do this, please do this. And this is like, it's so fun. I've been trained as an herbalist, right? So I understand all these herbs and how they interact. And you know, I'm drinking green tea and clothes, right? Which is. Does some amazing things from a cancer perspective, right? These things that I've just had to learn through what I'm doing. But I'm just. So anyway, I've collected all this data and I'm continually collecting more and more and more and then I want to be able to marry it with these new tools. Because if you right now, if I go to just a generic AI tool and I ask it these health related questions, it's not giving people good information and that just drives me absolutely crazy, right? Because I'm just like that is not great, right? If we, if people had access to this way of finding out information and gave them good information, then guess what, they would act better and then they're going to have a much better result. So it's really important for me is to. To do that good combination of the both of both of them, right? Let's find out the best biohacking tools, right? Let's. Why is cold plunging good for you? Right? You. Why is asana good for you? And how do we use all these amazing breathing techniques and all this biohacking stuff that's really cool and advancing and we're just finding out some amazing things about the human body. But then how do we combine that with what how God designed us, right? He designed us to have the right nutrients that we need. And so you have to kind of marry the two together, right? You can't just do one without the other. And I see that as a really big important part. And you know, my faith is really important to me as well because I really believe the mind, body, spirit connection is what I have found through research is how important the mind is, right? Your mind is so powerful, it can literally control your body. And so if you believe things, you know, people call it manifestation or these woo woo terms that I don't really prescribe to. But I do know that the mind is very powerful and Your mind can physically control things that you just are super amazed by when you find, find that out. So this mind, body, spirit connection thing is really important to me as well. So I'm just trying to marry kind of this ancient breath, work and ancient health related information with kind of all this new stuff, right? And how do we take this new stuff, how do we work with the old and how do we marry the two together that to the, at the end of the day just live a more healthy and fulfilling life, right? Because that's the thing that I want to just get people well. There's way too many people that are sitting on the couch sick, right? And they're not healthy and they're netflixing and chilling and they're not doing any benefit to society. And so it's like, man, just think if we could get people well and we could get them healthy and they were a contributing member to society and they went to their neighbors and they helped their neighbor and they, they went to their loved ones and helped their loved ones and we work together as a society to help the world be a better place. Wouldn't that be a place you would rather live than just people that are angry at each other and mad at each other? And it's like we're in this world of division and hate. And I want just the opposite, right? I want a world where we're healthy and we work together and we love each other and we're all, we have a better existence. So I believe that's why I'm here on Earth is to try to help bridge that gap between the ancient and the new.
Before we had AT&T business wireless coverage, our delivery GPS wasn't the most reliable. Once our driver had to do a 14 point turn to get back on route. A 14 point turn, an influencer even live stream.
The whole thing. Not good for business.
Now with AT&T business wireless routes are updating on the fly and deliveries are on time.
And the influencer did get us 53 new followers though.

Yeah, yeah, I agree with that. And there's, I think when we are healthy, we have positive mindsets.
Yeah, right.
Because we feel better in our bodies. We feel good, we're getting enough sleep, we're getting enough nutrition. And that does lead to, I do believe, people being nicer to each other, kinder, not sweating the small stuff. Right. Just being able to take step back, let go of ego and be there for each other.
That's right. That's right. Yeah. I mean if we're, yeah. If we have that glass half full mentality, life is a better place. Right. And people, you know, it's very, very easy because of all the negativity in the world to just get this glass half empty filling and this glass half empty. Just the world's horrible and we all hate each other. And man, you know, just. And you go through social media feed and it's just hate, hate, hate and bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. But that's. Those literally the algorithms are to feed you that data. They want to feed you things that get you, if we're all up so that then you will comment and you'll stay there longer. And you just, you know, you feed this engine of negativity. And I just want to, I want to just do the opposite, right. I want to do, feed the gratitude and love of humanity. Right. It's like God just made this incredible body and he gave us this ability to do it. So let's help people, right. And manage to be so much more of a more fun world to live in if we did that. Right. So I'm trying to do that one, one person at a time. It's like, hey, how can I help you get healthy? And if I can help you get healthy, then guess what, you're going to start feeling a heck of a lot better about yourself. And then guess what, you're going to want to help somebody else. Right? And so if they want to have a faith discussion along that path, I'd love to have a faith discussion about that path because I, I believe that God is, you know, is here for us. Right. And I want to give people that opportunity to at least understand what I believe is the truth. I don't expect anybody else to, to ever believe what I believe. And that's, I'm fine with ever whatever they want to believe, but at the same point, I do want to at least have that conversation. Right. Because I think that is the core of us is really important conversation.
