Andrea Jones walks viewers through the final (21st–23rd) close-out questions of the Executagility® Assessment. She explains that the assessment should be taken by everyone involved in projects (not just leadership), asks for an estimated count of people participating (gives 10 as her example), notes the importance of capturing differing priorities (CEO vs others), states that she reports to the CEO, and then submits the assessment to display the result. A follow-up video will interpret the results.

Questions this video answers

10 (Andrea said 'I'm going to put 10 for now').
