The next question is all project participants would agree with the CEO or leader's project prioritization. And the subtext here is this question refers to all team members actively working on projects, whether they're on the leadership team or not, and if they agree with how the leader prioritized the project. So the most important one is this, the next most important is that the third is this other one, and so on. And the reason this is important, of course, is if somebody thinks the fifth most important is the first most important, and they're supposed to do work on both of those projects, they will do the one they think is more important if the leader hasn't explained to them what the most important thing is to do. So this one again, I'm going to answer as though I'm another country company, and I think that often people will say agree.