Yeah, absolutely. Well, you're very principled and you can tell that you are Coming from a place of values, you know, your values, what you want to bring into the world, that you're living the dream in so many ways, even if you didn't know this was a dream that you wanted to live.
My poor wife, right? She. She went from this place where we were. We had, you know, not an abundance of things, but we had a good life. And man, talk about, you know, the last five years have been just exactly the opposite, right? It's like I'm making way less money, it's way less stressful, and what, you know, everything is 10 times harder than it was. But it's like, I think that's for design, right? He's like, he's taught me so much of what life is and what's important in life that, that I really. At the. At the end of the day, none of that stuff matters, right? Literally none of it. And that's what really changed my life dramatically, was really getting to the point where, you know, what our health is, our wealth, right? It's like, if you're not healthy, then you can't be a productive member of society. So it's like, let's start looking at this thing, right? This temple that he gave us. And then you start taking care of it, and then you start feeling better. You, like you said, you start sleeping better, right? And so. And there's some simple tricks you can do. I. I love to tell people there's. There's seven things you can do that are just simply free, that if you just do these seven things, you're going to start feeling better. And then you start feeling better. Guess what? You're going to start, you know, helping your neighbor. And so I just, that's what I just passionate about. I was like, gosh, and they're, they're stupid, simple stuff, like, we all know them, but if you don't literally think about them and then actually try to do a couple of them, you know, every day, then it's easy just to go through your day and not do it. But, man, if you just think about them and you can spend, okay, I'm going to do four of them today. And you do those four, then it starts stacking and then you start feeling better and it's like, oh, yeah, you get addicted to filling well, which is fun.
And you have quite a bit on your website, Exodustrong. Does that include the resources that you're talking about? Things, other information that will help people?
No, but what do I. Let me just give. I'm going to say seven things really really quick that I need to just put these in a, in a document to get, to get to people. But I haven't done that yet, but I will. It's seven quick things. Hydration one, you. We're not drinking enough water. Our bodies are made up of 60 to 70% water and we're not drinking enough. I'm about 200 pounds, so I need about 100 ounces of water every single day. And most of us are not getting anywhere near that. And so our bodies are dehydrating. When you're dehydrated, your cells aren't getting the right water that they need. And that's one of the things our Exodus supplement helps with is hydration of the cells. So that's really important. Just hydration. Do that right good. Drink clean drinking water free. But hopefully and you know, do that right. Then the next three are pretty fun because you can do them all together. You can go outside and you get this amazing vitamin D, right? Get some sun on the body. That's God made this, the sun. And it really helps your body in a dramatic way. The first 45 minutes of the day is called blue light. If you get that first blue light of the first 45 minutes, there's zero UV rays on it. And it's just very, very healthy for the skin and for your son, for your body. And then you take your socks and shoes off and you put them on God's given earth and you ground. And when I first heard about grounding, I thought that was silly, right? I thought that was dumb. But man, you learn about the science of grounding and it's real. It literally discharges the negative energy and recharges your body with healthy energy as like, how simple is that? Just by taking your, your socks and shoes off and getting on the ground and then you combine the sun with the grounding and then you add some breathing techniques and breathing, you have to breathe, right? We all breathe. In fact, God gave you your breath today. You have a purpose in life. So. But if you do these little techniques, there's a WIM HOF method you can look up. It's his W I M H O F F Look up. His breathing techniques. Takes seven minutes. You do these seven minutes of breathing and it can extend your life by seven years just by breathing, right? So geez, you go outside, you get some sun on your face, you ground and you do breathing. Breathing techniques for seven minutes. And my gosh, the rest of your day is going to be amazing, by the way, because you did those things but there's four already, right? We had four things and you've hardly done anything. So that's simple. The fifth one is just getting the right nutrients, right? We're not those 96 nutrients that we talked about. You have to get right nutrients in the body. So if you don't eat the right things, you know, organic, healthy foods, and you need to supplement in some way or another, but you need to get these nutrients in. And then you have to move, right? You have to. Our body is made to move. It's not made to sit here in this chair like I'm doing right now. And we do way too much of it as. As a society.
This is true.
