Here's this question. Everyone who participates on projects can explain why they were prioritized. So this question refers to all the people doing work on projects, again, whether they're on the leadership team or not. Can they explain why these things are important? Because if they cannot, they might think something else is important that they believe will help the company, even even if it's not. On the list of what the leader thinks is important here, I'm going to put neutral. Sometimes people don't tend to know why things are really important. They cannot articulate it. Unfortunately.