You need to get up and you need to move. And so you get those 10,000 steps if you can, right? And you'll be really amazed at how the body performs when you do that. So there's the sex, right? You can do those. And then just. The one I love to talk about is just prayer and gratitude, right? It's kind of a combined thing in the respect that if you start off your day with, you know, either praying or reading the Bible or just meditating, a lot of people will do that. Whatever you want to call it, do that, and then. But then have gratitude. If you can have this gratitude where you're giving thanks for what you do have, you're giving thanks for your family, you're giving thanks for other things, you start putting the focus not on yourself, but on others. And that just gives you a starting point of the day to be on the right footing. So you start off with doing that. You get to drive, you start drinking the water, you do those three things outside, right? You get nutrients for the day. And then guess what, you know, you get some movement. And those seven things are just absolutely incredible for the human body. And that's really. Most people understand those seven things, but very few people are going to try to do it in practice. So just think about those and say, okay, maybe tomorrow I'm gonna do two of them, right? So tomorrow do two of those things. And then you just start looking at, what were those seven again? It's like, oh, yeah, those aren't very hard to do, right? So maybe I should do a third one today. So that's what I love to tell people about. Just this. Gosh, it's really not that complicated. We all know it, but a lot of us just don't do it. So let's just put some daily habits together and. And we start off our day and we do a couple of them and then you just start feeling better. And man, it is addicting when you start feeling well and you start feeling healthy, you want to continue that and then you want to share with others. You might want to say, hey, you know, wife, we should do this together, right? Or, you know, we should do these. You should do these things. And then, you know, like my wife telling me about grounding for the first time, I was like, you crazy. I. My feet are sensitive. I don't want to put my feet on. On the night, started learning about grounding. I'm like, well, gosh, that was smart. She's like, I told you so. I'm like, yeah, you typically do. You're very good at that. So anyway, there you go.
I love that. Thank you so much for sharing those and those. You're right. Those are all things that are simple. It's almost like we should just have a checklist at the beginning of our days to get everything started so that we feel really good as we move through our day. Rob, do you have a favorite quote, mantra, verse, poem, family motto, words that you live by and that help you continue to pour all of this gratitude and positivity into your family and to others?
Yeah, lots of favorite topics and verses. But the one I love the most is for I'm the Lord your healer. Right? Because at the end of the day, he literally is. Is our healer in both a spiritual sense as well as a physical sense. And so Exodus 15:26 is like, for I am the Lord your healer. And it's like, that's so just core to me as a human being that, you know, I wish upon that on everybody, I want them to be healed. And I think our society is so sick nowadays that just people need healing both spiritually and physically and say like, let's do that. And I believe that's why I'm here on the earth is I. I can try to help people get there.
Amazing. So many more questions about your business, but I think we've had such a great conversation. I want to just leave us here because you've given a lot of inspiration, a lot of things to think about for myself and for everybody who's listening.
I'm excited. The things that we're doing are going to be super fun. The thing like you talk about, man, what if we just had a list, right? So literally I'm putting together some technology that's going to be amazing. That's really. I've got this group called biohackingville. It's a community. I'm putting together. And we're going to have all sorts of AI tools that are natural, healthy AI tools that are part of this Biohacking Ville, that are going to give you resources to. You want to go do research on those nutrients? Guess what? I have that for you. You want to do research on red light therapy? I have that for you. You want to do research on, you know, how there are simple tools that I can use to keep track of those seven things. Guess what? You know, I can have stuff there for you too. So anyway, it's an amazing place to just want to invite people there. It's going to be an amazing resource. It's just something I'm putting together literally as we speak in early 2026. It's going to be there and it's going to be something that I believe is my long term legacy is Biohacking Ville and the resources that are in that community.
Fantastic. Well, we will add that to our show notes whenever you tell us that you're ready. And thank you so much for having this really fun, energetic conversation with me and giving some really helpful things because our health is our wealth, our health is everything. And if we don't take care of ourselves, we can't work, we can't be great partners, we can't be great mothers, fathers, friends, sons, daughters, whatever the case may be. And it's not just in our personal lives, but also in our world of work. So when, you know, when people tell me, oh, I'm sick today, I'm so sorry I can't make the podcast or whatever the case may be, I don't. Please take care of yourself first.
Yeah.
And you've given us some things that will help people do that very thing. So as we go into this time, if you're listening to this before the holidays, if you're listening to this before any holiday, doesn't just have to be the end of the year. Just think about what you're putting in your body, what you're being intentional. You know, how can you be more intentional? And how can you take steps to create better health in your life for yourself and your loved ones? Thanks for listening or watching to this episode of youf Brand Amplified Notified.
